So, I went because my eldest child had a ticket for a free cone from his school. As I was driving up to the window, the employee burst out of the building (almost colliding with my car, from my vantage) and seemed to be trying to get my attention. I said, "I'm sorry," after they rolled their eyes and went back inside. When I got to the window, I apologized once more. They said, "Fine. What do you want?" I passed the voucher over, and told them I wanted chocolate for the cone, which was for my youngest because the oldest wanted a concrete. I ordered a Triple Chocolate for the eldest, a small, which was priced at around $6. Our total came to almost $10, somehow (I don't think the cone was rang up as free, frankly.) I'm diabetic, so I never eat anything there, so I'm not a big loss as a customer, but if my wife or kids want anything and I'm with them, I'll not be back. Sad, really, because the kids loved the custard. Guess we'll just stick to Baskin, Braums or one of the fantastic local creameries.

It's very delicious but a little on the expensive side so if you are taking a large family, know this ahead of time. I am planning on going back and trying the pretzel 🥨 Carmel sundae. We had the peach 🍑 one and a chocolate one with nuts. delish!

The custard is great, and the options are numerous. The caramel and apples in the apple pie Sunday is sooo good, but the crusty stuff in it tasted burnt and smokey. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this place but probably won't be back--over $16 for a Sunday and a regular sized concrete is ridiculous. The employee was friendly and efficient. We went through the drive thru and service was fast.

I asked for a coke float.she mixed a hot flat coke with ice cream.that is not a coke float.the coke was sitting up on the counter already been opened.warm. I am so disappointed

Absolutely lovely, the vanilla milkshake is delicious. The service was quick and easy, the women who gave me my milkshake was incredibly nice.I'm happy that I decided to come to this establishment as my experience was wonderful, and exceeded my expectations.I definitely would and most likely will come again, thank you.

Went on the day before the official open date when staff was getting practice. Our orders were perfect and delicious.Staff was so kind and helpful. They were really fast preparing our order even though it felt like the whole city of Fort Smith was there. I'm sure traffic might be a bit hectic while the place is still brand new. But its definitely worth the wait and my hard earned money. I'll be back again soon! Make sure to download their app before you go!

Service was good. However, the brownies in the James funky jackhammer tasted weird. The sidewalk all around the benches, windows, and signs were gross and dirty and sticky. The benches were also sticky and gross. They were not busy at the time. Overall, id probably go back- but I hope they clean it.

I paid nearly $18 for two tiny scoops of ice cream with one topping each and a strawberry shortcake Sunday and they were half melted when u got them it was more like ice cream soup. Not worth the money!The Sunday nearly had icecream as well! We won't be going back.

I have yet to find an Andy's that I didn't enjoy. Service has always been kind and the custard is awesome.
