Stayed here a couple nights while visiting family starting on a Friday. Picked this hotel based on the continental breakfast and closeness to the highway. Upon check-in, I was greeted, and information was verified. They received payment in full for a check-out on Sunday. $100 deposit was held for the duration of my stay, which was understandable. However, before leaving, I once again verified that they had my checkout as being Sunday, and they reply was yes. However, that was not the case. I was locked out on Saturday at noon. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this until Saturday at midnight when I tried to return to my room after a long day. So I had to go and get my key reactivated. This is why I verified my check out in the beginning, in fear this would happen.The room was in immediate need of renovations. There was dust everywhere, the seal of the door was in the condition as if it had been broken down a few times, its not safe, instead of a fire/smoke alarm there was a hole in the wall where it once was and the sheets where stained.I actually stayed in this hotel around the same time last year, and the staff seemed to be more accommodating, but there looked to be new management this year.Continental breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, bagels, sausage links, microwaved eggs, biscuits w/gravy, juice, and coffee. As a long-term Sam's Club member, I can tell that they shopped there as well. So, no complaints there.

The location does have easy interstate access. However, ALL shifts were very clear they either hate their job or think humanity is beneath them. While spoken words may have proper the tones and body language spoke volumes. Directly after checking in I fell outside and offered no assistance or asked if ok. The room initially looked clean and decent. However, within minutes the fridge made a noise I have never heard before that was constant and crazy loud. Fine I can unplug and fix that issue. Then I realized how badly my knee was injured & attempted to call the office- no answer. Not wanting to hobble downstairs and not being in a doordash vicinity for bandages to be brought I tried to shower to clean the wound. Minimal water pressure and the closer to the faucet the weaker the tub base felt. Truly thought I'd meet the downstairs neighbors in a drop down way. The shower was not clean and had hair on the ceiling. The floor by the window had a Hershey wrapping from a previous guest which made me question housekeeping requirements. Between being injured, having safety, cleanliness, and maintenance problems I would never return or recommend this location. For $125 for a single night I have stayed in better places for much less.

Great stay for us. Perfectly located right off I-40 and right next to a gas station. The rooms are old, but you can definitely see they have been trying to make upgrades. Wanted to walk off with the mattress because it was so comfortable! It was fairly quiet so we got a pretty decent night's sleep. Will definitely add this to the list to stay again if we come this way.

Read several reviews before selecting this place based on price point & location. On road trip needed clean room for a shower & few hours rest. Not expecting Taj Mahal but this room was nasty. Room smelled "musty" and signs of water leaks/staining & repairs on the ceiling (we stayed on the 1st floor). Carpet was shot, all the fixtures in the room, lamps etc very dated.. and the bathroom & shower .... Bathtub shower drain clogged, no regulator on the shower temp control, and very unclean. To top it off you could tell the room had not been cleaned well in a long time. If the sheets on the beds had not smelled & looked clean I would have asked for another room or refund. I don't do regular reviews but this was bad enough to warrant the time. Find somewhere else.

The Lady who checked me in last evening was AWESOME! Went down for Breakfast @ 7:30am. NO eggs and NO Coffee. She made coffee and said they were done serving eggs. Eggs are over she said.... @ 7:30? The rest of what they served for Breakfast was sparse!The room was ok

Wow! For being a Quality Inn I have to give this one 5 stars except for entrance to hotel. Betty at the front desk is fantastic would go out of her way for anything you needed. Very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. And I can't express how clean the rooms were,and the bed was even very comfortable. Definitely going to stay here again if in the area. Thank You Betty or being so welcoming.Rooms: Was super ,super clean and beds were very comfortableSafety: Well lit parking lot and groundsWalkability: Nice outside area with grills and easy access to convenient store and restaurant.

Didn't get to stay because of a mix up in our online reservation. They wouldn't move it even after we called Choice member services. We ended up getting a different place to stay the night. They do have truck parking which was the reason we picked this place. No idea how the rooms or anything are.

Very close to a busy and loud road. Trash all over the parking lot. It almost feels sketchy at first. But the rooms are clean, smell fresh, the lobby is very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Our room had a very small bathroom and the door pins weren't in all the way. Other than that a decent stay for the price.Safety: No issues during the stay. Parking area is almost too lit. But the location has a rather seedy feel to it.

Front desk staff was super nice! The bed was alright, a bit firmer than I prefer but still decent. The internal latch for the door looked like it had been ripped off the door frame, or perhaps been damaged by the door being forcibly opened at one time. Fortunately we travel with a portable security door lock that we were able to use, but this did definitely make it feel like a bit more of an unsafe area for us. It is very close to I-40 though so it made finding the hotel and getting back on the road fairly easy. There is also a standard continental breakfast included.

I hate the room near the highway, it way too noisy from the car outside!The staff she is nice she even trying to offers the cheapest staying…It serve breakfast 6-9 but i did not take it!So far the room are okay. And the water sometimes off in the middle of your shower! I hate when she asking my ID and she copied? But i think that the procedure? But so far okay

Despite being a traveler's hotel, this facility is equipped with none of the tools to be traveler-friendly. After a 12-hour road trip, my family was denied access to the hotel despite having a pre-paid reservation and a confirmation number because of the hotel's inability to adapt to modernity. Not only was payment for the room an issue, but the staff were remarkably unprofessional and unhelpful in attempting to reconcile the issue at 11PM. I am appalled by the treatment received at this location and as a result will never again do business with a Quality Inn or affiliated chain. There are no redeeming qualities about this hotel experience and future business should be seriously considered as there are many other hotel chains nearby that undoubtedly afford a more desirable customer experience. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Slept surprisingly well! Comfortable beds. I somehow missed that this is an older MOTEL right off the highway 🤦 We didn't realize it's a sketchy part of town with of homeless people frequently walking through our by the parking lot. I advise locking your car and taking ALL valuables inside your room! We had an uncomfortable encounter. Despite the road noise our room was pretty quiet & decent, no bugs. It's a 50+ year old motel so things are worn & not sparkling clean & new. Breakfast had a good selection, biscuits were delicious! The staff were very kind :) I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again with my family but it met our needs on a road trip passing through.

Anywhere you go there is always good and bad points. However I really haven’t seen any bad with this hotel. Betty at the front desk is friendly, personable and a good source of information, talk to her if you have questions. I would like to see the cook they used to have come back so we could have the scrambled eggs and hash browns they used to have. They also need to start offering milk at breakfast. The food the did have was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Husband loved that they had LG brand TVs and Direct TV he was able to operate the remote!!! We enjoyed our stay and will come back if through here again and need to. Also thank you so much for the truck parking.

This location is, fortunately, under new management. They are trying to bring it back up to par, so I have to give them some credit. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I made the front desk clerk aware of a few maintenance issues, which she wrote down and apologized for. We'll be back in about a year, and will try them again due to their convenient location. The hardworking front desk young lady was very sweet.

Pleasantly clean both the room and the grounds. The associate Betty who checked us was super nice and very knowledgeable about the local food. We also got 10% off our dinner because several near by restaurants give it if you stay at the Quality Inn. The door to our room needed a little paint, but was the best stay we've had in last 2 years travel.

We had the best hotel stay that we have had in a long time, the room was spotless and had been set up with attention and care! We slept really good on comfortable beds and had a delicious biscuits and gravy breakfast the next morning.Miss Betty at reception was so cheerful and helpful and Miss Annie had our room perfect, we could feel the pride in her work and it was so refreshing. We will definitely stay again when in the area 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Easy access off the highway, nice clean lobby, and friendly staff. Masks are required to enter the lobby, which I had NO problem with.My room was very nice, with ample lighting, outlets and was spotless clean. Kudos to the housekeeper. The king room was recently (?) renovated and equipped with blow dryer, iron/board, mini-fridge, microwave, desk and comfy easy chair. This room would be appropriate for a business traveler.This facility is pet friendly but you must declare your pet upon check-in or receive a penalty fee.A few minor maintenance issues on the site but nothing to affect my stay. Satisfied customer, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The check in smooth and friendly. The room was not great. The floor felt wet. The tile had a slippery substance on it. The edges of the floor were all brown. The mirror had spots on the back of it. The air in the room felt wet. I ended up congested. The breakfast area looked nice but offered little. The two fridge items I had tasted sour.The checkout was simple and smooth except for the person in front of me. The lady went and checked his room.I would not have thought this was bad for 50 but for 100 this should be in better condition.
