Been taking our dog for grooming for the last several years had an appointment today and my husband was mixed up on the time and arrived 15 minutes late so they charged an extra $15 as a late fee! Mind you if they had been busy I would not be complaining however they were not busy and this is unacceptable we will be finding a new grooming salon Petsmart will not get another dime from us

Dropped off my little devil she was in need of a wash at cut bad. She does not take to people easy yet the gentleman who had her was wonderful. She now looks like the princess she is.
