Great selection and lovely atmosphere. Have a coffee or a beer and sit on the patio! Absolutely loved it here!

Incredibly rude new staff member working in the homestead section. Unfriendly, unhelpful and no manners. Not sure why ONF would hire someone like this in a customer service position. Also, check out the prices in this store. Way overpriced! Overrated store.

I love that this place still has spirit and a soul. You can tell people really care. It reminds me of how Whole Foods used to feel, before it got bought out and its soul was swallowed up and tossed away. Thank you for sticking to your roots and your foundation, don’t sell out!!!

This might be the coolest grocery store I've ever seen! Affordable prices and incredibly friendly staff create a fantastic vibe. Highly recommended!

This was an …interesting… place. I did like all of the varieties of foods they have along with so many by-the-pound grains, beans, flour, nuts, dried fruits as well as sushi made on-site. The place was very clean and staff were all pleasant and helpful.None of the other shoppers were interactive or gave any indication they wanted to be. Everyone seemed to be cocooned in their own little world. That the part that was …interesting… to me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Lots of exotic grains, spices, tea and coffee. Beautiful facility with lovely outdoor seating so you can enjoy their hot and cold food bar outdoors. It also serves beer and has a coffee bar. Free wifi

My favorite grocery store! I drive 25-30 min from Rogers about once a week to visit here. They have all the vegan and healthier products I prefer (except for Cedars brand hummus - if they stocked that I would fully ditch whole foods! 😉), and I love their business model! Good produce selection, cute plant area, nice outdoor hangout/sitting location too. I haven't tried their food bar/cafe but it looks good! And their vegan scones are AMAZING!!

I LOVE this place! There are so many items in this store that I was in awe! I love the dispensers of lentils, oats, nut butters, etc. I also love all the local products in there, such as Zelli! Definitely worth our drive!

Upscale, fancy grocery store. Qualities are very good, however few items are a bit pricy. The place looks so good and the environment is so nice that I love to stop by, even if I don’t need anything to buy. In house foods are too good. I loved their tortilla and hummus. They have live salad bar, coffee and a lot of bakery items. I just love their tea, chips, and chocolate section. The soaps and hand washes are very unique too. I would recommend to give the place a try. They have many interesting stuff.

what is strange is when I hand my bag to the clerks at ONF most just leave it empty on the counter, and after scanning put my purchases off to the side as I am loading things from the cart...so I feel rushed when my stuff is still on the counter and they start with another customer. Where there is a potential for itemsto get mixed up...At other stores, all places of commerce in the land, automatically, cashiers bag your items. Being it seems some cashiers at ONF seem to think bagging groceries is beneath them or they don't seem to realize it helps the customer moves along, puts the burden on the customer to request that the cashier bag... and it feels like you are asking them to bend over backwards and degrade themselves.Even though I provided a bag at the start, the cashier had not lifted a finger to bag my purchases after she scanned the items. After asking if I would like to donate money, after my payment went through and she handed me the receipt, she asked "do I need another bag" as I was only halfway through removing the scattered items she left on the counter after scanning. When I told her "I can only do so much" between loading groceries, going through the credit card prompts, putting my card away, and bagging the groceries all the while she stood there, she replied, with a sharp tone that she was "just trying to provide assistance".If she wanted to provide assistance, instead of just stacking my grocery items on the counter, the cashier should have bagged my items from the start right after scanning them ... like all normal stores with common sense employees. Why do we have to ask the cashier to bag groceries when it is a true standard grocery store norm in our realm? Is this strange to anyone else?

The head of produce, (I believe his name was Thomas), is incredible! He went above and beyond to help me out with a jicama situation. I went home happy with jicama and eager to shop at the co op again. Love the atmosphere… walking around looking at everything is like therapy.

Great Natural Foods store. The new location is just amazing. Has a great new and expanded organic wine department. I stop here every time I am in Fayetteville. My favorite Stellar Organics and Terra Viva wines are always well stocked..

OK I was hesitant to try ONF again, since the last time I went in was...not a great experience. Tl;Dr THIS PLACE ROCKS NOW. Reasonably-priced organic foods, a ridiculously huge selection of bulk foods (flours, nuts, seeds, granola, nooch, fruit) that you can BYO containers to fill (if you wish), every vegan and vegetarian thing you can think of, a deli, a coffee bar/cafe, a bakery, a crafts store, outdoor seating (with hammocks!), and, last but most of all, dozens of happy, proactively HELPFUL, and knowledgeable employees. I literally stood around looking confused for 5 seconds before someone asked if they could help me. THREE TIMES. I'd give this place 100 stars. Great job all around.

💜 absolutely love Ozark Natural Foods. Their bulk dried fruit section is awesome and they had a great concert there a few weeks ago!

Most of the time I find this store blasts the worst variety of music so loud it is difficult to think, or browse, and hearing protection may not spare you. I have never seen so many other shoppers with noise canceling headphones as here. Perhaps the near 100 decibel music is to keep 1) older people / women a) spending more money, or b) hurrying up and out of the store and/or 2) to repel loiterers?Perhaps it is the loud music combined with the following that makes this the first health food store that has almost made me cry as I mustered the strength to approach the register, to endure the gauntlet of perfunctory cashiers' many, many questions (which, if we are honest, are implying publicly perhaps multiple times that you are not doing enough for the store, planet, sustainability, even them, etc., etc.) ...ONF is a place that makes the local gas station or Walmart seem like one is getting great customer service by being treated with, is it .... acceptance? Patience for a few milliseconds? Manners? At other stores all I have to do is pay for my purchase rather than go through a bunch of hoops every time I want some miso or bulk items at a premium price.I have shopped at health food stores all of my adult life and mainstream grocery stores in general. Vegans and vegetarians and activists working the register at a health food store can often be misanthropes ("humans are a cancer on the planet") or grouchy due to a bad rest or malnutrition or they like anyone might, lack interpersonal skills. So I get that... Yet cashiers at other stores in Fayetteville allow you to bring your stuff to the counter at your own pace, maybe say "hello" as you reach for your wallet, but at this health food store, before you set your items down, without greeting, even though there is no line and the store is quiet, first thing you are greeted with is:1- "got a membership?" ,2-"need a bag?" meaning you get a glorified lunch bag for your dozen items if you haven't brought a bag ...3 - they don't take initiative to bag your stuff even though you are in the middle of using your credit card and going through the machine prompts, as other shoppers start lining up making it awkward later trying to bag your belongings4- THEN cashiers ask if you want to make a donation to some farm (making you feel guilty for setting boundaries if you say "no") and, then,5- ask "do you want your receipt?"and then,6- ask you to fill out a surveyLastly,7- they start with a new customer and rush you off the register area before you finish putting your purchases in your bag...

There are always people available to answer questions, help find products or order products that are not on hand. Never a skeleton crew, never an attitude of 'I don't have time for this', just helpful, relaxed but hard working people. I especially appreciate the bulk food section and bulk spices. We also enjoy a cup of tea on the porch. It's lovely.

We were owners for more than a decade, and finally quit because of what we viewed as horrible management. Well, that manager has quit, they brought in a coop “fixer”, who has empowered the employees and made them feel wanted, and ONF appears to be heading in a good direction. We have renewed our ownership and started shopping and eating there again. Thank you to everyone at ONF that stuck it out and who are now working for ONF’s benefit, which is good for all of us. Very happy!

One star only because they have completely changed since moving locations. Instead of being all about quality food at great prices, being environmentally conscience with their massive selection of bulk foods, and focusing of holistic agriculture with aspecialty homestead section. They now embody politics, woke culture and there pricing is insane. Not to mention their bulk section is less than a quarter of what it use to be. They have lost my business entirely.

The COOP can be a local chill or contemplative space for 1hr, (parking is 1hr ; minimal power outlets inside for laptop work, some outside) with tasty To-Go foods and opportunities for contribution to local business, farms, and charities.Or it can be a place you go to because you haven't found another with the item you like - for me, it's the Dirty Apron sourdough loaf and To-Go chicken salad. My out of town parents always ask me to bring them the Dirty Apron sourdough loaves too.I often go as well when I'm getting my car serviced in Fayetteville - out of town for me now - and have a wait.Location:The space is unique, with a touch of the first Whole Foods in Austin, TX. Inside and outside there are spaces for quietish meetups, working, breaks between work, or chill solo time - swings and hammock hookups included!To-go food and drink:Options are really tasty and priced as if you went to a chic cafe but didn't get served.Home and Garden:The Homestead area with plants and animal care products has incredibly helpful and thoughtful staff. They often share insights if you ask questions and try to be very informed.Customer Service:Supplements and Homestead sections excluded -there isn't a kind spirit of service or warmth generally. It's almost as if there's a snobbery and angst. The staff replacing produce often prioritize that over you having access for shopping, for example. You aren't greeted anywhere and check out is still awkward, even though they've gotten better at holding back resentment if you aren't an owner.I always feel in the clear when I'm an owner - like "Whew! I dodged that bullet!"Policies:I sense a strictness in policies that's maybe related to that cold customer service spirit - mask wearing, for example was required of the shoppers longer than at other food and retail establishments.Dogs:I've only brought my pup in briefly (circumstantial), it wasn't a dog friendly space. *There is a water bowl outside, however*I was quickly approached by a woman who said sternly and brusquely that service animals are not allowed inside, except for at the Homestead. When I turned around to check out quickly, 10 ft from where I was before, a different woman, just as brusquely told me that service animals aren't allowed in the COOP. It was like walking into a hornet nest. They each said it was the Arkansas State Law that they can't be around food. *Which I understand to be not true. Though, perhaps the COOP doesn't permit them generally.*It was an uncomfy encounter with mismatching legal details and seeming anger at my questioning about it.The difference would be that, I imagine, the employees at Natural Grocers would probably ask if my pup just laid down by one of them at the register or something helpful. In contrast, for years, the staff at Natural Grocers, a competitor, have nearly all been very warm, kind, and personable.

Cute. Maybe they don't always have every food item you're hoping for. Sometimes they have more than you knew you wanted.Membership is totally fair and they are always supporting donations to local businesses. You don't need to be a member to shop there, but it's worth it if you come frequently. However, they do have swings and often hammocks. They do have an herbal garden at most entries. They have a heart for outstanding diversity and inclusion. They have public restrooms and a cafe and a bar. They have wonderful sushi chefs (daily I think) on location if you want sushi or poke. They also house a pet store with a program for a free bag of food when you buy enough. It's the only stuff I can feed my cats anywhere within 300 miles. You do need to remind them you are in the program each time; they won't ask.

First time to shop here. Fruit and vegetables were pathetic. Both quality and selection were disappointing. No need to come back again.

Great place to shop if you love to waste all of your money and hate local farmers. As an added bonus, they treat their employees like garbage. Perfect for sadists.
