Ever since adopting our two kittens, we've really wanted to buy good food for them. We LOVE this store and will be shopping here from now on for food and treats for our two cats! I love the brands they have and the price? It's easier on the pockets for sure! If you want a small pet store that cares about your pets, I 100 percent recommend them!

We recently took our dogs here to get groomed. The prices are reasonable, everyone was kind, our senior dogs seemed well taken care of, and they did a great job. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Nice local pet shop, lots of choices! I really like that there is a section for getting things to make your pet a cake for their birthday :)I bought two of the tough pink hamster toys and my girls love those! It’s their new favorite toy!I would definitely recommend this place to support local, they don’t carry my girls food, but the toy, leash, collar and treat selection is great! They also carry select supplements, flea and tick options. Friendly staff!

Strongly recommend. Went in today looking for collars and employee helped me find a food that my dog loves and is cheaper than the brand I was already getting from Walmart. Very clean store. Has rewards club and foods with good ingredients.

I have been in a few times over the past 6 months. I'm impressed with their quality of products. Each time, the staff has been knowledgeable on the products and helpful with suggestions. They also do great with baths & nail trims. As a crazy dog lady and seasoned pup parent, I strongly recommend Whole Pet for area pet parents.

The girls are great at this store it's where I get my training treats and the only store that has my dogs food. They don't sell products like Purina because they make so many other products but not dedicated only to dog food. It's where I get my collars leases. Chew toys and all most everything else my dog needs. Most of there stuff is rawhide free and grain free. They are just happy to see me and they have excellent service and advice from harnesses to shampoos. Everything you could need.

This place will forever be in my heart. I went there looking for something different for my senior fur baby who is getting old & dropping weight. I was looking for something to help pack some pounds back on him. The lengths that both employees went to help me was above & beyond. Highly recommend!

Amazingly knowledgeable. Really stunned by how helpful these folks are. Our dog got insanely sick in an extremely short time due to food allergies. Reviewed products with one of the workers and she gave a detailed explanation about things to look out for in major brands. She also got me a few samples to bring home. Our dog is doing much better now because she took time out of her day to address things with me. I can also really appreciate how thorough she was, and how she gave me a heads up about a product I was about to purchase so I could mind my budget.The place is interesting to explore, too, and has more than one might expect, despite being small and dinky from the outside. Nice, accessible floor plan, with plenty of room for mobility challenged customers. Also, surprisingly affordable selections!

Awesome selection of food, treats, supplies, toys, etc! I went in today to find a specific bag of dog food, found it super easy, LOW price and got a free bag of treats with it! Not to mention the super kind lady who checked me out! Petco will not be getting another penny from us, so glad I came here!

Went in with my daughter today, the first time Ive been in. Very clean and spacious. Large variety of healthy pet food and treat options. Prices seemed very reasonable. Staff sounded knowledgeable.

This is easily the most poorly managed and frustrating place I’ve ever encountered. We have scheduled my dogs for grooming a handful of times and we have never made it through without some sort of issue. Either they messed up their calendar or need to cancel for staffing issues. It’s always something! We’ve had an appointment scheduled for a month now and they call us 24 hours before to say they don’t even have a groomer working for them right now. Get it together! We won’t be back.

Great selection, knowledgable staff. We have been purchasing our dogs food, treats, and toys from here for the last few years. Its veteran owned and the owner is great guy. Rated 4 stars only because we have had some trouble with one of the employees in the past, an older lady who was very rude to us on several occasions. We havent seen her lately and the staff that has helped us as of late, have been wonderful and refreshing compared to past dealings. Overall, they have a great selection, pricing is fair, bonuses and incentives are awesome, facilities are well kept, staff is very professional (sans one employee), you cant go wrong here.

My little four legged girls needed pedicures. No appt necessary, two groomers on staff, had my little ones done in a matter of minutes, with me right there for them. The price is very reasonable and the staff friendly and loving. Looking forward to returning regularly!!

Despite having a large selection, the staff in today completely ruined my experience in the store. He was working on another order to carry out, totally understand that. However, I gave a “hi” to no response. I did not see the puppy formula in the brand I was looking for so I hung around the checkout while he finished up. Still not acknowledging my existence in the store, he breezed past me again... so I left. Will continue making the drive to Rogers for our food.

First their grooming skills are off the charts! When you see the picture of Charlie I’m sure you’ll agree! Secondly they are such a nice group of help humans. It’s also nice to be able to get food, vitamins, treats and so much more for my other pets while I’m already there picking up.

We have used the ladies at Whole Pet for grooming for about a year now and we have found them to be respectful and caring. They care for the dog’s ears and the glands that help ensure a healthy pet and he always looks and smells amazing. They ask for feed back and accommodate any adjustments to the grooming without hesitation. Thank you

Edited for response.The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, I enjoyed talking to them. The store is 80% dog related items and 20% cat related items. The day I came thru I was looking for mouse related items and learned they have ONLY dog and cat items at THIS location.The cat selection is disappointing in both locations I visited. A few large cat climbers that I found to be a bit pricey, a handful of small ones, 1/6th of the food products are displayed compared to dogs (I was mostly upset to not find cat training treats), a couple jars of toys, some litter boxes (maybe find decent covered ones you could comfortable price under 25$?), small scratch boards, and... That's pretty much all cats had there. *I definitely love hearing that a balance is trying to be found, it definitely(as a strong cat person) believe it has not been found. I will continue to visit and see how it changes!The foods they offer overall are amazing brands and quality, I know I could trust any of the food on their shelves to be good for my pets. The store is mostly pet foods, fairly well organized, cleanly, the price tags are directly on some of the products while others are unmarked.Feels like if I'm not coming here for dog/cat food or dog toys I should just go to another pet store. I do still feel this is an issue.

This place is wonderful. It's the spot to buy high quality meat protein based kibble (as well as some raw options as well!). I talked to the woman up front about my mother's dog having severe allergy issues, and she gave me a free sample of Acana Pacifica to give to my mother! What a wonderful place. I'll definitely be using them as my source for dog food in the future.They also have a supply of toys, treats, and supplements, so be sure to give them a look!

Shop here all the time as they sell organic foods for my babies. We also use the grooming services as both of our babies will allow them to take care of them without protest. All around a great place to shop.

I booked our Yorkie's bath and trim after seeing the price of $35 on their web site. The morning of the appointment we bathed him at home and left for his appointment. After arriving I was told by the young lady that it would be $50 for bath and trim. I was out of time so I let her do the job. After picking him up it wasnt a really bad trim but was not a professional job either. It appeared as if an apprentice had performed the service. I would have expected a discount. We will not be back.
