Super nice and respectful workers, but the head guy didn't listen to me and kept giving me the run around. Paid for parts that weren't working and parts I didn't need and waited forever for a different part and nothing was being fixed. Ice maker won't work if the freezer isn't freezing but paid for a new one because he said that is what it was but didn't listen to me that the freezer wasn't even close to the right temperature and said oh well this is the part you need.....I wasted probably $300-400 on Parts and service fees and it still wanted to charge me more for other parts to try and fix it! Um noReply to your message:I'm not on ur service currently, and you couldn't find me by my name when I called before you found me by my address. I talked to a woman once to make an appointment that is it, It was always a man that answered the phone and talked about parts and issues. Also at the time I was having issues I was needing help and no one was answering there phone and so I drove me and my son to your store and a man said oh well the owner is out on vacation and will be back in a couple days and anyone that could help was on a call. It took 1-2 months for a part y'all claimed you ordered and I never received a call to update or anything. So I called and finally said oh we are sorry we will get that to you like it has been sitting at your store. Long story short, if you truly don't know what is wrong with it, don't keep charging service fees when you come with a new part to "try"and fix it and then you can charge a service fee. I now understand that Samsung refrigerators are hard to fix and find parts for and won't ever get another one. With that all being said, most of the employees that came to my house to work on my fridge were super nice, respectful and professional. You just need to fix a few things with your business. And whoever reads and responds to the review I doubt we ever had much contact for you to really know what was going on.

Love this place. GREAT prices, amazing customer service, and super friendly. I bought a washer. They delivered it the same day. Unfortunately, the struts were bad on it, but when I called, they sent someone over right away, and they fixed it on the spot. Highly recommended.

I purchased a refrigerator from this business in January of this year. I was told I had a 60 day warranty on it if it lost cooling, the ice maker didn’t work, etc. The warranty policy was not disclosed/discussed at all when I made the purchase. The ice maker didn’t work. After four failed attempts at “repair” I asked for my money back and was told they don’t refund they only repair. Doing business with them has been very frustrating.

5 months ago I had them come out to fix my dishwasher. I advised them that the control panel was bad prior to there arrival. They showed up stood in my kitchen. Charged me for a service call. Didn’t even look at the dishwasher other than to get model number. Every time we call they are rude and refused to complete the repair even after they took money from me for basically nothing! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Bought an old kenmore washer from them works like a charm, as soon as something started leaking they came out that same day and diagnosed it, something didn’t seem right and they have no problem adding me to the schedule to come back out. Definitely recommend and will go to them for future appliance needs/services.

Came to buy a used replacement drain pump for my front loader washing machine and heard that this was one of the only places in ft. smith that works on front loaders. after getting a used one (and I know used isn't always the best route to go) I went back home and installed the used one and it was worse sounding than the first pump. after returning back to the store to get my money back (like promised... if it didn't work I could come back and get my money or another pump. which was said by one of the employees) one of the employees went and looked for another pump, gave me a completely different style of whirlpool pump and said go home and try this ( trying to get me out of the door) and I called him on it knowing that it was the wrong pump for the washer. and then the boss shows up and tells me that I cant get my money back for a used pump. the pump was used and broken when I got it. and they guaranteed me that it would work the first time. the boss said he would get me one but I will cost me.. keep in mind I can get a brand new one 10 dollars more than what I bought the used one for. very unprofessional company and wouldn't back up anything they said, didn't seem like the employees knew the company's policy. honestly wish I could be leaving a good review and brag on the company but I just cant with this kind of customer service. and they couldn't care less that the pump that they said would work flooded my house. merry Christmas I guess

We're so grateful for Danny coming out. I need my dryer for work and he was able to come out quickly and was right on time. He fixed our dryer in a pinch. Not only does he do a fine job, he was so kind and considerate. Their prices are VERY reasonable at Second Chance , Im so happy we gave them a call!!

I purchased a washer an dryer from there they were very nice but they had to replace Motor in the dryer first week we had it they came got it had to order a new motor which cost them $232 to be exact is what she told me then I get it back within about a week again it’s screeching so loud you can’t stand it I call they were supposed to show up on a sat an see what problem was they never showed I was having a garage sale that weekend so I no they never showed!!!!! Tried calling sent video of dryer got disconnected from lady but she said she was getting her husband’s then they never would answer my husband calling back to back!!!! Not very professional my daughter is Marissa Harvey by the way she made the other review and I have text messages lol to prove it wasn’t out of warranty!!!!!!!

I have done many trades or transactions with this company. At first was great and they still are, just need to stand behind their products if it's wrong be honest and let's work together to get good product out. Its ur brand name not anybody else's. Thank you though for honoring and accepting the problem. I got my money back and I'm a happy customer. I still would recommend these guys! Look stop lying that piece of junk over flows. I can say n do wat I want. Now I dam sure would never recommend you especially bc u dobt have business n people skills. That's why everyone I know have returned UR products for a refund. Look lady accept it. it was wrong n I'm glad it done. I went to Jarrys across the street and got a great great deal and 25 dollars cheaper then you. God bless n enjoy the holidays!!!!

Terrible service. Called to repair dishwasher. Replaced pump but could not re-connect the electrical connection. They left that to my landlord which took several week to get completed. Once the the electric was reconnected, dishwasher still did not drain. Landlord called them to investigate. They came back out. After just a few minutes of looking at the dishwasher, they concluded the pump was working and it must be a kinked drain hose. Stated it was not their problem, told me to call the landlord and left. Prior to the pump going out, it drained fine but it hasn't worked since they replaced the pump. I DO NOT recommend the company for any appliance repair or service.

I needed my refrigerator fixed and some replacement parts for another refrigerator I had. They came to my house and took care of everything. They were friendly and very reasonably priced. We give this small business that's steady on the rise a 5 star plus rating. I've gotten appliances from this family owned business many times and am about to call them right now again.. lol. They are fast, efficient, and such pleasant people. They even sold me a lemon one time and I called them and literally within 20 minutes of my phone call they were their like Johnny on the spot with a replacement that was better than the one I picked out. It's still running like a dream now. If you need appliances use this company. Wouldn't but a dryer hose from these people. Don't stand behind warranty when they had the machine for a month to fix they day we bought it. Instead of doing what they said, bring us a different washer, they said we were out of warranty and offered a check refund. Joke of a business. Very poor customer service. We bought a refrigerator and within 2 weeks it wasn't cooling. They sent a repair man out. It still wasn't fixed but the covid 19 hit and they closed their doors and will not come repair it.. lesson learned. .. we got great service a Jarry's on Midland.. would recommend them to anyone!!

Came out diagnosed my dishwasher as needing a mother board, but when it came in did not work. They ordered a second part that they stated it needed as well. When that part came in they came back out and then they told us that the mother board arrived not working. So, we wait 2 more weeks for the 2nd mother board, and when it arrived they came back out and said they have no idea what is wrong with the dishwasher. They refused to refund the money spent with them although we are no closer to a repair. They have wasted my time for 6 weeks.

Paid to deliver and install used fridge. They delivered and said it wouldn't fit through the doorway. Told my daughter that I was an idiot. And they left. So my daughter (15) and her friend (14) then proceeded to take 15 minutes and installed it themselves. Will not EVER go there again

Purchased a specific sized refrigerator from them that they agreed to fix up and deliver to a house I was buying, I called them three weeks later and they said they had forgotten about it. The house purchase fell through, so I called about the refrigerator to see if I could get my money back or get the refrigerator delivered to where I was living. The wife started screaming and yelling and cussing. She said they were going to keep my money and the refrigerator. I finally received the refrigerator with crimped tubes hanging out of the back..It never worked.

Their products suck and they have roaches... I haven't even had my washer and dryer a full year and they both keep messing up do not buy from this place. Owner is really hateful and rude.
