I am very fond of the dollar store. My go to place for all my simple needs while on the road working. Workers are always good people are good to deal with. If they could maintain the togetherness of the store better they would be on to something. But I will always keep going to the dollar store. If it ain't broke dont fix it.

Both Forrest City stores need more cashiers. A customer should not have to wait 15 to 30 minutes in a long line to check out!!!! The employees are nice at the store on the north end of town and that's why I shop there.

All the local dollar generals have their isles on comfortably narrow. It makes me feel claustrophobic. And if they have just received a shipment it can turn the store into a message of dead ends.

I have been shopping at this store for years and once a few years ago have I had any customer service issues. They are the best! P. S. The employee with a bad attitude was fired. :)

Had a new employee with no help even though the other sales associate came up to help him correct an.item that the customer messed.up he was very professional about our wait time and he was very polite to everyone

Had a motion light that didn't work but didn't keep my receipt & the manager let us get another one, VERY IMPRESSED. Do more 🛍 there now because of that.

This store is always clean when I go inside. Its not over crowded, making stuff hard to find, like some stores in the chain have been.

It's Dollar General! You expect just ok. Plus no outside trash cans. So if you've got trash in your vehicle, it's either litter or take it home!

Love shopping at this dollar genrral.griendly people,clean store,always find what you need,I do all my shopping there.for get walmart,at dollar General your in an out...no waiting on checker,they'll be waiting on you.

I like going to the one in Palestine, it seems like they have a better selection to choose from. Employees are helpful and friendly also.

I saw a sign 12 pack of cokes 3 for 11 dollars. They wouldn't honor that price. I will never go in this store.
