We are visiting the area to fly fish the White River. Called and got our boys, Huxley and Harley, in quickly. Crystal and Team was awesome. We were received with great hospitality, and cuts were perfect. You can tell how your little guys were treated in a salon by their reaction when they see you. While they were happy to see me, they were calm and seemed comfortable. Thanks Crystal!

Took the wife's dog there as our vet who usually groomed our dog no longer had a groomer in house. So glad I found this place. Did a great job with bath & trimming her nails. Her fur was nice & soft at least until she hot home and rolled around in the yard. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place! The groomer really listens to how you want you dog groomed and the results have been spot on! The staff is friendly and my dogs seem to do very well with them. They offer great boarding for your fur babies too! The vibe is overall professional and comforting to nervous pet mamas.

I was really nervous bringing my two little dogs for their first grooming since we’ve always done it ourselves. But everything was great. Crystal and her staff were nice, loving to our dogs and I felt very comfortable. Afterwards I immediately made an appointment for our third dog. It was easy to get an appointment when we wanted. We loved the cut, the dogs smelled great and they seemed very happy. Much less stressful than doing it ourselves. Also thought the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend Crystal as a groomer.

Never thought we’d find a groomer as good as the one we had in Redding, California, but Kristal’s is definitely the best. I really hate making reviews like this because we may have a hard time booking our little friends in the future. However, if you want a truly professional, compassionate groomer, Kristal’s is EXCELLENT.

I cannot recommend Crystal's Pet Salon & Resort enough. We had a bad experience with another kennel in town and were desperate for a place for our two dogs to stay. Our dogs came home and slept the entire day after. Since then, they've stayed multiple times and our dogs RUN inside so excited to be there. They absolutely love it and so do we. If you need a place where you won't worry if your dogs are loved and taken care of this is the place to go.

New EDIT: We went on our second trip, and our dogs were here for an entire week. They took such good care of them and we had them groomed and they were all very amazing! Still very happy and satisfied. Still reasonably priced even with all the inflation. Thank you all so much._____My family went to Oklahoma for a few days and we had to board our two boys while we were gone. Crystal and all of her staff are just amazing! They were all very sweet and affectionate with our dogs. I called several times while we were gone to check on the boys and they never minded, and always had compliments about them too. The prices were very reasonable, much less than I thought they would be. I'm very happy and satisfied with them!

Took my 14 week old wild puppy for her first hair cut. She did an excellent job with her.I was actually shocked at how well she was handled in spite of her being so squirmy. I have referred my mother-in-law to her. I will go to her again. Very reasonably priced.

She seems very nice and cares for the animals well. I enjoyed my experience at her resort. I was hired to walk a dog being boarded there, and it was obvious the dog was comfortable and happy to return.
