I'm sorry to do this but y'all should already know. Most staff is rude AF. I cannot stand someone taking my order, and I keep getting the, "is that it, anything else". " does that complete your order.... Every time I pause to think. Y'all make people clam up and totally forget what they're wanting because y'all are so pushy. If this is a training technique, Mike stop it!!! It's so rude to be shoved off the speaker. It's also annoying that, y'all take my order, ask if the screen is correct, read it back, say the total THEN the car hop has to read the receipt AGAIN!!! IF ITS WRONG ILL TELL YA. STOP IT!!! YALL ARE THE ONLY FAST FOOD PLACE TO GO THIS FAR AND.... YALL STILL MESS UP ALMOST EVERY ORDER IVE GOTTEN. It's gross watching people smoke in the back AT the drive thru, ya smell it, and who knows if they actually wash they hands. Mike give the smokers a designated area away from the customers. I used to smoke but smelling it as I ordered food is such a nasty look. Do better. And check ya carhops. I won't tip with a car hop throwing ketchup at me, dropping some on the ground and actually asking if we want it!!! No!!! I want some but take your tail inside to get cleaner packs. Also if I order a chicken dinner, plz fill my gravy to the top!! Every time it's below half. Do y'all run low!? Can ya not make more!? We used to go a lot but not so much now.

One of the nicest sonics around, clean, carhops speak, stalls work and it features a drive through and a stall for semi trucks.I only order particular things so I can't comment on the food accurately but I know if I'm getting the ultimate meat and cheese burrito I won't show up before 2pm. 2pm or later it's great, before that it's subpar, much like other sonics all the time in the southeast.

A new, really nice Sonic. There's an outdoor seating area with 2 big tvs, showing kids programs (when I was there at 7AM). The bathrooms were the nicest, cleanest fast food bathrooms I've ever been in. Food was ok - usual sonic quality.

To many kids working there with kid like tendency! Ordered a route 44 sweet tea extra ice and a large order of popcorn nuggets. I asked for BBQ sauce the girl said okay, then said they were out I said yall are out she said no. So I asked again for clarification that they had she said yes. Then the delivery came and the car hop said they didn't have any. And I saw the dark hair girl laughing about it when he came to the door. Kids do not need to be in a work place playing games with customers! Won't be back

My husband and I ordered lunch from there on mother's day. I ordered a frito chili pie. We went back to the house I proceeded to eat my pie. That is until I bit down onto something that cut my gums. I pulled it out. It was a big round piece of plastic. I called sonic. The lady told me that the only way I could get my money back was with the receipt. Even tho she was the manager on duty she was the one who took our order as well as brought it to us. Luckily my husband found it. While I was on the phone with her she implied that I was lying. When we got there. The first thing out of her mouth was it looks like a piece of our equipment. Uhmmm. You think? She made a big deal about calling the district manager etc. She eventually gave us our money back.

Great service. Speedy order delivery. My supersonic cheeseburger and strawberry apricot red bull slush was delicious. I got my medium slush free in the Sonic app. The burger at this Sonic in Fordyce tastes much better than the burgers at the Sonic in Camden for some reason.

This Sonic restaurant is excellent. Good food, fast service & well located just off the bypass. The wait staff are friendly & efficient. There's an order kiosk for 18 wheelers on the right as you enter & ample room to pull around to a set of steps for carhops to deliver food easily. There's a double drive thru, outer lane for pickups pulling a trailer. Quite a unique Sonic to serve the locals & truckers.

My husband and were passing through and stopped for breakfast. I’ve never sent a review for a fast food place before but this place needs to be recognized. We loved that they have a drive through for semi trucks! More places need this! Not only that but my favorite breakfast item is bacon and egg toaster with no cheese add mayo was really good. They made it fresh and the bread was really toasted. Great job!! 👍

Looks pretty new. Staff was really friendly. They didn't have strawberries to put in my drink I ordered on the app so when I checked in they brought my food without my drink and asked if I wanted something else , which I thought was nice. So she went in and got my drink and tried to give me my change from the different drinks. So she got an extra 33 cents to go with her tip.

The gent who brought me my food was very polite and professional, he (all of them really) was also hustling. Not very often do you see motivated restaurant employees. If you're not paying them a great wage you should start, before I hire them from you. lol j/k but not really.

The service was good and the food was hot, but what's the point of wearing mask if you're just going to wear them around your chin? I only saw two employees wearing their mask appropriately while five other ladies inside were just wearing them around their chins.

I usually am very happy with Sonic! But, here lately, I've been very dissatisfied! I've never had any problems on ordering! The last few times they can't understand what I order! That gets very frustrating! Then they are not that busy, why does it take a long time to answer the call to order? What happened to Sonic?????

We waited over 15 minutes after pushing the "red button" to order and the screen read that someone would be with us shortly, may have been 6 other vehicles there parked and 1 in the drive thru, 3 other cars pulled up after us and were waited on before us. Very disappointed usually receive decent service from this Sonic, however we won't be back.

I was an out of state traveller and walk up customer and service at this location took forever. It wasn't very busy and I had to push the "red button" twice, because I stood there waiting long enough for it time out. People who drove up after I had already been there waiting were getting their orders taken and I finally had to stop a carhop to get someone to take my order.Once I did get my order taken I was grossly overcharged. $11.85 for a #2 with a large tot and large drink. I've been a lifelong Sonic customer and I have stopped at Sonics in other states, almost always ordering the same thing and I have NEVER paid more than $8.75.This sonic definitely needs to get it's act together.

Most of the time it's quick and flawless BUT sometimes (as told by the carhops) that the inside person sends the food the wrong numbered spot. So the carhop runs around asking is this yours. So it ends up becoming a long wait on your part. Just today( 5-26-20 ) it happended. Ordered on the app and waited so long. I pushed the button , talked and I as told we don't have your order in our system then she said hold on and she was gone. 5 minutes roughly later my food arrives. I was told when I ask as I said earlier it gets sent to the wrong number. It's a gamble but it's usually good service. This is specifically for the Fordyce Arkansas location.

I generally go to this location just for their fries. That's what sets this Sonic apart from others. Not the drive thru, not the elevated Semi drive thru, not even the nice big TV in front, or the friendly service. It's the fries. I stop through here twice a month just to grab their fries. They're done right, so kudos to the cooks!

I love this place. Always friendly. I had a problem with my card. (On my end). The carhop was really nice and the manager even came to tell me what happened. I love that. They was very knowledgeable of their system. Was very friendly.

Very busy but were prompt in serving food with good Sonic taste. Obviously most employees wear C-19 masks for now. Noticed at shift change time a server after going in the service door ran back out to catch another server leaving work to borrow her mask she had removed. I suppose this is normal at various locations.
