This one closes at 9:30-9:45. A couple times is one thing, but multiple? And no. I don't intend to go late, but due to my work schedule, sometimes I can't get there until fifteen till... they should still be open... not just Look like their open, and then shut the lights off at ten.

Tried to go through dive thru to get Allegra D. The window only said no alcohol is to be sold through the window. They need to change it and say only prescription medications can be sold through the window. Every time I go to the pharmacy it takes forever to get the pharmacist attention(even though there are 4 of them) they are to be talking.

Seems the four or five times I've been to this location there's always a reason the prescriptions aren't ready or a technical reason that you just can't pick them up and now they've changed their hours to where they're not even open on Saturdays or sundays. Update-went back Monday and the drive thru is still closed and 11 people waiting in line at the inside window.

I called up here to see if I they had my medicine in stock, as the Wedington one did not. Rebecca, the pharmacist was very kind and helpful. She not only told me they had it, but switched it over to her store and told me I could pick it up whenever, it would be ready for me.Good customer care is hard to find nowadays, and Rebecca was great.

Drove 35 miles for a booster shot appointment. Once I arrived they told me that the could no longer administer the shot. No one called texted or emailed me to let me know. Appointment made yesterday? Manager named Lydia seem to be unconcerned about my complaint. Did not even come to the window to talk to me. I will no longer do business with Walgreens. Another person posted they love this store cause there on no lines.. I think I know the reason why.

I used to use this Walgreens Pharmacy for my entire family. After they issued 15 pills instead of the required 30 on husband's script, I moved my scripts. I called the store and specifically told the Pharmacy to take me off auto fill, they didn't. I received a phone call weeks later, that poor girl got an ear full. Today while in the drive thru for a family member I watched the young man help 3 people at the counter inside the store. I buzzed the buzzer and he came over to tell me he would be right with me. I told him I had watched him help 3 people already surely he could assist me now. The answer was "I'll be right with you." I parked and went inside, figured I'll get in line and get helped quicker. I complained to the two ladies working in the store and asked them to please get some help in the pharmacy. As I got in line, two other employees came into the Pharmacy area. I mentioned my complaint to the tech and was told that one of their techs had been in a car accident and broke her neck and they "were sorry for my inconvenience." I'm on a limited lunch break and have to go inside the store for assistance and then I'm met with condescension. Hmm...not good customer service. I really hope the employee is recovering. In the meantime, someone in management needs to resolve this store's lack of training, communication, and staffing. Never should there be only one tech to work the counter AND the drive thru. I will never return to this store! I have found a pharmacy on the east side of Fayetteville that has nothing to do with Walgreens, and employees that have been there several years and know how to handle a drive thru.

I needed to take a photo for official use, so I called this pharmacy 20 minutes before I walked here. No appointment is needed according to the clerk. I even told him to be here shortly, and he said okay. After arriving at the store, he said that the camera's battery is dead and needed to be charged for 2-3 hours. Until fullly charged, the photo service is unavailable. Excuse me? How can one be this irresponsible to treat a customer? And I don't even buy your "battery is dead" words. My advice: do not come to this pharmacy for your own sake.

If I could give no stars I would.y fiance just had a knee operation and needed his meds, they said they would have his meds filled the night we went to go pick them up. 4 hours later no meds. He was in extreme pain for 2 days because of them. They even had the order for his meds 5 whole days before his surgery. I will never let him use walgreens again.

MLK Walgreens is asily one of the worst I've ever been to. Horrible customer service, never enough staff, I've even witness them send a line of people away because the only employee running the register had to take a break. I get it but the pharmacy tech or manager couldn't fill in for 30 minutes.Not our problem anymore. We are switching to a new pharmacy.

Went to ER to get an IV. Dr said if I don’t get better after taking this medicine then I would have to come back… it took over 6 HOURS since my dr called my medicine in for them to fill this prescription. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and can’t get dehydrated, this med is supposed to help with that. Never have I experienced such a long wait time at a pharmacy for something they have on hand. It was ridiculous. I called 3+ times, my husband went to check it… still wasn’t filled. They finally filled it after 6 hours. Will definitely be switching pharmacy’s after this experience.

Apparently you have to give a star to post this Walgreens does not even deserve a single star! This location is the worst Walgreens from the top management to the bottom. The pharmacy abruptly shuts it doors for days and does not have a backup plan leaving many without meds and not allowing the other Walgreens to assist. One and half years into Covid and this Walgreens has no backup plan for a Covid outbreak instead they withhold meds from people. Extremely rude floor manager and pharm tech I will never return to this Walgreens I am in the process of sending my entire families scripts to a small pharmacy. I hope others follow suit. Customer service is lost on this place!

They don’t ever answer the phone and when you show up there’s 5 employees walking around doing nothing. I am moving my families business to a different pharmacy. Walgreens has the worst customer service!!

I went in looking for a bulb syringe. i found the baby section with no bulb syringe. i ask the pharmacist, she didn't seem to know what i was talking about. she called for assistance for me, but no one came . i left very dissapointented. i later looked it up online and the internet said they are in the adult ear care area and in stock. i will find one in another store where they help customers with questions.

I gave them so many chances, and I'm referring to the pharmacy. Just the turnover in their employees should be a good indication of how poorly managed they are. They used to have very knowledgeable and helpful techs, but they're all gone now. I can't wait to finish this round of prescriptions with them and I'm moving my business elsewhere.

They charge $5 more than the Walgreens on Wedington does for the generic form of levonorgestrel. The main problem with that being that the Walgreens on Wedington rarely has this in stock. This store has hard workers but is also drastically under staffed. I don't recommend this store.

Employees are rude, and there pharmacy department can’t get there stuff straight. There’s always a issue there, but can go to another Walgreens and no problems! I got tired of dealing with it and just transferred my stuff!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Literally every time I have to pick up a prescription it takes at least half an hour if not over an hour. After they told me it was ready! And it seems they are always changing my prescription from brand to brand every month without telling me.

I went into this store and had some questions about over the counter medications and went to the pharmacy counter and stood there for a few minutes and was ignored one the people working there kept glancing over at me but no help I will never go into this store again

Been going here to get mine and my daughter's medication here for 4 months now and i guess they only do auto refills on what they want and most of the time rude making you fill like your wasting there time thinking i my need to switch.
