The quality of the product is also top notch making every shower so much more enjoyable with quality water. I felt the difference in the water after my first shower. I have been using a filtered shower head for 10 years and know it makes a huge difference on my ultra sensitive skin!(and a side benefit is that it prevents shower residue on walls from hard water) But recently when ordering a new one (yes, 10 yrs. of perfect use, but I dropped it and cracked it) I made a mistake when ordering and after receiving my order I needed to add to it. I spoke to a very kind lady who not only knew who I was, but deducted the extra shipping cost because of MY mistake. Super, personalized customer service and a great product! You can't ask for more. Unfailing first class customer service makes shopping at the Shower Filter Store an easy choice. One of the shower heads I use takes the Sprite handheld filter cartridge. They're easy to change, but not particularly long lived. I get a pretty solid two months of service before they need to be replaced, but given their size restrictions, I'm satisfied. The other shower head uses a Sprite slim line cartridge that lasts four months or longer.The auto ship program is completely flexible and makes getting replacement filters hassle free.

I love the bath ball filter. I know it filters the chlorine out of my bath water and I enjoy my relaxing time in my jacuzzi so much more knowing the water is cleaner. The bath ball is super easy to snap together and use; I just hang it under the tub faucet and then put it in the water. The shower filter is also easy to install and I appreciate knowing my long showers do not contain chlorine. The delivery was super quick and the package was well packed and secured with my receipt inside...so lol know exactly what to order again. Thank you for high quality products and service!

I am extremely impressed with the products and customer service of the Shower Filter Store. I had ordered a filter for a shower head that was obsolete. Rather than simply sending me the wrong filter that I ordered, they called to inform me that the filter I ordered would not fit my current shower head. After a brief discussion, I ordered a new shower head with the correct filters. I am so grateful that they were conscientious enough to check my order, realize that there was a problem, and then called me to discuss the correct the problem. It's so rare these days to find caring people who are so helpful!

The place was great and even honored--beyond the date--a special they had run when I couldn't order online during the promotion period: that's great customer service. .The shower head itself is nice, but doesn't have much pressure, which was disappointing.

I have been using Shower Filter the pass 4yrs. they are great. We have strong chemicals in the water. So strong that you can smell them and the cold water in the morning warm or hot 15 mins. No problem in the shower. THANK YOU for having it.

I have been using these shower filters for years.The water in my town is full of chlorine and without filter it makes my hair feel like it has been washed in sea water! The salon I go to does not have filters and I can tell the difference. Hair shampooed at home is must softer and shinier.

This place is a hidden treasure got educated on flouridated water and the dangers. The have awesome sediment and whole house filtration systems as well as smaller indoor units which are used to address different issues with water. I have actually been able to drink tao water for the first time without getting stomach pains. Awesome products from an amazig family business.
