It took the pharmacy 5 hours to fill one prescription… after waiting in line 45 minutes, just one car in front of me, I get to the window and waited another 12 minutes to get my prescription and two employees gave me attidude after I asked what the hold up was. By far the worst Walgreens store and this was not my first bad experience with them!!

The pharmacy is no longer open on Sundays. Even so, they accept and send prescriptions through insurance on Sundays. When you try to fill prescriptions at an open pharmacy, insurance will not pay because Walgreens has billed for a medicine they did not provide.

I go here alot and have no problems with any of the workers except one lady who has a very thick foreign accent which makes her english very hard to understand. Someone else should answer the phone.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens in the NWA area. Never has prescriptions ready even after I receive the text notification that they are. 30+ minute wait in the drive thru. Whoever was running the drive thru today has absolutely no customer service skills and began yelling at us through the loudspeaker at one point. Transferring all my prescriptions to the Walgreens on MLK so I never have to put up with this place or these people again.

This review is reflective of Walgreens' website and organization, NOT the store or employees. They can only operate within Walgreens parameters.Walgreens website states a specific brand is available on site. I went to said location only to be informed product not carried if not on shelves. (Obviously, store staff are NOT in control of what corporate publishes on the company website.)While there, a pharmacy customer was unable to get his prescription at his insurance cost, despite having paid his deductible 😔. The system wouldn't acknowledge his deductible paid ?!?!

I went into the store around 7pm friday night and my cashier was charlie. he was literally drop dead gorgeous, and one of the nicest people i have ever encountered. we talked for about 10 minutes because the store was empty and he helped me find things and even complimented me. walgreens needs to hire more people like charlie! give this man a raise !

I love that even though they are very busy, the folks in the pharmacy treat me like I am a V.I.P. They are knowledgeable, fast, patient, and kind of professional. It's closer to the house, so I value my time and they do too. The Township location is my store! 😉

I've never dealt with a pharmacy this incompetent. Name it and they've done it. Charged me for a prescription fully covered by my insurance because they completely forgot to send it through insurance, only to make me call several times to try to get my money back because quote "the computer keeps crashing"? Check. Tell me I have to visit for my doctor for a prescription I still have six+ refills on (and absolutely did not need to visit my doctor for yet)? Check. Tell me they can't sync up prescriptions because of "reasons" multiple times, only to later tell me then can? Check. Immediately hang up on me after I waited on hold for 30 minutes? TWICE IN A ROW? Check.The only reason I'm not giving this place one star is because the people I've talked to there have been consistently friendly. Sometimes, you'll even luck out and get someone who clearly knows what they're talking about and will go out of their way to help you. That said, overall, my negative experiences here have far outweighed the positive. If they took my insurance, I'd switch back to CVS in a heartbeat.

Scheduled a COVID rapid test appointment for next day. Shown up to the Pharmacy drive thru window "non-functional". Went inside to the Pharmacy and they said they're "short staffed". What is it then??? Broken window?? Short staffed? Why didn't you call and tell me it was broken or that your establishment was short staffed, I live 45 minutes away. Super inconveniencing. Makes no sense. Hire some people that actually care and can effectively do a job that's very important for the community. Lastly, go to a different store.

20-30 minute wait times if in drive thru. Seemingly only ever one person working in the pharmacy. Mutiple occasions of them not having RX ready when they say it will, it seems as if they only begin to prepare my RX only after I physically wait 30 minutes in line. This is now happened more than twice while the pharmacy on Shiloh, only a mile away, has never occurred once. This facility needs major staffing increases. Will never use this place again.

Lots of the stock items on shelves need stocking or pulled forward. Keeping the store unkept makes the store look like the business is failing. This Walgreens has really gone downhill the past few years in business. Outside area has lots of cigarette butts, trash, weeds in parking lot, dead bushes or bushes need pruned. Parking lot needs a restripe fresh paint job. Not caring about a business loses customers for your business.

It’s a very clean and well managed Walgreens. I’ve never had issues with the pharmacy, but I mostly pick up antibiotics and things that aren’t too important. Other people seem to have had issues, so I’d send your important prescriptions somewhere else just in case

My mom just got out of hospital. They said their whole system is down, so even though we had texts the RX was filled we could not pick them up. The next day we attempted to transfer the RX to a working pharmacy but were told they had it filled. Soooo... I drive three hours to not pickup RX but instead to deal with surly unprofessionalism. Furthermore, their "system" falsely reported we picked up the meds when we did not. I would argue that is criminal. My mom suffered for two days because of you.

Just called to have a prescription transferred to this pharmacy. The person answering the phone was unbelievably rude and went out of his way to not be helpful. Wouldn't take insurance information to get it processed via the phone, wouldn't look up phone number to the Cvs across the street where the transferring prescription was being made. Also made me google it to provide the phone number and said he would "wait until I could look it up." Just straight up went out of their way to be as unhelpful and rude as possible. Not customer service oriented in the slightest. Amazing what people think they can get away with when handling things over the phone. If I owned this branch I would be incredibly disappointed with the employee working the phones for my business. Sad and disgusting, wish I could give this place 0 stars.

They are pretty busy so it takes a bit. Doesn't bother. I am just glad they don't mind questions. They are quite ready to argue with your insurance if they feel you are not getting what you need.

Pharmacist red flagged me on psuedophed which I've taken every day for sinus pressure since I was 17. Then they skimmed a couple of percocet 10s from my wife's prescription and found out when we counted them at home. I have to drive to other states just to get the medicine I need because of this store. I would rank them -10. They also gave me a wrong prescription one time, but it's not the store, it's the pharmacist at that store on township.

Sister is handicapped and can’t walk to the back of store to get to the pharmacy. This is the worst place to get prescriptions filled. They have discontinued the drive thru window. What’s up with this service.

I had a prescription put in there instead of using one that was on my insurance they filled one that wasn't and then waited too late to call the doctor to have him change it and told me I was going to have to wait till the next day for me to call the doctor to have him change it so that they could refill a different one wanted to act like it was my fault that they filled the wrong prescription

I went to Walgreens to purchase an otc I usually get a different store. They charge 12.99 more for the product that usually is 9.99 any where else. This is a ridiculous mark up
