I was there for a Covid test that I’d scheduled online. When I arrived, the pharmacy staff was not rude, but extremely unhelpful. The counter staff seemed confused about the process & then I was told I’d requested “the wrong test” & would have to reschedule. I asked how to know what test I needed & she doubled down & said, “either way you need yo reschedule.” At no time did anyone offer an explanation or any actual help. Do they realize they’re working with & for people who don’t feel well?I called the Township location, who was able to help schedule me a test & answer my questions.

been going to this walgreens since college. super friendly staff, especially those in pharmacy. this store wasn’t that good a few years ago but it’s improved a lot and is a great location !!

Unbelievably rude and non customer oriented pharmacy staff. I had an appointment scheduled for a vaccine at a different location. When I arrived I was told they were out of said vaccine, but this store had it. They would let them know I was on the way and my appointment would be honored at the other location. When I arrived I stood there for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there (I was the only one in the store). Then they refused to honor the appointment because they didn’t have time to administer a vaccination. It was 6pm..the pharmacy doesn’t close until 9pm and again I was the ONLY person in the store. And there were 3 employees in the pharmacy.

I was having a horrible day and I was instantly greeted by Grace (on register)when I walked in the door. She was so caring and offered to help in anyway she could to make my visit easier for me. She made my night with her fantastic personality. Then when I was over in the pharmacy they were very patient with me as I was unable to afford my prescriptions, so they gave me tips on how to save money while I am waiting for my insurance plan to be active. Destin was so nice and really made the process easier for me. I left there very relieved and with a little less stress. 😌Update: those people were still really amazing and sweet to me, however, after I left that day I discovered that I had a random charge from them for over 200 dollars and they completed drained my bank account. I was calling and calling and checking up on it every chance I could to try and get this settled. After 6 days of people being rude to me, ignoring my calls, talking to the manager, and borrowing money from family, I finally got my money back and removed all of my prescriptions and card information from their systems. Some of the people that i talked to made this process easier. This caused me so much stress and I will never trust them with my information again.

Walgreens pharmacy lately, at two different locations haven't been very good lately. By this I mean they always seem to mess up my prescriptions and can't get them to me when needed I'm always having to wait a day or two just to pick them up. I recommend Walmart pharmacy and would only recommend Walgreens only if absolutely necessary.

Calling is not a good idea. I have been on hold for well over 17 minutes it starts to ring and they keep putting me back on hold. Maybe it was a bad idea to switch to this pharmacy. Man I had high hopes.Was over 23 minutes to get answered then Kyle explained they have 12 calls on hold right now and he has been on the phone the whole time I was on hold. At 7 minutes in I was next on line. It kept getting to the ringing then they would pick up and put me back on hold. I lost all the time waiting and then will take till 6 pm to get my lantis which he didn’t see a script for because he thought I wanted lancets then he said oh lantis I see that now. Thought you were wanting the little needles.I do hope this is not the norm for this pharmacy.*Update: will be tomorrow before I can get my lantus pens. I am completely out and have had issues controlling my sugar levels because of other health issues. I told Kyle (same from before) that it was life threatening for me to be without my medication and will not have a way to get it till my aide comes back tomorrow at noon. She leaves at 5. He asked if I wanted to transfer to another pharmacy. I can not just change pharmacies when they fail to do their job. My insurance changed and rather than look to see if there was updated insurance or call me they put it aside. It was there! But he has 120 prescriptions to fill today. I am sorry but are all of those scripts life threatening?

I've had so many issues using Walgreens as a pharmacy. Most recently, they claim to have transferred all of my prescriptions to my new pharmacy but actually held onto one and closed another they claim to have transferred but my new pharmacy has no record of. The Walgreens Pharmacy on School St. is also trash.

They cut hours again. Not open on weekends. REALLY! Slowest Walgreens I have eve used. I'm sitting at thr drive through now. 15 minutes and not 1 car has moved. Inside is no better.. I'm moving my prescriptions the next time I see the doctor.

First off very inconvenient hours, second after I had to wait 30min for drive thru to open up, of course what I get described by the doc was out of stock. What can happen then I am told it will take about 1hour to get it filled and to come back as I should receive a text message. 3,5 hours later still nothing. Not a great service in my opinion.4 days later still nothing redicless, was isolated withCovidand needed it badly. I understand the weather conditions but you should of gave mr call before you closed or at least when you reopened nothing@

I am not one to complain about businesses but this is the most ridiculous pharmacy. I submitted a refill at approximately 9:00am on 12/11/21 for a pre-packaged medication. By 6:45pm on 12/14, the medication still was not ready. This is the third month that this has been an issue for me. I don’t know if this pharmacy is under-staffed or just ridiculously and frustratingly slow. Go to another pharmacy!!!!

The young lady and young man that worked around 4:30 today was super helpful. I came in to get some passport photos taken and they were super patient with me and even took extra photos to make sure the photos came out good.I would recommend asking them to take photos with your smartphone and then printing it as passport photos. I personally think the resolution came out better.

Made 3 appointments for Covid shot,my husband and I took off twice to go,everytime we was told it would be over a hour wait just to go somewhere else and rudely told.The 3rd time we called for a manager, after 15 minutes we went and asked again for a manager.Finally, he came over and said he would find out the problem, he went back and talked to the pharmacy and came out and told us he wasn't satisfied with the answer so he was going to talk to someone else .He left us standing there for over 20 minutes just to find out he left for the day,WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Impossible to get through on the phone, making it difficult for customers whose providers send refills electronically. Instead of answering the phone in any order, they turned on the “we are away for lunch” message when it wasn’t their lunch break time. I have wasted several hours trying to reach them to no avail, meaning I will have to make a trip into the store just to ask them to start my refill, that they already have electronically. I have used other Walgreens and never had this issue. This store needs help!!!!!!

I was discriminated against by the assistant manager health reasons along with a few other customers today. I will NEVER SHOP at a discriminatory Corporation like this again. Ive been going here for 4+ years and consistently spend $100+ a week. So much for customer service. The staff are BIGOTS. And I do not condone that type of behavior by spending my money there. I am done.

The pharmacy has really went dwn hill I call my prescription n arnd 10 n morning they told me arnd 2 it b rdy I drive all the way from winslow get there 230 not rdy I had wait nxt morning go there little after they open still had wait 10mins get my script im just not happy with Walgreens at all this happens every month when I need get my script refilled they can't keep help always nxt people n pharmacy if I had another pharmacy I could go to I b switching fast Walgreens not like they use to b I fill like they dnt care how they treat there customers or have any care abt there customers health or how far out the way the customer got drive to goto there pharmacy get there meds they got alot of improving to do this has been going on with me four 6 months it has gotten better its getting worse. They make me feel like it's a game or u gotta beg for ur meds all its does to me is cause me STRESS!!!!

I love this Walgreens! Im so glad its the most convenient for me. The staff is nice and helpful. Layla in the beauty department is so helpful and knowledgeable of what's new and what works. I havent been disappointed in any of her suggestions.This location has made such a big turn around from a few years ago!

Pharmacist "Matt" was rude and arrogant, I took my prescriptions and left for Walmart where they were polite and immediately filled them. This is the 3rd or 4th negative interaction with Matt that I have seen or been party to and he needs reviewed and reprimanded!

They are never clear on when your prescriptions are ready. They told me to pick up in an hour, came back the next day and said it still wasn't ready and to wait 30 minutes for it be ready, and have been sitting here for an hour still waiting.

Great crew, always been there for me in getting my prescriptions ready on time with very few delays. Yes, I'm spoiled by Walgreens staff in both Austin and Fayetteville and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'll never go back. I'll be moving all my scripts to medical arts pharmacy. My pills were either vastly Miss-counted or somebody stole some. Either way I can't prove it cause the bottle says the right amount. I'll be complaining to a manager.

Expect a wait up to an hour for 4 cars in the drive-thru pharmacy. Going inside is almost as bad. Fill your prescriptions somewhere else.

Same as other people, I’ve been trying to reach them over the phone for days! Funny enough I’m still on hold 😂 I don’t think they’re gonna answer it.EDIT: they hung up on me after waiting about 40mins. I don’t believe is their fault, I never got to talk to anyone. Probably understaffed 🤷🏻♂️
