My dog loved it and came out so soft! Only weird thing was they didn't shave her tail, which kinda looked insane. Lol I had to shave it when I got home.

Very nice helpful employees when I go in and buy my lil fella his food for the month. The grooming part. I've never used. But the groomers seem to be very nice as well.

My dog, husband and myself love Valerie! She is so patient, loving and understanding of our now 11 year old Anerican Bull dog that has slowed down and can't stand for long. He always look so good, smells fabulous and his hair is bright again. Thank you Valerie. She also does a fabulous grooming for our Miniature Poodle. She's just awesome!

Valerie is so great, I feel safe when I leave Nina with her. She also does such a great job she's just great. I been taking Nina since she was a puppy, there is another girl with short hair that I recommend don't know the name. Nina is a Maltipoo

Just picked up my dog from grooming. Paid for full spa treatment. Her is ears are not brushed out has something still in the hair. Her potty area had not been cleaned. Hair on face and ears are cut uneven. They have all the info on file on how she was to be cut. Yes she has been there for the last several years For 80 bucks she should be perfect. Looks like none of the old crew is there. Won't be back.can't give a zero so we do just 1.

I had a very bad experience with Petsmart so I was a little uneasy to try Petco. I explained what had happened to Brooke at Petco and she relieved some of my worries. When I picked Tara up, she was happy and doing her Pit smile. She smelled so good and looked very good. I was very impressed with Brooke and very pleased. I will continue using Petco for her future grooming needs!

I paid $100, 4 the furminator bath/blowout and xtra brushing I also had the dog's nails cut and buffed. They did not brush him out well as his fur was still hanging off of him. He is a Siberian Shepherd. His nails were still long maybe buffed? Not a good experience... especially for the dog

All the stylists are great, but I highly recommend Dean! My 3 yr old aussie hates grooming, but she is incredibly patient with him and makes sure he comes home looking 100%.

They listened and went the extra mile to make certain my dog was groomed safely. They lifted her up as she has hip dysplasia. Unlike the groomers at Fort Smith Petco, who refused to groom my dog. Fayetteville groomers are Superior and caring groomers.

During Covid-19 I appreciate that Pet-Co will do nail trims without my dogs having to be groomed. Our vet will not do only nail trims nor will your competitor Pet Smart.

Most disappointing visit ever!! Grooming MOST ugly cut I have seen!!! Ears not cleaned and inner ear hair not cut! Facial hair cut into a fox 'v' shape...ON A TERRIER of cairn/schnauzer mix.... UGLY and soooo disappointed.
