Staff is super friendly & professional and the store, overall, is easy to navigate. My first visit was during peak holiday season, so the aisles were a bit messy. But that’s to be expected, especially for a store this size.I usually go to Lowe’s for everything. But was very pleasantly surprised to see how much cheaper the handful of items I was picking up actually was in comparison. I obviously don’t know how the prices compare store wide, but for the items I specifically bought, I saved a lot of money by coming to Home Depot instead.Another great perk is the size of the parking lot is very easy to find a spot regardless of what you are driving or if it’s peak time or not. I’ve never seen it completely full and when I pulled up in the middle of a weekend day, I was able to find a front row spot with no problems.

Home Depot Fayetteville is one of best home improvement stores. It’s huge with wide varieties.Store is huge and it has everything you need for your home improvement and home renovationStaff service is very good!Johny helped me at this store. He is very good at customer service. He ensured that my requirements are meet. His technical skills helped me well. Johny also very good at co workers. There is a trainee with him. He helped her how to deal customer cases.Worth visit store!

Lost my $6,000 flooring order.. Couldn't do anything but refund me advised me to reorder.. Couldn't tell me how this could be avoided if I did reorder.. So we'll be making our big purchases elsewhere.. Genesis at customer service was awesome.. I hope she gets promoted to CEO of the company

Helpful and friendly employees. We had stopped by Lowes prior, and needed employee assistance to cut some lengths of chain. It took the staff at Home Depot maybe 5 minutes tops to track down the correct person to help and get our chains cut. The employees at Lowes, however, never assisted after asking 3 separate employees and waiting for them to "find someone," whom they never returned with.Night and day difference- go to this Home Depot if you value your time.

Great store, had the pipe clamps I needed at a great price. I like the Bessey clamps and they carry the 1/2" sets I use in my shop. Good store layout, clean and tidy. Good choice of HD stores here. Easy in and out.

home depot is partially at fault for offering a promotion their servicer didnt honor. citibank dont sign up for the card. promotions are a lie, I was offered a $100 to open my account but because I recieve military discount they didnt apply it or let me know they were not going to so I called and they still wouldnt very disrecpectful to vets

The night shift on 9/22/18 deserve to be rewarded. I had a low speed accident on my motorcycle and needed to use some tools. They offered the tools I needed for no charge and were all nice about it. I will always visit this location moving forward!

First they will tell you they will contact you when product arrives. They definitely do not. You have to call and keep asking.Waiting on a delivery—window is from 6am until 8pm. They will send you a text saying you are one delivery back for hours so you can’t do anything but sit somewhere you don’t live (my type of delivery)waiting ion a delivery. For 12 hours.I’ve been one delivery back for 4 1/2 hours now.Listen to me: Lowe’s has actually fixed their delivery system in the last year so it works much better than before and much better than Home Depot.I will never spend money to be treated this way again. Utter lack of concern for customers.If Lowe’s can narrow it down to a few hours window so can Home Depot. If you buy a lot of appliances and windows etc don’t waste anyone’s time with a 12 hour delivery window with fake or at least erroneous updates. Your time is worth more than that.Update:7 1/2 hours with ‘’1 Stop before me’. Think when they show up and take it out of the truck I should tell them to take it back refund my money.

Purchased water-resistant plywood, and they cut it to sizes required. Replaced a handicap ramp for an elderly woman. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Will purchase materials from this store when we are in the area. Lowes had refused to cut plywood in their store. Thank you again for improving the quality of life for an elderly person. We were visiting from Arizona and had no power tools. Great store and employees.

They were super nice and helpful. Gave our kids a free little wooden battleship kit to build and gave our dog a treat. Lots of people available if we had questions. They had lots of trees and the shopping cart car that our boys love :)

I had to return a multi-meter that was defective. I'd purchased it over 2 years ago. I had purchased an extended warranty at that time. I gave them the defective meter, my receipt, copy of warranty and original packaging. They gave a new meter. I left.

I a lady, went in on Friday night to get wood cut. The young lady cut it and was very fast and accurate. I checked out at 10:01 and ask for help getting in my car and a gentleman was very hateful because he had to help. He said “ I guess I’ll do it since I’m the only one left since we’re closed”. Another nice gentleman told him he’d help. It didn’t even take them 5 minutes. I felt like a very bad person. They don’t have to worry about me coming back.

I’m a fan of The Home Depot, however it’s very difficult to get any help or service from a person inside the store, after the holidays it’s like no one cared anymore.The stock on some of the items on the shelves are very very low, some are nonexistent to the extent that the displays are still out on the floor empty and in the way causing problems and Saftey hazards, making the store look even worse then it did already!

Just safe to say that the employees at this Home Depot, with the exception of Tim in flooring, only have socializing & horsing around as their occupation. There may be other employees that actually care about their work. Unfortunately, we did not come across them. Cost the store well over $10k from customers who care about work ethic as well as quality products!

Stacy at the return desk was extremely rude. Witnessed her attitude not only with my return but while waiting on her to fix my problem, witnessed her being rude and rolling her eyes to multiple other guests. Mike at the paint counter on the other hand is amazing and could teach Stacy a thing about customer service.

Any home improvement store like this is always fun.99% of the time, you can find what you're looking for.My only problem with Home Depot is that you can never get help or find an employee. Only the front cashiers.So you better have a pretty good idea of the layout and let the hunt begin.

I live out of state and ordered a six foot wooden fence installed around my daughters yard and Pool in Springdale.It was easy to order and I felt at ease with materials and installation because it came highly recommended by Home Depot Supervisor John Northup, Pro Dept Supervisor, and Gina Doss, Customer Order Specialist! Ft Smith Installers did the work.LET ME ADD a 1 1/2 later review! The fence started falling apart. When I arrived in Arkansas I saw a huge mess! I was not able to go earlier due to lock down during the pandemic. I went to Home depot and complained, to no avail. Their policy is it was over one year, so they could do nothing. However they told me that company no longer installed for them and I could complain to main office. I did, I got nowhere except a promise of a $100 gift card which never arrived. I no longer will shop at Home Depot because my family has been burned with a dishwasher an expensive refrigerator besides this fence and a few smaller items

Sub par customer service. Disappointed with the lack of enough help. Management didn’t seem to help though she tried briefly. They lost our custom made cabinets and kept telling me they were somewhere in the store. I wasted almost 2 hours waiting to pick up half of my order. Manager nowhere to be found afterwards. Very disappointed

We are building a home and have purchased so much from Home Depot. We had miscellaneous items to return to Home Depot and Lowe’s. The employee at the return desk at Home Depot was so condescending and rude. Lowe’s, however, couldn’t have been nicer even though we had twice as much to return to them. We will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. Everything we returned scanned directly to our debit card which shows it was recent purchases made by us SO don’t act like we’re a charity case that you’re helping out.

Went to Home Depot today and had a great customer service experience with an employee named Jose. He is a fine young man who helped me out with information and personal service over and above. Jose is a real asset to Home Depot in Fayetteville.
