Monte has been our groomer since we adopted Shadow from the Fayetteville Animal Shelter. Shadow runs to the door when I ask if he wants to go see Monte ❤️ we truly appreciate the kindness he shows and the wonderful job he does! We were able to find Shadow a lifejacket that fit there also.

Great selection of fish supplies, but also introduced black mold into my tank. Not harmful to fish, but impossible to get rid of. Prices are high, but have things that can't be found in other stores. Love this store and always friendly to pets

My daughter and I had a great experience today. One of the workers actually fed the lizards and other reptiles while we were there. That was very educating for her to see. The stores kept very clean and we found everything that we needed easily. Such a wonderful store. The kittens look healthy, hug fish selection, and you can tel that all pets live coming here.

Don't take ur pets here!!!! The groomers are not nice to ur dogs! Corporate knows and nothing is being done about it. My friend took herDog one time and her dog was acting like she was going to be hit. I worked there in the grooming department I won't be going back. They act like they are better when they are cruel to animals. Makes them man or a women to do the crud they did to my dog and my friends dog. DON'T TAKE UR PETS!! they won't let you stay in the grooming department to watch u have to go in the store part, it's all kinds of messed up. I had asked to be removed to the floor. I got cancer and I quit my job. Won't go back!

Cat adoption lady is not interested in helping people find pet - told to fill out application coldly without any help, when I clearly didn’t know what to do to adopt one through them. Do not even get to touch or see cats before filing an application. Like I want to at least pet and attempt to bond before filing an application. Either way the lady was cold, and more interested in filing out her name sign then actually placing a cat Sorry pet smart I’ll go somewhere else.

This store overall is pretty messy. So many empty spaces on the shelves, too. Even the small crickets for feeding are out of stock. The three stars are because the staff is friendly.Side note, if you need a groomer, ask for Terry! He’s the very best.

This company never highers actual experts when it comes to aquatic life section, their tanks always filthy no matter what state your in, sick and disease ridden fish and dead ones all in the filthy tanks. Why are these companies allowed to stay open when they constantly abuse animals? Fish feel pain just as much as a human.

Waited in the fish department for 20 minutes I understand he had two other customers prior to me , no hey mam be with you shortly nada and yes I am Mexican American lady and handicap to boot. Every time I go to this pet store I don’t feel the love a customer would feel walking in to my neighborhood pet store now I will just go to Petco thanks a lot tall man with glasses and black braid with face mask (para nada) , for nothing.

I was mortified when I picked up my golden doodle. He was neutered last month and had his first grooming since wearing onsie. We specifically told them not to cut his fur too short. This poor baby was shaved to his skin. On top of that charged extra for combing. I have never been so angry. The clearly have no clue what they are doing. Below are pics from today and what he looked like prior. Aweful!!!

BUYER BEWARE: This location sold us an incredibly sick cat in September (it is now December.) A family member brought the cat as a surprise for my 5 year old, and as a veteran cat owner, I was able to immediately tell the cat was ill. She had matter all over her eyes and face from upper respiratory infection, red eyes and eye drainage, and a horribly stuffy nose. I truly have no clue how someone wouldn’t immediately know the animal needed medical attention or how a facility could in good conscience sell such an animal to an unwitting individual. Within a few short months, I have given her over $500 of vet visits, medical supplies, and treatment. She is still sick to the point of uncontrollable sneezing, while simultaneously exposing our other cat. I’ve learned a hard and expensive lesson I didn’t even ask to learn and I’ll never accept or prompt anyone to get a cat from this or a similar facility ever again.

The PetSmart staff is friendly and fun to chat with. We talk cats, dogs, and frogs. They are also knowledgeable and cost conscious when making suggestions. One of the staff members even suggested to ‘sponge bath’ the frogs. 🐸🐸We all love it! 😊 😊

The good: Very nice staff, great selection, and I like looking at all the animals.What I'd like to see changed: most of the tanks being sold are too small even for bettas, which gives shoppers the wrong impression on what a suitable tank looks like. The pamphlets for how to care for the animals are stashed in a small aisle as if you dont want anyone to see them. I saw a family loudly tell the staff they were buying one tetra (a very social fish) to keep in a 1 gallon tank (too small for Any fish) and the staff member said nothing. Like most large pet stores, the bettas are kept in pittiful conditions. I went and bought my betta from Worlds Under Water, which is an aquarium store only 5 minutes away that treats their bettas with something closer to basic respect.

My fur baby got a bath and came out smelling wonderful. Just in time for the holidays. Staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable about dog care/grooming.

Went to pick up a few things with my dog Buster and they were able to squeeze him in to get his nails trimmed. As always, they are friendly and did an awesome job with my great big dog who is a sissy about anyone touching his nails. 😂 Shout out to Terry who seems to be the go-to for the difficult ones. Everyone there seems to be patient and take a lot of pride in their work.

PetSmart is reliable for 90% of our Furrbaby purchases. People have found out they sell exclusive varieties of well known brands and, in-house only brands, which makes the ordering for them a little harder I'm sure. We have a Dane and she is a senior and we have used hills senior for 7+ and it is hard to find the food for her size group. However The there is a 7+ in the hills for large dogs. Smaller Kibble works out better for our 10 yr. young Dane. BTW...They have a brand of Cat food by Nutro that has absolutely healed our cats of hairballs and vomiting.

Lots of great products, nulo is highly recommended for cats, by the way. My cat loves the little wet food pouches, we give him one every couple of days, and he practically snatches it from us! He loves it more than catnip.I will say, i was a little upset that they refused my application to adopt a very cute and loney kitty. I didn't get a reason from the foster family, and really only got a generic automated response. A friend we know submitted hers, and she actually didn't fill out half of the required form and got a call within 20 minutes... Maybe they couldn't read my handwriting over a text message? Or maybe their forms just don't leave room for personality or anything? Or they don't really follow through with their own process... That's okay, though. I'm only a little salty.Like I said, products and selection are good for the most part, but I'm skeptical of their adoption system

Last time we were here an employee cleaning the fish tanks was rude as hell and almost hit us with the ladder thing. She caught me on a good day or otherwise...But other than that, they are a good place to buy pet supplies.

Two young ladies were rude and hateful to my youngest children and I. We were scolded by a very young lady, in front of a line of other customers for buying 4 small fish for a 10 gallon tank. She told us they don't like letting their animals go to places where they aren't going to make it. This was at the checkout while they wrote on our receipt so we wouldn't get the 14 day guarantee. My children didn't understand them saying a Beta had to have 5 gallons when there are so many sitting in cups in the store. They questioned why they sell even smaller tanks and bowls if they aren't to be used. All the fish there are crammed in small spaces….MANY fish to a small tank. They also didn't understand why the girls were so hateful and wrote on our receipt that there would be no guarantee when they told us we should only have 2-3 fish for a 5 gallon & we got 4 for a 10 gallon. We were also questioned about if we had a tank set up already and knew we couldn't just put them in some water. I understand pointers and wanting good homes for the animals..but the attitude and manner and questioning was really unprofessional and condescending and we will never go back.
