Went to this store cashier put ant poison in with food. It was the kind that could leak. Left the store with a 25 inch receipt from a manned register. They stopped us to look. 7 people from self check out walked out. She said they check everyone. No they did not. Took 12 minutes to get to talk to a manager. He said she was doing her job. No she did not or she would have checked every one. Sam's makes you wait to get checked not that I would like that better, but at least then they are checking everyone. Plus I do not like someone touching my stuff. At that point it is a my stuff

My husband and i bought some clothing for my daughter and saved the receipt. It didn’t fit her, so i brought the item and the receipt back. But since we had swiped my husband’s card and not mine the lady insisted that i get a gift card or credit my bank account on his card. Which was fine. But then i have to wait 3 days for it to post to the account. I came in with the necessary proof of purchase and i have to wait for my money. Because they “are in the bad part of town”. Whatever!!! How unprofessional! Sam would be so unhappy. This store always punishes the good law abiding customers because of their lack of doing their job. They are always happy to take your money, but want to question you when they have to pay.

Make the greeter Mr Chau a member of the management team. This guy quite possibly does his job better than anyone in the history of jobs. If you’re having a tough day just go walk in the door and this guy is like therapy. My daughter hugs him every time we go in. Great human!!! We appreciate you sir!

Every time we go, they never have what I need in store. They were out of at least 4 items today. If we don't bag large items, they (an associate and a security guard) stopped us and acted like we were stealing. And they had watched us check out. I'm disabled, and there are always people that are not handicap parking in the handicap spots, and Walmart doesn't do anything about it.

It is illegal to ask for a receipt once the items are bought and paid by the customer. The items are not considered Walmart property after that! If they wanted to control loss prevention then get real cashiers back out there! How can you steal anything when you have a cashier in self check out hovering over you the entire time… Watch the self check out cameras on each bay it proves who has stolen or not. Even so as customers, we are not trained to do Walmarts job! Treating everyone like a criminal is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The next employee that grabs my arm again when I’m disabled, will get punched in the face. It’s against the law to hold anyone hostage. When I go in there and spend at least $50-100 in groceries a day!

This is for the automotive center. Might be the worst managed group of people I’ve come in contact with. I went in to get my battery tested. Well first they have to test it with a small machine because me saying I have to jump my car everytime I start it isn’t evidence enough that the battery is shot. Then they confirmed that it needed something. So I gave them my keys and they said they were gonna hook it up to another thing that either charges your battery or confirms that it’s dead. So I give them my keys walk to another store, come back an hour and a half later. My car is still in the parking lot. I walk in the Walmart and the lady goes, “Oh let me see if my battery pack is charged now, I went out there and I couldn’t start your car.” Of course you couldn’t start it because the battery is dead. First off why did they send the poor lady behind the counter to go start my car and bring it in. (I also offered to start it cause the battery pack was literally in my back seat and she said no) Second how does nobody in that entire automotive section have some way to jump start a car. I wasted over an hour thinking my car was getting fixed and it hadn’t even been started because the automotive section couldn’t figure out a way to jump a car and drive it 200 ft into the shop. I would’ve pushed it at that point. Then the icing on the cake after about two hours into the process I get told THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT BATTERY. So thank you for literally nothing Walmart. 👍

I don't have a problem with the store , it's surprisingly clean compared to some areas . What I don't like is the bank tellers attacking me every time I go shopping to get me to switch banks.. im like lady I'll tell you like i told yall the last 5 times , i got a bank and I'm just trying to get my shopping done in peace. I'm on a mission when I go shopping don't get in my way or distract me.

My little cousin works here she's so amazing!!She's the best our ancestors practically got off the boat together!!!Great Uncle Jimmy & Chi Chi & Uncle Pesci knew that I'd go looking for the cousins he just didn't realize it would be in Arkansas til it happened 🙄Stay away from Moranos bar though they're all snitches who thunk they're about something.Lucianos bar In Worcester Massachusetts has a very rude lady working the whole joint few years ago she will serve cops but she will be disrespectful to the Gotti boys from Palermo 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Can't be mad though because cousin MANDA the Greek will be around if you go.

it's ok it's WalMart good prices on some but the cashier i asked for help had an attitude i was purchasing some swim shorts that on the tag said 12.44but the rack all the shorts and the matching shirts said 8.96she tried to say someone moved them to the wrong rack.but i had taken pics of the entire rack with both shorts and matching shirts so she chopped and attitude and stormed other then tried to ring up 3 pairs and then had to go back and fix that by the time it was over it was 10 min later and she had even more of an attitude

The shelves need stocked better. The lighting is yellow and sad. The homeless are everywhere you can't pull I to a spot without a bum begging with a sad story of how they like drugs.

Undoubtedly Walmarts are best in the NW AR region. This is another nice super-center. Everything is tidy and clean. The store is nicely organized. We stopped by to pick some usual stuff. The covid precaution scene is impressive here. The covid shots are available at the pharmacy too.

It was easy for me to find the products I was looking for quickly. I was able to get the prices I needed. The site was easy to use and had links to allow me to see prices lowest to highest, etc.

This place always smells like motor oil and rotten fruit. The associates all act like they hate their life. I went in to buy a tablet for my son because of homeschooling. I was trying to find out more info on the specs. You’d think they just hire people off the street without any credibility in tech knowledge. That whole department was dismissive and kept playing the “come find me” game. The blonde girl reeked of body odor and alcohol. And the other lady seemed like she wasn’t even sure where she was. So I went to Best Buy, at least those workers are trained and skilled. I should’ve known better than to trust a grocery store to be familiar with any piece of technology. It’s like going to the circus. Sights, smells and all. I’m only giving two stars because I felt a tad bit generous.Do better Walmart. Wow

This Walmart location is lacking in several ways. Being virtually across the street from the Walmart Home Office you would expect a higher level of associate competence and for the shopping carts to all be in decent working order. However, most of this location's shopping carts need to be replaced and/or repaired. The level of competence expressed by the associates is evident in how things are almost never where the app says they should be. Overall, just another Walmart nothing special, unfortunately.

I found everything I needed but it was very crowded with only 1 checker.I had a large order and ended up checking myself out. Not happy about that. Sam wouldn't be either. He was all about the customer.

Shopping at wal mart has become a soul crushing task of despair at any time much less the holiday season. The loss of competition has resulted in a humiliating experience where service is nonexistent and the shopper has to check out his or her purchases under the dubious scrutiny of disinterested employees. So no....I do not have much regard for Walmart.

This place is amazing. They actually have some items that I couldn't find in other Wal-Mart's. They have several services here as well: FedEx, Eye Doctor, Tax returns, etc. My go to Walmart in Fayetteville.

Went to the auto department to get a flat fixed. Though it was late, Josh worked me in. And though they were VERY busy, the clerks & workers were polite, helpful, & kind. My experience, in 1-5 stars.......?, I give it a 6 !!!!!

Don’t really like Walmarts only really use them as a last resort. Or for Redbox rentals and some restaurants they have but even them usually aren’t any good, price wise. Many no longer let people stay overnight but this one does. Unfortunately people probably ruined that by not just a quick park overnight or because of messes they leave.
