I am beyond disappointed in the staff. They have messed my order in some way EVERY time we order. Sonic is (usually) one of our favorite places to get food, but the staff here has really diminished my desire. For example, we ordered a small cheese stick and a small fried pickle. And my cheese sticks literally were so cold I could almost hear the cheese snap. A better example of the staff is we ordered some food and were waiting for about 30 min. The server came out and she told us the food she brought and it wasn't ours. We told her this and what we actually ordered. So instead of going back and correcting the simple mistake, she just leaves us out there with no food for another 20 min. We push the button again and ask where our food is, and she says "i tried to bring you some but you said it was wrong so'. Like what? I am just really disappointed in the work ethic in this establishment.

Let me tell you what, there is a young lady there that knows customer service, satisfaction, and retention so well that she made me a lifetime Sonic customer lol!!!! Literally!!! Her name is Sequoia ( Sorry if I spell it wrong). I was with a few people and unsure of a flavor on the menu. I was just going to get something less intriguing and full of sugar. Buttttt, this young lady brought me a small kiddie cup sample as soon as she heard my uncertainty. It was an awesome sugar-free peach flavor. Anyway, she has such a great understanding of how to execute food hospitality. This is something I thought was lost in the generation beneath mine. This young lady did so well she changed my opinion!!!! Let me say this, if you go to this Sonic, and Sequoia Is there, it would be impossible to leave without being overly satisfied with your experience! 10 stars if I could. Stay at it girl you are a rockstar!

Hello, we just visited the Sonic in Forest City, Arkansas and the service was absolutely terrible! We ordered through the app and sat outside at the picnic tables for 40m.We asked 5 different times about our order and asked for the manager and never heard anything.We never got our food and spent over $40.The facility was covered in trash and food. A employee threw a fit right in front of us and quit while throwing down an order on the ground!We would like a refund!

Stopped here last night and they were fairly busy. We kept hitting the button to order our ice cream but nothing happened. We went to the drive-thru with a long line and waited. We waited so long that people were leaving the line. No one answered in the drive-thru either. There was an overweight male employee sitting outside and he wasn't letting anyone know what was going on. We left to drive all the way to Brinkley, Arkansas to their Sonic but guess what their Ice cream machine was down! Just SAD! We won't ever stop again and we travel on interstate 40 a lot! Terrible service at both locations says a lot about who owns these businesses and who you all hire!!!

We stopped in on way back to Oklahoma around 3:30pm ON WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY HOUR!!!! The car hop was friendly and all but not only did we not get our discount for drinks our drink orders was wrong brought a medium for a large and one large drink was wrong drink also. So we was told it was just there machines that messes up at 3pm tgats why we didn't get our happy hour price even after talking to the car hop and I think wS the manager at the door when we had to take back 2 drinks. Pay attention really close to your orders and check your order. Even shown receipt to back up my story

The burgers are pretty good size, even the single was big. Burgers were hot, and juicy. Little irritated they didn't have any of the lemonade's, the cashier just said "we not selling em" I asked if they were out of supply, stopped all together selling them, or what was the cause. Again she said "we not selling em" OK ok I got it, your not selling any lemonade. Other than the cashier I couldn't barely understand cause she wouldn't speak clear.

DON'T EAT HERE!!! ordered a fish sandwich and a steak & bacon grilled cheese. The fish was hard like it had been reheated in the microwave and the grilled cheese wasn't grilled the cheese wasn't melted, the bread wasn't even toasted. My tots were mostly crumbs & the rest where mush. I gave a 4 dollar tip and I wound up throwing 17 dollars worth of food in the trash. You couldn't pay me to go back!!!

Well my kids and I stopped for drinks before getting on the highway.... ordered 2 large strawberry lemonade with extra strawberries.... those were like 11 dollars a piece all for them to bring me a small half cup of strawberries to our drinks... I understand that at 8:50 u turned your lights off but we all deserve good customer service and quality products no matter the time or price
