It looks very rushed. Half her face isn't touched at all. All of her mouth and chin hair is still there. Her fur is still way to long.when I picked her up the girl gave her leash to me and said bye as she walked away. Never gave me a chance to look her over. Won't be back.😞

Great service and friendly employees. You can tell they love dogs. I went there just to bathe my elderly German Shepherd and it was perfect. They had everything there I needed and it wasn't hard lifting her into the tub.

My standard poodle is a princess when she leaves this salon. She is still a puppy and they are conscientious of her comfort so it can be a good experience for her. They give helpful advice and great pricing.

When I take my 85 pound rescue with anxiety issues, they take excellent care of her and always call me as soon as they are finished so I can pick her up rather than her spending hours in a kennel. They are the best around, wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Groomer did not follow directions or consult with me prior to doing a 'shave down' instead of the 'fancy glamor cut' I asked for on my standard poodle. Nevertheless, dog was well treated, feels and looks okay, just not at all what I asked for and I'm very disappointed for planned photographs. Granted, there were some felted areas on the ears and butt/back legs, which we did discuss, but the rest was long open locks and presented many options other than just a 1/4 length all over. At the least she should have called me to discuss her change of plans. Sigh.

I have a large shepherd golden mix who has long hair. He also tends to have separation anxiety when he’s away from me. Lucky Dogs takes great care of him and does an awesome job every time we come in! We always get lots of compliments on his coat. Great small business with fair prices.

I 100% recommend Hannah and her staff! They are so sweet and kind. My little shih tzu has never had a bad experience and they have made a regular out of us! She is always so well groomed and obviously loved on when she is picked up! I belive her groomer was Megan and she instantly remembers my baby when she sees her! Will be a forever regular ❤

Hannah is wonderful! She knows how to treat the dogs so they don't have a traumatic experience when going to the groomer, especially when you have an anxious dog. She's truly a dog lover and doesn't just do this for a paycheck. This is her calling and it shows. I always feel confident my dogs are in good hands with her. Highly recommended!

The girls where amazing fun with my dogs.It was one of my dogs first nail trims they made her feel safe. My other dog was very scared and he peed. He did this at last gromer I took him to. They where so kind to him and was still able to do it These ladies truly love animals. I am very great full.

Took my beagle there, they cleaned him, trimmed his nails, and brushed him. For an extra $10, they brushed his teeth and gave him a tie; she did a fantastic job. Very cute facility, will definitely be returning.I saw that they use Square, so they do accept credit cards (one of my concerns since they just opened).

I truly cringe a little every time I have to take my Maltese to be groomed because she always comes out looking so prissy and not like her cute, fluffy self. They did the best job ever in the 7 years I have had her! I asked for a yorkie cut and puppy paws so she wouldn’t be too scalped looking. I got exactly what I asked for. Their prices are more than I’m used to paying for a small dog but it would be hard to go somewhere else knowing what a great job they do!

We took our Shih Tzu to be groomed the first time as a puppy at the local pet store and randomly got Hannah. She did such a great job with him, we asked for her every time. After three years Hannah told us she was opening her own business and it was a no-brainer! Of course we HAD to go with her and NO REGRETS. She's great with our fur-baby and we are very pleased with her service. We are happy to say, her new grooming business has the same attention to detail, love for the fur babies and happy-go-lucky attitude we have come to expect from Hannah. Took my little Maltipoo here and was not disappointed! I've tried all the local places and my little Mumu's cut never looked quite right. Hannah did a fabulous job and my fur baby has never been so happy and relaxed after a groom. You can tell Hannah is a real animal lover when her clients leave so happy! We won't use anyone else!

Very nice people but not pleased at all with my dogs haircut. Normally I take her somewhere else but I live in Elkins so I was trying somewhere closer. My dog has a lot of hair and they did not blend her tail or her head in with her haircut. Would post pics if I could. She's shaved with a huge head and tail. Looks ridiculous. It cost a lot of money to get big dogs bathed and haircut I am really disappointed in how much I spent and the results of the haircut. Will not be returning. I can go to pet smart for half the price and a quality haircut.
