Flippin store is the most cleanest, organized and helpful Dollar General I have ever been in. Midway is an absolute mess. Gassville is very busy and they don’t have enough help. Wish big corporate would appreciate and support those who work hard and try to follow policy when closing at scheduled times instead of supporting certain abusers with attitudes.

I tripped on my way in. The three employees expressed sincere concern about me. Then they asked if they could help, so I asked if they had flipflops. The youngest woman hopped up instantly and led me there. They all treated me like royalty. This store is always good, but on this day, 6/14/20, my visit was exceptional.

Clean, organized, well put together store. The staff is amazing. The 1 girl and the 2 guys are a hoot. They always have a smile on there faces. Good changes

There's not much competition in this town for stores considering all we have is a Dollar general Walmart and a Dollar tree but our Dollar general isn't all that bad although several of the ones in the surrounding towns have a wider selection better variety and different products but when you don't have anything else to choose from it sure beats nothing at all

I ran in for a quick grab and go trip for my teenage daughter who has come to her time and it was not as quick as it could have beenJudy and Trish, the only two employees available were standing outside the door smoking and talking and issuing no mind to me standing at the register. To make matters better, I could watch and smell the smoke coming in through does towards the cash register, I'm a non smoker. When they finally realized, Judy laughed it off that I was standing there waiting and they were " just out there yacking" while Trish started playing on her device and never acknowledged me or their mistake. She also lied and said she had checked for me and I want there a couple of times. I had went straight to the pads, took about 30 second to look them over and bake my selection and straight to the register. Which is only 3 or 4 isles in the door and to the right of the register. While I have no trouble with dollar general itself, this behavior from employees, especially older ones who should no better is very unprofessional and uncalled for. It's not that I do not agree with taking a break, but the only two together not watching the register and unapologetically while smoking right beside the open entrance is absurd.

I live in Mtn.Home but I absolutely love coming to Flippin to work. The same faces that come in every week have made it feel so much like home. Its more of a personal relationship that is shared when you're in a small town and know regulars by name. 😊

I try to shop at the Dollar General in Yellville Arkansas. I make use of the $5 off on $25 coupons. But instead of shopping at Yellville Dollar General I'm having to go to Flippin Dollar General because the associates in Yellville will not keep the shelves full of merchandise. So I'm giving it a zero rating the one in Flippin I will give them a 5-star rating. All of their merchandise is always out and ready to go. Back to the Yellville store I've seen their stock room is just filled with merchandise all during the week and why it's not being put out I don't know. It seems they put just out of enough to get the dollies empty on the floor so they can shove everything back in the stock room and close the door that seems to be what's going on. Please send somebody in here to evaluate the store and straighten it out please. You guys are losing sales here.

The Flippin dollar general employs the rudest manager and assistant manager I've ever seen. Make a point to shop when they aren't working. The other employees are helpful and friendly.
