I went to the Forrest City store where the manager was very condescending and disrespectful. I explained to her my problem and she treated me like I was trash. I showed her my receipt and that my items haven’t been used and it was still within two weeks of being purchased. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved, but the store manager at this location was beyond disrespectful and I will not be going to this location anymore.

They never have the size I need! I asked when will they receive their next shipment? I was surprised to learn that they receive new shipment everyday but don't have the staff to put out the product. It's real sad but true! I was shopping at the Forrest city Arkansas location.

If I could have no stars I would. I tried going in to this location to shop for my husband and they only allow one person in the whole store at a time. So I was asked to wait outside in 30 degree weather 🤣 NOPE my money will never go to Hibbett again
