I recently visited this motel. I had the best time staying there in Forrest city Arkansas. I was so very please with the rooms. I felt they needed to be up dated, but when I checked behind the bed and dresser etc everything was so clean . The beds were great !! Never slept better. I was really amazed at how attentive the owners were about any and everything anytime of day they were polite and lovely people. I've stayed in a couple hotels in Forrest city over the years usually for a month each visit. Now when I go back to Forrest city . I will have reservations only at luxury inn suites. Lovely little spot with the best prices. Anyone could afford. I will certainly send my people to that location for business or pleasure. Great Job !! Luxury Inn !!! Much love from Maine. See you guys in about a year,And about their Breakfast they had it every morning you just had to ring the buzzer to be let in the lobby. And be up before 9 Im thinking I was always early so not sure about what time they stopped breakfast but they definitely had a good one with healthy food no rubbish.

I don’t know when the pictures in their add’s were taken but it is no where close to what it looks like now. The mattress was stained and worn out. The sheets were stained. The sink is cracked all over, the front door had a hole in it. The walls has paint marks everywhere. Very unsettling, had we not been wiped out we would have left. I was worried about getting a disease from the room. I used Clorox wipes on all surfaces before putting my bag on it. The only good thing about the room was very good hot water.I would recommend people to avoid this motel. It is very ghetto not fit for anyone .i can’t believe they get away with using the pictures they do for their adds. See my pictures to see how it really looks

WIFI out of range!!!!Commode would not flush!After reading the reviews I went to walmart and purchased bug spray just in case i would need it!Woke up at 12:30 am and found 1 bug sprayed the bug and killed it!!! Sprayed around the room!!!Praying there aren't more!!!!One positive, the bed was comfortable.

Do not recommend this place.!! Sheets were stained or dirty. Blanket was dirty and had a cigarette burn hole. Toilet was stained...cleaning ladies- use a pumice stone ....mold on the inside of shower curtain. Wash rag was stained or dirty. People in next room had TV loud till after 1 am. And false advertising..online price says $50 and we were charged $96.NOT a pleasant experience at all.

The room was decent. Be Prepared for a tile floor, there is no carpet. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the sink handle kind of came apart. However, the room did have all the amenities that are supposed to have: the microwave, the refrigerator, the TV, etc.… And even though we didn’t check in until almost 3:00 AM, the person on night duty was quick to get to the desk. Also, it was about 25° (Fahrenheit) outside when we checked into the room; it was nice that someone had come in and already turned our heater on.

We will never stay here again!! The rooms were not clean & the restroom was horrible! The toilet was dirty & tub had to be cleaned by us before we could shower. If had not been so late & we were so tired, would have found another hotel!!!

If I could give a half star I would. Both attendants were very rude. At first they refused to check me in because it was after midnight even though I didn't even make the reservation until 10 p.m. and I was coming from South Carolina over eight and a half hours of a drive. The room was paid for in advance and before I could say anything he said we don't give refunds and I'm not taking you in it's too late because check out is at 11 a.m. I told him I paid for my room I want my room whether it's 7 hours or two hours. I will never say and dislocation ever again. I stayed next door at Super 8 a year ago and they were way better and only $2 more for a night. had I not used Priceline Express deal I would not have stayed also the room that they put us in with very dusty as if no one had been in it for months or more.

Worst place ever! Shower didn't work. Motel employee was too scared of my 23 lb, 10-year old friendly beagle to fix it in a timely manner (really???). One of the door locks broken and partly missing. Phone missing most buttons. Insects in the room. TV only got some channels and those were blue/green. Garbage all over the grounds. Breakfast was a joke and I've never had worse coffee in my life. Stay anywhere else!

If I could give this place no stars I would. First we booked the room for 2 beds online then when we pulled up with 2 babies at 1 in the morning in the freezing cold they said we booked a room with 1 bed and we couldn't stay. So we had to give them 25 dollars more to stay because it was to late to go somewhere else. No deadbolt on the door. A hole in the bathroom door and room smelled like sweat and old shoes. Then the next morning when my daughter in law came to visit us I was told the white girl has to leave because we could only have 4 people in the room and no visitors at all. The girl hung up in my face then threatened to call the police if she didnt leave.

I stayed here in October. Not a bad room for the price. Only bad thing was a few of their bed bugs hitched a ride home with me. After I got home I sat my laptop bag on my bed. The next morning I had 6 bits on my arm. When I was at the hotel I sat my laptop bag in the rooms desk chair. Luckily I am very aware of my body and new immediately when I woke up they were bed bug bits. After exterminating with Proof bed bug spray I didn’t have any more bits. I stayed in the handicap room, back side of the hotel on the far end. So if you stay here don’t stay in that room. It has bed bugs.

Neal is so accomodating and friendly! Price is certainly right. Rooms and lobby are clean. We would stay here again. We work 12 hour days so our needs are simple. Not a Hilton...but above average for what it is! Perfectly satisfied.

I arrived just before 10:30 pm to spend the night (December 28, 2018) before the final day of driving tomorrow. Check in was done through a tiny window as the main door was bolted and it was hard to hear them speak to you. The managers stood from their office watching my every move while unloading my van. A tad creepy to say the least. Apparently they didnt believe me when I said that it was only me for the night. After getting settled in, I left for some food - Burger King. By the time I got back, my food was cold so i went to microwave to reheat. I didn't get 20 seconds into it before smelling a strong odor of vomit! I completely lost my appetite! The extra security lock on the door was broken leaving a flimsy dead bolt. The room, aside from the vomit smell appeared clean. No single serve coffee maker, a mini fridge that either doesn't work or isn't plugged in. I've stayed at places cheaper than this with all those amenities present and working and not smelling like puke! You better believe I'm watching my credir card on this one, I dont trust them! If it weren't for the late hour I'd have either demanded my money back and gone elsewhere.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! I guess you get what you pay for. The bedding was dirty. I asked for clean sheets..no they had none. They wouldn't even give me a clean blanket which they clearly do not wash. I had to clean the toilet seat cuz it was visibly dirty. I asked the guy working here to come look how dirty the room was but he would not. Just some young punk that gave me attitude

Room was comfortable, the shades blocked in almost all sun light. Accommodation were just fine. The contenetial breakfast consisted of your basic fruit, cereal, pastries along with juic, juice and coffee. For a one night stay motel it was very nice and the price was resignable. How ever I regret to say the heater gave off a werid smell and the shower was not clean. The staff were very friendly.

+ It’s cheap & its got beds, and the brief interaction with night staff was pleasant.- Misled entirely by the name- there is nothing luxurious about this motel; quite the opposite. It’s tucked back behind a few bigger hotels, across from a liquor store. It’s pretty sketchy and very run down, and I would not bring kids here. We also got serenaded by bleeting goats from a neighboring yard. I’m not sure if that’s a pro or con, but it did brighten the mood & gave us the giggles, which you might need after seeing the place.

No room service for two days, the shower doesn't work, only one towel for t people and no way to stop tub up. When told owner she asked if I wanted to stay again for free I said no she said there's nothing she can do about it and I told her they would have a bad review and she said she don't care.

I expected the building to be as run down as it was for the price, but I did not expect the staff to be so incredibly rude and disrespectful and generally incompetent. The lady behind the front desk apparently doesn't understand English (so how did she get the job?), and just stands there when you knock and bang on the door that she forgot to unlock. And when I needed another key, they didn't even ask for my name much less check my ID, meaning they would have let anyone in to my room. With that kind of incompetence, why put locks on the doors at all? When I tried to confront the "manager" about this, he ignored me and played on his cell phone. In summary: stay away. I wish I had shelled out the extra twenty bucks for the super 8 next door.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I booked this hotel on Priceline, thinking it looked nice enough for a single night's stay - I was wrong. I am here now in a room that is dingy and dirty, to the point where I don't want to touch anything. My 8 month old daughter and I had allergic reactions to the ridiculously strong air freshener they used to give the room the veneer of cleanliness and needed medication and baths before we felt even slightly normal again. She is finally napping, but I am still wheezing due to the allergic reaction triggering my asthma. Although this place advertises free WiFi, I can't connect to it because the username and password given by the front desk lady are incorrect. Despite multiple requests, she has not given us a correct one yet. The air conditioning also barely works, which is problematic given that it is incredibly hot during the summer in Arkansas. Despite the risk to my daughter's and my own health, both Priceline and this garbage hotel have refused our requests for a refund. A last minute rate at surrounding hotels is prohibitively expensive without getting a refund from this one.The one thing this awful establishment has going for it is that it has HBO, so we can watch Game of Thrones tonight before sleeping the fewest number of hours possible before getting back on the road. I'm not even going to bother trying the breakfast they offer, as I'm sure it'll be as piss poor as the rest of the hotel experience has been.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! RUDE!!!! NASTY!!!! NOT LIKE PICTURES ONLINE!!!! We are from st louis and made it into town late that night. There was no tissue and no face towels amd half the big towls were dirty. It was last so me and my 2 kids slept in the morning when we went for breakfast it was cereal and leftover donuts we did not eat. I asked the lady up front for tissue and towels they never came. I asked for 1 hour later check out was told ok and a price then when i went to pay they changed the price and was very rude VERY RUDE i didnt stay we packed our things and left. I will never stay there again the locks were lose there were towels used in the room before we got there i took pictures and when i showed the lady in the morning being nice like this is how the room was she said i should have came to the front it was 9pm afyer a 5 hour drive we were tired bit her rudness and calling me an American that complains had to be noted so i will say do not stay here. Go somewhere else.

There was nothing about the room that said luxury or suite it was a room somewhere to sleep for the night. The toilet kept making this weird noise like it need wd40 inside of it, inside the toilet bowl itself you could see what looked like mold under the lip where the water runs from clearly nine cleaned that in a long time. Next time I travel this place I will not stay

Arrived at 9pm and the office was locked so had to check in at an outside window. The room was spacious, and looked clean; no carpet, which was fine, but the floor felt like there was a slick film on it. Slept well, which is the reason they're getting a 2 star and not a 1. Didn't want to take a shower as the underside of the handicapped handle was grimy - what things could be lurking was too much to justify the chance. Coulnt conect to the Wi-Fi -Is that because there isn't any? Breakfast is a joke. Don't plan on having breakfast because there is only cereal, milk and fake oj. Couldn't even get ice; I don't think the water was hooked up to the machine. They wouldn't open the door right next to the ice machine so you had to walk around the building to be disappointrd. I would pay a few extra dollars and stay at one of the known chains next door.
