I took my new kitten, Sage, formerly a stray, to Gehring Veterinary Hospital for FIV & FLV tests, URI treatment, Rabies Vaccination, and a bath — with matte removal. She was well received and even came home with a prescription — for reasonable charges. We’re exuberant! 💚

We are from FL and were in Arkansas on a duck hunt. Our lab stepped on something while we were out hunting and his paw got infected. Dr. Gehring’s office was able to take him super quick and took care of him! They were all super friendly and helpful. We are so thankful! Our buddy’s paw is already looking so much better!

I HIGHLY recommend them! My dads dog somehow got into some poison. I thought we were going to loose him. They kept him for 3 days and nursed him back to health. Hes doing SO much better now. HUGE THANKS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!! 🙏 🙏 🙏

We recently moved to Arkansas and Dr.Gehring was recommended to us. From the care of our oldest pup and 2 kittens to our newest addition this vet has been nothing but great!Everyone always has a good attitude very polite and sweet. The Dr is very personable and gentle with my fur babies everytime. They have office pets (Well trained ive noticed) which makes the atmosphere very small town and homey unlike other vet offices Ive been to. I will definitely continue to trust them to care for my fur babies! The professionalism is comforting and very much appreciated.

I just started using this office. I love them. I go there from Wynne and don't mind the drive. He knows exactly what he is doing and I like that. The girls r friendly too. The birds in the office r great to visit too. Matter of fact we r Goin back to see him today.

Very reasonable rates. But the front reception area looks dirty and needs a good cleaning. The receptionist kept yelling at an old German Shepherd therefore ignoring all tje people in the lobby. Rude.

Doc is the best vet in Arkansas for pet care. He really loves the animals and treats them like his own. I worked for him years ago and loved it. He isnt in it to make a million, and he doesn't charge just because he can. His experience and knowledge are top rate. I can't say enough about his care and treatment for your babies. He really cares and loves what he does..

Just moved to Forrest City a few weeks ago. Called for appointment got in the same day. It was very busy in the office but I didn't have to wait got right in and right out. Dr. Was very nice ran test and prescribed my dog meds. Prices are very reasonable I would recommend!

Doctor Gehring is a fine veterinarian. I resent the critique written by the anonymous google user. I have used Dr. Gehring for 35 years. He does have a dry, businesslike manner. He may not have the best delivery with humans, especially if he feels they are not taking care of the animals he treats. However, thru 5 generations of pets, he has been professional, careful with the pets, and will talk to the humans. He is straight forward with what he has to say, he is to the point, and he is "busy" all the time. He doesn't have time to waste. I have dealt with other vets in the area over the years, and he is by far and away the best for my needs.

Told us that it was best to leave a tumor in our lab. Said it would not hurt him. We had to put him to sleep yesterday because it ruptured . The animal hospital said it should have been removed when it was small and he was strong. That it wasn’t a fatty tumor it was something else. Bottom line , we lost our boy because of his bad diagnosis.
