Jack being a rescue everyone was so sweet and caring. He was nervous and the technician and the vet were super patient with him and was so caring. I truly felt like they cared as if he was their own. I also loved how regular animals wld come in and they wld greet them by name and show every animal such compassion. Will be bringing all my animals here from now on

Dr Sarah and her vet tech were absolutely wonderful with our two dogs Oscar and Emmie. I didn’t get the vet tech’s name (please be sure to introduce yourself - if you did and I missed it sorry!) I am a nervous Dog Mom and finding a new vet in Ark was my goal but one that worried me. My fears were eased by these two.They did things a bit differently than my old vet. Our dogs were taken to the back for shots and nail clipping instead of done in the room with me. I align that with removing the r parent from the room with a child and they will be more cooperative (at least in my 25+ yrs in the medical arena). It concerned me a little but they both came bounding back in happily afterwards so no harm, no foul. Another difference was the individual pet reports we received upon leaving on each of the dogs. It really helped to summarize our visit. I especially liked the personal notes from Dr Sarah at the bottom!! Nice touch!I can say I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a compassionate vet that is highly competent and committed to your pet’s health.

Marianne and the staff are great! The lady vets, as Jack knows them, are thorough and care about the animals! I've had Jack in this office for anything from a mani and pedi to surgery and it's always a relief how helpful the whole staff is!Thank y'all!!

They only care about the money not the well being of your pet. Its really sad when money is more important then your fur baby. I would recommend NOT using this clinic. The office was clean and the technicians were far better then the doc. Take care when deciding the fate of your fur babies.

Being from out of state, animal clinic of the Ozarks was highly recommended. From the intake, Dr. Robyn and the rest of the staff was excellent. My dog had 4 teeth pulled and they let me know how he was doing every story of the way. The follow up calls were a nice continuation of care.

We don't take our pets to the vet that often, but my cat decided to attack a car and we weren't sure if he would make it. Dr. Robyn has such a calm demeanor and was so good with our cat, they took such good care of him. We are very lucky to have such amazing vets/techs helping our furbabies in this area.

The vet was truly involved with my pet. The staff even helped cool my pug off from the heat with I've packs and cool towels since my truck's AC is out of commission. The staff is very personable, and unlike other vets, they actually get to know my animal like she's their only patient. Hard to come by anywhere, and they're busy so it's astounding how much love they put into every visitor. I'm happy to say I'm honored to have then as my vet. They even took time to prescribe a supplement for my pug's liver since her blood work was slightly off. An ounce of prevention is worth 25 pounds of pug love! Their blood work prices were great too. I acquired a deserted kitten with an upper respiratory infection. I’d been going to this vet for years and brought him in. Picked him & his 1 medicine up the next day. But Neo was sicker than any of us suspected. Sneezing tuned to gasping & I brought him back Friday. He was there over the weekend, having ups & downs but Robyn Theobald got the right combo. I picked him up w/𝟛 𝕞𝕖𝕕𝕤 Monday. His med directions were easy to follow and the total bill was less than you might imagine. He’s a frisky curtain climbing little monster now. 5★+

I am changing my review because we were treated in a shabby way by this clinic. Because they were nice at the time, a few weeks ago, I planned to take another cat to them. However, what they told us at that time was a lie and now they want more money. We are very disappointed. They are always others to give business to when you treat customers badly.
