Worst pharmacy around. That's the 3rd week now I'm waiting on my prescription. Every time you need a refill, it says we preparing your prescription just to get 3 hours later a text it is out of stock, again. Just this week , my doctor send in my prescription, they received it, processed for 2 days, and this morning I got a notification, saying my rx is now online. Completely deleted my prescription I'm waiting on since Monday. Now I have to put it in again and they are out of stock again. Gosh do they miss me off.

The store is usually not very busy in the evening time after 7:00pm. The store is always stocked and the shelves aren't bare. The staff is friendly and helpful however this location won't price match their own prices that are shown in the app. Kind of weird in my opinion. I would think Walgreens would match their own prices shown in the app.

I call several days ago to change my prescription and it wasn’t ready when I arrived for pick up. I was asked to wait then asked to circle back through the drive through or go in store. Terrible service.

This place STINKS of incompetence. God forbid you ever have to pick up a prescription and there’s somebody in line ahead of u. Go ahead and add 15 minutes per person in line. Not exaggerating. They also treat you like an idiot any time they tell u anythint. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Figure it out.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I stood at the pharmacy for over 30 mins sick and waiting for a Covid/Flu Test. Everyone was in the back laughing & joking. I ended up buying a test to do myself. What a joke.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.SAVE YOURSELF THE MASSIVE HEADACHE.The head pharmacist, Ruby, was very demeaning and discriminating concerning constant insurance issues ON THEIR END. My insurance care provider has personally updated the system several times over and they OWE ME A REFUND that has not had any attempt to be resolved. They have a revolving door of pharmacy techs and apparently don't do any customer service training. The compassion training was skipped on this store and even in directly communicating with my insurance, my rep expressed she "wasnt a very nice person"This is concerning my sons medication that hes been taking with these specific insurances for almost a year now . Previously they had "deleted" the information to my insurance entirely and my care coordinator had to confirm and resupply-- Which is for naut because apparently a little over a month and they forget!The human wifh the Jiji tattoo has been wonderful and patient, but honestly-- still not worth the wasted time and energy.As a person with an autoimmune disorder who is ND-- dont make yourself sick- just choose a different pharmacy.Trust me, I kept the receipts! Thank goodness for arkansas law on public space recordings.

The worst pharmacy ever! No text sent! Last time I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a prescription filled. Today, I went and dropped my prescription. They said that I would receive a text. NEVER got one! The pharmacy hours on the website shows pharmacy open until 9pm. I was surprised to find out the pharmacy closes at 8pm. If you say that you will send a text by God better send one. Walgreens in other places have better customer service, it is sad to see that this store doesn’t care to continue an impeccable image this company has.

I’ve never left a review for any place or service before but I strongly suggest using a different pharmacy. Not this one. Multiple times I’ve called for a routine prescription refill that was either late or could not be found. One time, one of my medications was out of stock and I had to wait over a week with for medicine I was supposed to be taking every day. I kept getting regular text alerts about an insurance issue regarding a monthly prescription, and when I called to ask about it, I was told that it was because of “the way they had to enter the generic name into their system”? I still don’t know what that means. Either way, when I told my doctor how much I was paying for the “generic” version of that particular medication he was completely shocked and knew for a fact it was MUCH less at other pharmacies. The drive-through takes forever to get through because they let people sit at the window for 30+ minutes at a time (once I even saw a woman at the window get out of her car and take a walk around the parking lot). The final straw was when I called today, a Friday, to schedule a refill through their automated system only to be told that the pharmacy was closed and would not be open until Monday. My husband and I have contacted our doctor and will be permanently switching pharmacies.I have always gone out of my way to be nothing but polite and understanding with the pharmacy staff, because I know trying to get people their medication during a pandemic has to be so hard, and they’re probably just doing the best they can. But this is unacceptable. Also, the last and final time I entered this particular store, the only two people working the registers in a packed location BOTH had their masks hanging under their noses. I’m pretty sure one of them was a manager. Neither of them had their name tags visible. It’s really ironic that in a chain drugstore that derives its entire brand around “wellness” can’t even run a pharmacy efficiently or enforce its team members to wear a mask correctly.

The pharmacy is so unorganized! I scheduled a Covid/flu test online & I got the confirmation email but I called beforehand anyway to make sure they were expecting me due to past bad experiences. I was told the pharmacist on duty at my scheduled time couldn’t perform the test. So I went at a later time as instructed when another pharmacist would be there. Big surprise, I show up & got the run around ; they had to renter all my info that I’d already given online. I ended up standing at the counter while the staff went back n forth for 15 min trying to figure it out. Then was told to sit & wait for another 10 min. Then taken to a room to sit & wait again. The staff are nice enough but idk why it’s so unorganized & time consuming. I tried to be prepared by calling ahead to RE-confirm my email confirmation of the appt, & STILL got the run around. I’ve been here about 40 min now & still haven’t gotten my test administered.

Today I went in to pick up my prescriptions. It had been five hours since the doctor called them in. The guy said that they were almost ready, and I could wait in-store for 15-20 minutes for them. I agreed, and began to look through the isles. About ten minutes later, I realized that they had quietly closed the pharmacy without informing anyone, leaving me high and dry without my prescriptions... while I was sick and not feeling well. What a waste of time. They closed early at four yesterday due to "staffing shortages," and when I asked a store employee today, he said they closed "because the boss is sick." Terrible customer service. If you're going to suddenly close the pharmacy, at least make an announcement, or get medicine to the people actively waiting in the store for it. Maybe if you pay your employees more, you wouldn't have such a "staffing shortage." I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Update: the worst pharmacy ever. They called me 2 weeks before needing an Rx asking if I want to refill, I say Yes. I never get a notification that the refill is ready. Turns out, the refill was never filed. Now I don't have medication.Old review: Two days in a row, the pharmacy here has abruptly closed in the afternoon. My spouse asked if a prescription was ready, they said 10-15 minutes, she sat there waiting, and then they abruptly closed the pharmacy at 2:40pm without warning. We have a sick child and needed that prescription.If you're having trouble keeping staff, market principles suggest paying more.

The fact that this place is even operational is extraordinary. The only reason I got my prescription filled here this last time was because my doctor didn’t call it into Walmart like I asked. I waited in line for an hour and watched multiple cars give up and leave. Come to find out, they only have ONE operational register. How is a company with as much financial means as Walgreens unable to provide adequate registers?Every time I’ve called this location, I’ve been hung up on. They absolutely refuse to answer the phone or assist unless you’re in person. Their credit card machine frequently breaks down so you can only use cash (aka no HSA cards). This once happened after I’d waited inside in line for 20 minutes, mind you, and no one in line was able to pick up their prescriptions either. They close the pharmacy at random and don’t notify anyone. I can’t understand why anyone would intentionally use this pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They NEVER have your prescriptions ready when they say they’ll be ready. Their phone lines are down several times a week so prescriptions won’t even arrive at their store for hours and hours if at all. Their excuse is always that they’re short staffed, but they’ve apparently been short staffed for 2 years. Hire someone already then. They’re always rude and always slow. Choose anywhere else.

They always have an excuse why things either A. Cost so much compared to other places or B. Why they can’t fill a script on time. And when you try to solve this issue they say things like “well it looks like it wasn’t sent to another pharmacy, call your dr” and then you do, don’t hear from the dr all weekend. Come back Monday to try again and they say “oh it does look like it was sent some place else”. So I went an entire weekend with important medication. And i completely understand mistakes happen but its ALL THE TIME with this pharmacy. Not to mention they sometimes don’t have pharmacists on duty and don’t direct you someplace else to pick up meds. The app is also completely useless.

Don't waste your time trying to get a Covid booster. I made an appointment, showed up at the appointed time and they had some kind of cover over the walk-up window for services other than prescription refills which had at least a dozen people patiently waiting for more than 30 minutes to finish serving the first guy in line. Next (another 30 minutes). They need to hire some help.

Walgreens is now taking money from the old and sick. When using your over the counter benefits they are charging you money on top of it. I bought 3 things. All clearly over the counter products on the receipt. I was still charged cash on top of that for said products. The manager Griffin came over. I showed him the receipt. He agreed that everything was over the counter. When asked why I was being charged he told me that's what the register said so you have to pay it. Griffin is always incredibly rude to customers.

I have never seen a more inept and unprofessional team of people. Phones are down often, three times in a two month span late last year and at least once this year already. Prescriptions are late, there are always excessive wait times due to understaffing, Pharmacists call in sick causing the whole Pharmacy to shut down, policies seem to change depending on who you are talking to. there is ALWAYS an issue with this location every time i have gone. Waited in drive through over an hour because they let someone stay at the window for 40 minutes. Called store manager. When asked to help us out he said he had nothing to do with the pharmacy and was “tired of this BS”. Website advertises curbside delivery, and they could have resolved the logjam, but when I asked pharmacist I was told there was nothing they could have done. Plenty of places to get prescriptions in the area. The store at Weddington and Rupple was the last straw. We will never, ever use Walgreens again!

I moved to this area 4 months ago and selected this Walgreens as my preferred pharmacy because it was only a few blocks from my home. I needed my urgent care, doctor's prescription filled yesterday, but this pharmacy closed at least 2 hours earlier than their posted hours. This is the 2nd time this has happened in only 4 months!

So many fails from this pharmacy, I could write a novel. Final straw was, we made a covid booster appointment 3 weeks ago, got multiple reminder notices about our appointment up to & including day of appointment. Drove to location, went in and pharmacy was CLOSED! Were told that it was 2nd time in a week that no pharmacist showed up.At the VERY LEAST they could have contacted us and cancelled our appointment!Never again Walgreens. You have permanently lost all our business!

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been having trouble here for a year. No one ever answers the phone. I sat on hold for 10 minutes, some one answered and ask of I would hold and put me back on hold before I could even respond. Sat on hold for another 10 minutes before I was disconnected. It takes FOREVER to get a common prescription refilled and most of the time they don't even have it of stock despite the fact that I have it filled every moth for the last 8 years here. Recently I had a preauthorization form that needed completed and it took a week and two phone calls for me to get them to even send it to my doctor. I specifically asked them on the phone the second time I'd the med was in stock once the doctor approved. They assured me it was...well guess what...it was not...When I questioned the pharmacy manager about these issues of out of stock medicines he was rude and told me that's not how a pharmacy works. Oh, I'm sorry, I thought your job was to be a pharmacy and keep track of ordering medications...I'm giving another Walgreens down the street a try and then will be switch to a different company alltogether.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. THEY STEAL YOUR MEDICINE. I got my prescription filled here a couple weeks ago and I started noticing that my medication wasn't helping me at all on some days. At first I thought I was just crazy or maybe I should up my dose again, but sure enough, I investigate my bottle and open up some of the capsules to see that they're COMPLETELY EMPTY. Of the 30 capsules in my bottle, TWELVE of them were empty or only partially full. I don't know who's stealing my $400/bottle medication, but someone at this location is. They need to investigate their staff immediately and fix this. Put more cameras in or something.

This is hands-down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in Fayetteville. In two weeks, two visits, they were unable to fill a generic allergy RX. I tried to get another prescription filled, only to be told they couldn't fill it because it was a 90-day prescription. When I pointed out that it was not a 90-day prescription and got the manager involved, the prescription had conveniently disappeared from their system. They claimed it was because I asked for my prescription back, but I'm pretty sure my prescription never made it into the system. Not to mention that I have gotten 90 day Rxs filled there before. I would definitely check my pill types and dosages before I took anything from this pharmacy. That's if you can get your Rx filled at all.Harps, barely a quarter mile away, filled the prescription in 10 minutes after I told them what happened at Walgreens. Go there!

Worst pharmacy of all time. They take much longer than usual to fill prescriptions, there is always a wait, and when they finally have your order ready it takes double the time of any other pharmacy to complete the transaction. Also apparently not able to transfer prescriptions.

I am so done with this pharmacy. There is a different problem every month. Last month, the prescription wasn't in their system (although it's been there for the last 5 years). This month we got a text that the prescription was filled, only to find out it was filled at a different location, 5 miles away and I needed to wait 15 mins (after already waiting 20 mins to be served). We will be switching to Collier next month.

Do NOT make an appointment to get a flu shot at Walgreens. Having an appointment time means nothing. I was told that if they are backed up, you just have to wait an hour anyway. So, I will get my flu shot elsewhere.
