My favorite big bookstore! This is my first time at this location, and it was a nicely stocked and clean store. The bookstore staff was friendly and helpful. I love their Disney section and their fun gifts although they are quite pricey. They always have a great clearance section too. The coffee shop, Joe Muggs, wasn't as great though. They have changed their menu and no longer have Italian sodas which was a bummer. They did have fun literary themed drinks this visit like Butterbrew from Harry Potter and The Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, which we tried and liked. My husband thought the brewed coffee wasn't great (lacked flavor and scorching hot) and they had no milk or cream avail on the condiment station. I do wish BM offered a kids program or free rewards program like Barnes and Noble. Most of their discounts seem to be for online or for their paid membership.

Love this place! Always have some unique quirky items up front I like to look at. So many different books too. I do wish they would have center setups for other religions and or philosophies. Christianity isn't the only perspective people believe.

They have a really great assortment of not just books...but also games...treats....gifts and one of the most diverse calendar choices I have ever shopped for !.... And don't forget to stop by the coffee shop.. my personal favorite is the hot mocha.

I received a discount on every book I bought yesterday, I'm so grateful 💯💯💯 ALL the ladies at check-out were soooooo nice, helpful and friendly (shout-out to miss Kit&Cera)... I can't wait to buy a record player, I'm definitely getting 4 or 5 records cause their selection is amaaaaazing👍🏾❣️❣️❣️

I love this place. Reminds me of Hastings a little bit minus the option of being able to rent videos or video games. Huge selection of books, children toys, trinkets and more. Plus you can get coffee there as well.

It is so nice to still have a real bookstore. The coffee shop was good and the barista was a sweetheart.I just wish there was a section of books in the Spanish language.

Decent selection for a box store. The price ends up being about the same as online places if you use your Millionaire Club coupons. The employees usually ignore you, which can be a good thing, except when you need help finding a book.

This will be the last time I shop here. There was a sale sticker on one of my books. Instead of honoring their advertised price the person checking me out peeled the sticker off saying “well that shouldn’t be in there, the sale isn’t going anymore.” So I was basically tricked into paying more than advertised. Very poor customer service. I’ve shopped here for years. I guess some other book store closer to home will be getting my business from now on. This has throughly soured my experience.

I love the unique things you guys carry. The prices are high, but sometimes you find that special unique gift. Having the Rewards program definitely helps save money though, so totally worth it!! If you can't find the book you need, just ask and they will order it for you! Cashiers are always friendly too!

Great selection of books, journals, and planners, but, I've noticed an expanded collection of unique gifts. This is a great place to go around the holidays to check out their stocking stuffers, ornaments, and more. Love this place.

Wanted to get a book that the website said was in stock, but couldn't find it on the floor. It was closing time, but one of the employees searched extensively to try and find it for me. No luck, so I said I would go back the next day. I decided to order it online for store pick up, along with another book, hoping they would have time to locate a copy. Unfortunately, the online order was only fulfilled with the other book. However, when I got there to pick it up, someone had found the missing one! I was very happy and grateful to the staff for being so diligent. The store is clean and organized even though that one book was not where it should've been. I live out of state, but will now shop online for delivery because this store goes above and beyond. Good job y'all. 😊

Great store. One of my favorites that I enjoy coming back to often. However the employees are rude.Looks like I’ll do more shopping for books on Amazon. Nice work 👍Also to any business leaders who may see this, any one you hire to be manager, make sure they would be someone who would treat your customers fairly.The reason why I said that they were rude is because they asked me to leave due to complaints about how I made them feel “uncomfortable” when all I did was just looked around the store. I didn’t do anything to them.They didn’t even explain what the complaints were.I understand that employees should feel safe, but there should also be fairness with the customers.

They know me and greet me by name. Place is always clean, upbeat, friendly & very organized. Has every book you can think of.if you're looking for the new bestseller you need to stop in before they run out.they have the biggest magazine selection I've ever seen! Prices are great. Always in rotation. Never boring. love this store!!!

First trip there today.. had a little bit of everything.. even used DVD's of old programs I love. Toys, puzzles, books, t-shirts, coffee mugs of course.. some items were a bit pricey but ultimately if it's something you really want, the prices weren't too bad. Will definitely go back in the future .

The last two times I shopped there I have bought books that were buy 2 get 1 free. The last two times I have gotten charged for the third book!!! I don't live in Fort Smith nor go to town very often so it's usually too late to get the receipt fixed. I love books and your selection is wonderful just wish you could get this problem fixed!

They have a great selection. My 7 yr old book work loves this store. The staffbis very helpful but not bothersome. Sometimes they can be a bit slow. We found most all the books we were looking for, but they can order you anything you need if they don't have it in stock. I believe they offer the service for free, and you can pick it up when it comes in. I love that you can get used books here for much cheaper, or sell your old books back. I have never sold my old reads back, but I have a few that may end up there.

Employees are very helpful and friendly, I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone knows what they're doing, and they always seem happy to talk about favorite books and new items. I've purchased books, comics, vinyl, and action figures here, and they've all been great quality. Good stuff.
