I sent CanvasHQ a digital picture of a painting that belonged to my boyfriend’s now deceased mother. The painting was sold during an estate sale without his permission and he’s been heartbroken since. I was not very optimistic about the outcome of having it digitally reproduced.I am just in awe and stunned by how beautifully CanvasHQ reproduced this painting. The colors are crisp and everything is in focus and this looks more like the original painting than a reproduction. Whomever worked on this canvas at CanvasHQ is an artist. If I could rate more than 5 stars I totally would. I compared 4 other printing companies for my canvas print and they had the most definition and clarity on the website. I received my print today and the quality is just as perfect as it was online. I was also able to customize my border colors to exactly what I wanted, not just black/white. This is the only place I’m recommending from now on !

I am so thrilled with my new framed canvas piece! I found the website to be a breeze to work with.I needed my piece to be longer and narrower than most companies offer to fit above the bar space between my kitchen and hallway. Canvas HQ let me customize the exact length and width even outside commonly used ratios.There are several canvas finish options - I went with the glossy finish which turned out to be perfect. The colors really pop, and the finish sets off the "lit from within" glowing quality of this art piece. But you can go with matte or semi-gloss too among other options.I love that proofs are available so you can approve before the piece is made, and their graphic artists will touch up small flaws upon request at no additional charge.But my favorite part is that the piece looks and feels so high quality. The print quality is top notch, and the canvas is stretched over real wood. Hardware is pre-installed so the piece is ready to hang. The packaging was very secure and professional, and my piece arrived via FedEx ahead of schedule.I know this sounds gushy, but I promise I paid the same as any other customer and don't know anyone at this company personally - I really am this happy! There are cheaper options out there, and I've tried most of them - Canvas HQ is heads and shoulders above the rest and absolutely worth it.

I recently sold three high value lithographs and looked to replace them with Van Gogh prints on canvas. Having collected signed lithographs of famous artists since the 1980s I was only looking for the very best canvas prints available. My search for the right manufacturer began by testing out all the (big name) companies in one specific area, customer service. I was very disappointed to find out that (when I called their customer service telephone number) I couldn’t get to speak with anyone. With more extensive research one company began to emerge above all the rest-CANVASHQ. Every aspect of their operation (customer support, canvases, stretcher bars, lifetime guaranteed inks) appeared to be the very best available. However they seemed to specialize in photographic printing. I called them to determine if they were right for what I had in mind. To my surprise Amanda (the customer support team leader) answered my call. After speaking (at length) about what I was looking for I was assured that CANVASHQ was my best choice. When I received my 3 canvas prints I loved only two out of the three. One didn’t quite measure up. I immediately contacted customer service and once again Amanda (as she always did every time) answered and agreed that “not loving it was unacceptable”. I received it’s replacement (no charge, no question) in less than a week and it was absolutely perfect. I enthusiastically recommend CANVASHQ for any image you want to put on canvas. You’ll be happy you did!

I decided to go with CanvasHQ based on reviews from 2 different photography groups I belong to. I knew the reviewers and trusted their reviews which were both very positive. I submitted my file (the lighthouse pictured here) and promptly received confirmation that the order was in process. I received the canvas print a little over a week later and I am happy to say that CanvasHQ's work was as advertised - OUTSTANDING! The things that stand out to me the most are the quality of the materials, the vibrancy of the colors, and the overall quality of the frame. I got a GIGANTIC print from CanvasHQ and it came out excellent. Really exceeded my expectations. They went over and above in every way that they could have: they turned around proofs quickly, printed very quickly, shipped quickly, the canvas stretchers are perfectly squared up and very study, and it was very securely packaged. All around, it was absolutely top notch. I have also used CanvasPop in the past and their results were fine, but CanvasHQ is noticeably better in multiple ways: bigger canvas sizes available, noticeably better color accuracy, better stretchers, and quicker shipping. --At least, that was my experience with both companies.

I was in search for the perfect canvas quality. I recently ordered from canvas HQ and they were extremely helpful. I accidentally sent in the wrong photo I emailed i soon as I noticed to let them know I had uploaded the wrong image and Amanda got back to me the next business day letting me know that she had moved back the image to graphics and I was able to switch out the photo!!! I will definitely recommend. Best quality hands down will definitely be ordering again.

I am leaving 5 stars because that is the max I can leave! I run a sports art company and I chose canvas as my primary method of printing. After many bad experiences with other companies, and watching youtube reviews, I found this company and I will never look back. Their communication, quality, attention to detail, and most importantly...their packaging! After doing some research, I found some reviewers recommending CanvasHQ over competitors because, although some competitors draw people in with low prices, you get what you pay for. I found CanvasHQ to be very fairly priced for the large custom-size canvas I ordered. I had a great experience from start to finish. Had 6 prints done for an art show, two of which went through CanvasHQ and 4 others due to extreme rush, I went through two other printers, and by far, CanvasHQ tops in quality. Color production is rich and deep and accurate, canvas and frame quality are top notch, and shipping was fast and Kristy went out of her way to even put my logo at the bottom which was a very thoughtful gesture. This is really the first time I printed any of my work and it's safe to say, I'm only going through CanvasHQ from here on out.

I have used CanvasHQ for several canvas projects, ranging from standard mid sized ones to as large as a 60”x40” canvas. PERFECT PRINT every single time. Kristy, who does the proofing, is excellent at what she does and wonderful at customer service. I think there are some cheaper (not by much) companies out there, but quality wise they aren’t even close. I will be coming back for all my canvas needs. CanvasHQ is second to none. Highly recommended!

I called to ask a few general questions, what I got was some outstanding, grade A customer service from Kristy. She looked over the prints, helped me with some edits and walked me through the process. Ordering online was easy and painless. The prints I ordered came within a week and are 5-star quality and are also ready to hang. The packaging is also quite meticulous, unless Ace Venture is delivering I highly doubt they will get damaged! CanvasHQ has a customer for life in me and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Update:We no longer use this company after five years of great prints. The colors are no longer accurate, missing the red. See photos below. The canvas is what they sent us. Compare to the originals. Thought it might be a one time thing so ordered a print of a horse and it too was lacking the reds.See the floral photos.Original review:We had them print our images for an art show. After testing what feels like EVERY Canvas Print Company offered online, I thank the Art Gods every day with every Print I sell for finding such a Gold Quality Company like Canvas HQ. To be honest I didn’t even know what I was missing until finding them.Before finding Canvas HQ, I dealt with color discrepancies, off centered images and prints wrapped on uneven stretcher bars. Who does that?! Also, with some of the other companies, I had become accustomed to having to physically remove the staples from the stretcher bars (which were always made with compressed particle board- BAD) then restretch the canvas and re staple it to eliminate the sag in the middle. That was actually a common characteristic across the board.As an Artist and Photographer, I want archival inks, I need the colors in my Art Prints to match the colors in the file I’ve sent (duh) and It would be nice to have the canvas print itself to be on an even real wood stretcher bar.Canvas HQ does all that and way more. The first look at my first Canvas Print from Canvas HQ out of the box and I knew my search was over. The quality of the print itself is superb and I LOVE the fact they print on REAL canvas, do a TIGHT stretch on REAL pine stretcher bars, wire the back for you and provide pro hanging gear to boot. The color matching is on point as well which is super important in my business. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with Canvas HQ. I owe the extra bump in my recent Prints sales to them, too. My clients are happy and that makes me happy. I will be a forever customer as Canvas HQ puts all the overseas companies and factory handled Printing to shame.Trust me. I have placed several orders for small canvas prints of digital images I have purchased from alamy or found on the Internet.Having purchased canvas or archival paper prints from art.com, 1000museums.com, fineartamerica.com, icanvas.com, mpix.com, printique.com, as well as from museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, National Gallery of Art, Art Institute of Chicago, etc., and local print stores, I am in a position to compare the sales practices of these businesses or organizations.CanvasHQ has the best customer satisfaction policy, by far. Not only do they send you a proof for you to approve, they guarantee satisfaction: either a refund or replacement.It is also very easy to upload images and figure out how to order the dimensions, format, etc., one desires.In two cases, something was "off." In one case, I was offered a replacement and in the other, I received a refund. They did this without any fuss. This is uncommon and not to be taken for granted. (Canvas Champ is the worst, in this regard).The problem with ordering canvas, metal, archival prints online, is, of course, that one buys without knowing or seeing what one is buying (the actual end product). It is a leap of faith.CanvasHQ also has the most personable customer service. Autumn Floyd was very helpful, gracious, friendly and sincere. (I understand they are a family business).I felt terrible, though, having to rip apart a canvas print (a hole 4" in diameter) in order to get a replacement/return. But when one is paying upwards of $30-$40 for a single image, there is less guilt involved (or should be), with coffee-table art books themselves being probably less costly and having usually better quality images, due to the tens of thousands of books in one single edition.That said, HQCanvas offers probably the best value-cost.

Canvashq is a phenomenal company. Not only do they produce beautiful canvases, with fastidious packaging and careful production, they also provide excellent customer service. I don't think you will find the same commitment to customer satisfaction with any of the other canvas sites online. I had them print a flat 60" x 40" (finished dimension) enlargement from a Canon 7D Mk. II, uncropped. I stretched and famed it myself with a WrapTek frame. Wow, the canvas they sent me pops! I'll say it again, Wow! Very (very) happy with the result. They delivered quicker than their website estimated (perhaps in part because it was a flat print vs. being framed at their end). Shipping container was just right. The rolled canvas was properly packaged in plastic and easy to get out. The size was right for the frame I told them I was using (and they figured out how much mirror border to include for me). I let them edit the photo after I had touched it up to my eye (I was a little nervous about that, but they absolutely nailed it). Price was really good too (I used one of their coupon codes). Communication from them was prompt and clear. This is the second time I had a canvas printed. The first time was with a different company, and CanvasHQ just knocked it out of the park compared to the first company I tried. In fact, they just plain knocked it out of the park, period. I will be sticking with these guys going forward, and I look forward to getting another image onto canvas with them. Thank you CanvasHQ!
