My order was processed and available for pick-up in a very timely manner, and when I arrived for curbside delivery, it was less than 5 minutes from my arrival to the delivery to my car! The young woman who assisted with my order was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back for my future pet needs👍

Pretty good store. They are pretty inconsistent with certain inventory being available for love periods of time. If something sells they keep it. If it doesn't seem enough, it goes😩

Not very pleased with the service and the refusal to sell me live mice for my house cats, they said it wasn't a natural food for cats there for I can't have any because cats don't eat mice! But you sell them for snakes and other reptiles! Very disappointed in these ignorant people that have no idea what they are talking about! Petco lost me as a customer. Won't sell mice to me because I give them to my cats.

Very friendly employees. My heart was broken when all the critters were covered in their own feces. I was looking at the rats and would have purchased one had I been able to take one out to say hello but they were so disgusting nobody would want to pick them up. Those poor babies are overcrowded and their habitat needs cleaned more often

I want to say just how wonderful our experience was. We had came into the store around 3pm on a Monday. We seen a beautiful white kitten and we fell in love. We were first met with David and Gracie. They were wonderful and very helpful with helping us start our adoption paperwork. Once we had heard back from the rescue center that the kitten had come from, we went back to the store around 6ish. Then we met David, Devon and another young lady that we were unable to catch her name ( we were all so excited for the kitten). All three walked us through the paperwork, food, and still managed the cash register. Not only were we empressed but we left feeling like our family was complete again. With saying that our little back story is that our cat of 13 years had passed away the day before Thanksgiving and we were surprised to find a kitten that made our hearts swell with love again. We thank your team that day for all your help!

Everything was orderly and the staff was super nice and knowledgeable. The cart system is not very good I could not find one outside or inside and I saw someone in the store actually using a cart from the grocery store next door. Also charging for bags is kinda like okay I guess. I could give it some respect if I thought it was an environmental thing but it's not you guys are just being cheap. Complimentary bags are not going to put your company in the ground.

We love the store and the great inventory. It would be nice if you could hold an animal without saying you are definitely going to buy it. That is part of choosing a new pet, seeing how they mesh with you. We have purchased 5 geckos from them. All have been healthy, but all also needed a little special care and encouragement to eat properly.

The cashier was very friendly and it didn’t take long to do my return. It also didn’t take long to cash out when we bought food for out cats. She also commented on my shirt and phone case which I loved. Way to go!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE. Danielle B traumatized my dog. She shaved half of his cut off and claimed he was being aggressive, but when I picked him up he was shivering in the corner as if she abused him. The entire time from when I dropped him off to when I picked him up she was incredibly rude and condescending. My dog has been groomed numerous times and never had a problem until her.

The staff was so incredibly knowledgeable about each individual snake. I never expected chain pet store employees to have a grasp of the overall personalities of each reptile but both employees I interacted with knew which snakes were more temperamental than others and knew their feeding schedules by heart.

This is a great location. The store is well stocked,organized and priced. The employees are engaging and fun to talk to upon visiting for my pet supply needs. The store manager ( I believe his name was Luke ) didn't hesitate to help me even though he seemed occupied with pet store related tasks. I will continue to shop here. Thank you

Friendly staff. They even let me take my pet snake in. I've only ever had 1 horrible rude (and stupid) staff member... Shes gone now... Wonder why... But everyone else is always so amazing. P.s. my snake loves his plants. Ill take him here every time i want to add to his tank because he loves picking out his decorations.

Wonderful vet experienceWe were in today for a vetco vaccine clinic for our two dogs. The vet, Jennifer Rowland, was friendly, patient, and really showed that she cared for our two senior chihuahuas. She gave us great advice and even found a previously undiagnosed heart murmur on my oldest boy. She recommended a medication for his cognitive disfunction due to his advancing age but was never pushy. She recommended blood work to check on his little kidney beans and heart and even wrote everything down for me so that I could remember and research everything on my own. I have only had a few great vet experiences in my boy's 14 and half years and this was one of them. I'm so very happy to have stumbled upon such a wonderful and caring team in our travels around the country.

Our local Petco is a wonderful place to take our dog--they take such good care of him in the grooming area! And we buy all our cat and dog food from them. They're our "one-stop shopping" for all our pet needs!

Petco has a great selection of dog treats to pick from near the front of the store by the registers. They have an assortment of dog treats to pick and choose from. You pay by the weight of the dog treats. Petco also offers dog treats for $1.50 which are in my opinion good enough for humans to eat! Your 4 legged friend will love you forever if you pick some of these treats up.

We needed large crickets for our large dragon. They had plenty of large ones to sell us but would only sell the tiny ones to us, which would require us to spend double the money, because they were saving the large crickets for the store animals. They could have easily used the small ones as their animals were all very small. Definitely is not about the customer at this Fayetteville, Arkansas store.

All the animals seemed to be well cared for. There were people there upgrading the fish aquariums looked like. They had some cute turtles that tried to bite my kid's finger through the glass and he loved that. 😅

We ordered a pet stroller online and picked it up at the Petco in Fayetteville, AR. The staff was friendly and helpful. The stroller was easy to put together and was exactly as shown and described online.

Took my dog to get groomed today. The groomer was nice and did a great job! He was fast friends with her. He wasn't even overly anxious like with previous groomers. I read the bad reviews, but I didn't listen. Glad we went. And the price was $56. Worked well for my dog and my budget.

I came in this weekend and wanted some fish. The store was a complete mess and smelled horrible. I understand pet stores smell, but this store smells like something died and has been sitting around. I asked a guy who looked to be in his 40s for help and he was very dismissive and rude to me. Other people working seemed to just be standing around the register talking. The atmosphere of the store looks and feels very unprofessional.
