We had some issues with our ductwork in our new house, and Ozark Mountain Air was one of three companies we got quotes from, but the ONLY one that did a thorough enough inspection to determine there was already hard pipe in place, eliminating the need for a full replacement. One vendor didn't show up to their own appointment, and the other two who DID were very happy to do a cursory inspection, assume it was all flex-duct instead of even looking under the plastic wrap, and quote us $6-8k.They were personable, professional, and above all honest. During the repair, they even determined that the main trunk didn't actually need a full replacement (only some of the offshoots), so the total was a fraction of their original quote. Honest business like that is exactly how you earn a customer for life, and one who will send plenty of other people their way.Their office staff is very busy, but don't let that deter you from using this vendor: in all likelihood, they're so busy because there are plenty of customers who recognize the value they'll get. Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional - he diagnosed the issue and then walked me though how he arrived at the diagnosis and next steps. My A/C and gas heater were nearing failure. I researched A/C manufacturers and found that Trane and American Standard were the best. I got equivalent configuration quotes from both of the two local authorized installers. Ozark Mountain Air's written quote blew Pascal's verbal quote out of the water. I never received a written quote from Pascal. The hybrid heat pump / gas system was installed in about 10 days. It has a variable speed heat pump and fan. This configuration is the next generation in heating and cooling. The average speed of my system is in the 30% range which is very quiet, inside and outside. It uses the outside temperature, the inside temperature and humidity to calculate the best compressor/fan speed to lower the humidity. and temperature. My old A/C never got the humidity below 50% and the new system has not gotten above 50% since the day of installation. The tech that was sent to my house was unsure about the electronic filter and unable to hook back up. This was not unhooked by him but previous tech.Other than this one item, tech gave my system a good once over, found a partial clog and also checked reservoir pump for correction function (thanks).I cancelled service with Bud Anderson due to shady work, billing, and an overall lack of knowledge about my system. The ladies in the office were beyond helpful and got me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was super friendly but most importantly as a women, I felt comfortable with and around all the workers. They did a great job! The owner even personally came out when I had an emergency and was melting in my house. If I could go back in time, I would of had them install my unit, but bc I didn't, they will be the only ones from here on out to come fix any HVAC issues that might arise in the future. In January 2018 Jason and his crew from Ozark Mountain Air install a new American Standard Heating and Air conditioning system. My wife and I loved it from the first day and particularly the ability to adjust the thermostat settings remotely while we are away on extended vacations. This year while we were away in our RV an electrical interruption knocked our thermostat offline. One call to Jason and he came to our house and found that the wifi router was not connected. Jason reset my router, called me to get a reinstall code from the manufacturer and reset the thermostat. Probably didn't take 30 minutes, but very important to us. The few times we have needed service, they are always very responsive and experts at what they do.When I needed a new system back in 2018, I was looking for American Standard Equipment. I found it at Ozark Mountain Air, but more importantly I found a company that priced their product fairly, promptly installed the products, and were fair, trustworthy and exceedingly honest. They are an impressive business and truly know the meaning of Customer Service!!!!!We contacted Ozark Mountain Air regarding installation of a central AC system and possible replacement of our heater. Jason and Nathan came out and inspected our old heater and duct work thoroughly. Our heater was 40 years old.After looking everything over very well they explained our options and sent us quotes on three systems. They are not high pressure, but will give you (and explain thoroughly) your options and then let you decide. They were very patient in answering all of our questions in comparing the system options.As soon as we decided on a system, Nathan and his crew were here on time and worked very diligently throughout the day. They had said it would take a little over 1 day and they were correct in their estimates.The entire crew was extremely hardworking, quick, neat, and very polite and friendly. Nathan explained everything very well and let us know that we could call at anytime for assistance.The only trace they left of all of their hard work was a house that is VERY evenly heated and cooled. Even in one day, we can tell a marked difference in our comfort level!You will not be sorry if you choose this company.

Mike with Ozark Mountain airs plumbing division came out today to help with a mysterious leaky toilet. He was super nice and very professional. We had to order a part but he told me to call him as soon as it came in (I had it delivered to my house) & he said he could get back over that day if possible to install. Great experience. I highly recommend OMA. First and foremost, they are an honest and trustworthy company. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and staff. I have had a 100% positive experience with everyone; Jason, Eddie, Nathan, Olivia, Carolyn, etc... My situation was one of my A/C units was not cooling correctly at the most inopportune of times, end of July right during the peak of the hottest part of summer. I called OMA on a late Thursday afternoon. They of course were super busy working lots of other maintenance and installation calls, but they were able to get me worked in by Monday morning. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated. Jason and Nathan provided me with an honest assessment of the situation and took the time to present me with the different courses of actions. Jason performed an assessment of the issue and could have easily told me "Nothing we can do; you need to buy a new system yours is toast" and sold me a new system. That was not what happened. He went above and beyond laying out all the possibilities of what the issue was most likely, what were the possible fixes and risk associated as well as the likely hood of success over the course of the short and long term. Simply put he is an honest broker, runs an honest business and took a lot of time to answer all my questions, and I had a bunch of them, but to his credit he answered them and right there earned my business, present and future. Simply put great dude. Nathan performed the servicing and repair. He took time to explain and show me the actual problems while he was working and correcting them. This was extremely educational for me, and I certainly appreciated him taking the time to explain the technicalities while he was fixing the issue. Nathan also took the time to assess the house infrastructure, discuss some sensible/cost effective energy efficiency improvements and explain the in's and out's of the future replacement options I'm considering so that when it does come time for replacement, I know have a very good idea of what I should get and the impact and value that it will provide when the time comes. These guys are great. Nathan had the repair completed and my A/C back to cooling like normal in no time just like it had been previously. I highly recommend OMA to anyone needing HVAC work done. They are trust worth, professional, highly knowledgeable, and good people. They have earned my membership for their maintenance program, and I will be purchasing two complete gas systems from them when the time eventually comes for replacement of my current systems. Until then they have helped me save a lot of money, identify the economic value in what I currently have, as well as buy me time to budget for replacement systems and figure out if I want to go with a two-stage or variable compressor A/C system and/or a dual fuel heating system. The most important thing they did, was care and establish a relationship to be built on. Give them a chance to earn your business you won't be disappointed. This group is professional, and very quick to respond. I had a unit go out and they were quick to evaluate the problem, and when it was decided I needed a new unit they were very reasonable and fair priced. I received 4 quotes from various HVAC companies in Northwest Arkansas and Ozark Mountain Air was the best price around. It is nice to know a company can have lower prices but not skimp on quality and still have excellent customer service. A nice treat!!

Our 14 year old system needed to be replaced. An installation of both AC and heating unit was installed. What impressed me and my husband the most was their product knowledge.
