I normally have a great experience with the workers they are all nice and polite until today. The man that was getting what I asked was nice and polite but the woman that was there was rude and kept looking at my id up and down all over the place she walked from where I gave it to him at the window to the indoor register, then when I asked if she had a problem finding my birthdate I told it to herthen she mentioned people coming in with fake id's I said I'm 27 years old. Anyway she acted rude and unprofessional and I did not appreciate how she treated me.

Today they had a sign up at the door and were only taking customers through the drive-thru. I normally take a scooter. Ignoring for a second how stupid it is that our society has drive-thru liquor stores, I am not going to wait in line sucking down someone's pick-up truck exhaust so I can buy a beer. If you must close one, in-store or drive-thru, close drive-thru. I will not shop here again.

I've been going here for years, and I really don't take my business elsewhere. They have good prices in comparison to Wedington liquor and the one off MLK, plus the staff are much more kind than either of those locations. Female worker here who can be rude sometimes, but the rest of the staff is amazing!These folk have a sense of humor and know how to help where needed.I even got my moving boxes from here, with offers to help load them in my car.Thanks guys.

Terrible experience, walked in my wife. We were both treated like we were criminals. Made to leave oou shopping bags at the front, then followed through the store. Then questioned by a 20 year old why I didn't buy anything. We are highly educated and in our 30's. I've never been treated like this anywhere, ever. Screw this place.

Love this liquor store! The staff is cool, they go above and beyond to help you out and the atmosphere as a whole is just super laid back. They always keep my beer in stock. We shop here multiple times a week.

Went in the day after Thanksgiving, two 'kids' working that day have always exuded an attitude. Things came to a head today, fortunately these kids are a minority in representation of millennials' attitudes. It was obvious in their 'soft skills' that a front facing job of this sort is not their forte. Everyone else there is cool.

Been going there for years staff is great. Just a few days ago. I walked in to buy something. An employee said we dont have that here. So i had to walk down the counter to point it out. I accidentally knocked over some wine. Broke 1 bottle packed up the other. And apologized. The girl whom i was trying to purchase from told me come on with attitude and i said im not going to pay for that. She peraisted to disrespect me and use profanity. I say very calmly, "im sorry, accidents happen and you should treat your customers with more respect." Today i go in and she is there and they will not serve me now. I believe that is unfair practice and she should be fired for a not knowing her prodicts and b being disrespect to a repeat paying cuatomer.

Normally don't have a problem with this place. However, last night I drove through and asked for a fifth of Tito's. The worker said “That’ll be $42.54.” I thought it didn’t sound right and I made sure he knew I was asking for only a fifth. He said yes, a fifth is $42.54. I knew that wasn’t right so I said nevermind and I drove around to park. I walked in where I found the fifth for $19.99. Even the handle was only $33. So, I grab the fifth to check out with the worker that was not doing the drive through and he rings me up. Price after tax was $22.54. The drive through worker was trying to pocket $20.
