High prices, and nobody seems to have any useful product knowledge. If you ask for help, they point you in a general direction, then you're on your own....no customer service whatsoever. I can't stand this place, and Home Depot isn't much better.

A good portion of the employees appear to be high school kids or recent high school graduates that would rather be in the corner staring at their phones. However, sadly, this is reality now a days. The store is clean and adequately stocked.

I like this store, but man, their fastening hardware and fittings can be tough to get what ya need out of it. If you only need one or two, you have a better probability of being good. If you need more, best of luck to ya. The only way I find to initiate an inventory correction at these big box stores is to order something online that their website says they have but can not be located for you to purchase in person as an in store pick up. It kinda forces their hand to correct the count for that item, at least. You'll get it delayed, but you'll also make them zero out that count and order the item you need. If you purchase it in the meantime, cancel the order after it gets to the store. Help the next guy out 👌💯

All item I needed was in stock. . Even other customers were helping each other loading large items in there vehicle. Helped loading area move smoothly. Thank you to the guy that helped us load items we picked up.

I love that Lowes always has special parking and a military discount for Veterans. It is also wonderful that they allow dogs. If Lowes carries it, and I need it, they are where I'm buying it.

This store is the worst! Had to buy a new refrigerator the Monday before thanksgiving. Tammy, the sales person told me it would be delivered the day before thanksgiving. They never showed up so I called and they said I had called and changed the date. That didn’t happen. Anyway it was scheduled to be deliver the next Wednesday. I got a text saying they were on their way at 7:48pm. At 9:00 they called and said they were done with deliveries and I had to reschedule. I talked to Eric the manager and even went to the store. Talked to Eric again. What a jerk! Got my money back and will not go back. They definitely need some training on customer service

Love this lowes mainly because Chris who normally works Register 2 by pro desk. Fast worker, great energy and great person to be around. Lowes needs more people like Chris!!!! Chris needs a raise, literally always willing to help, never gets over stressed and cares about people around him!! Most of everyone else seems to drag their feet and take their sweet time but not Chris!

They harassed my mother and grandmother for about 10-20 minutes because they were looking at flowers, and one of their employees thought they were going to steal them. Avoid Amanda she is a blatant Karen. The joy on her face left when she got called out. Terrible service, the manager did not even want to cooperate, awful. However, there was this really nice boy named A.J. who did his job 100% perfect. If anyone needs to be a manager, he does, not the awful manager that was seen today. If I was running this Lowe's, I would not want either of those troublemakers being representatives of my store.

This Lowes must be the worst in the USA. Everytime I've been in this location my experience has been bad. Due to poor customer service. Every employee I asked for help told me it's not their department. Ilive close to this location. I rather walked to Home Depot on Mall Ave than drive one mintue to this Lowes. From now on I don't care how long it takes to go to Home Depot I rather go there with the best cusomer service than save any amount of time or money then step foot in Lowes on MLK. By the way I asked to speak to the manager and were told he was hiding. I'm giving them a one. I think a one is still to high of a rating.

Shopped, paid and had to go back in because I was overcharged, young lady on the right said the other older lady would take care of me because she couldn’t do refunds, ok. Then the older lady gave her a look, the younger lady says, o, she’s going to break, you will have to go to the service desk at the other end of the store, so I did. Got my refund for an item priced wrong and walked back the the other end of the store where I parked, while still in the building to enjoy the A/C. Got to the registers and there was the older lady checking a new customer out after making me go to the service desk!Came back the next day, placed an order for some bamboo table tops $500+ the next day, at home I discovered that Lowe’s had doubled charged my bank account after I called in and paid off my $1908.42 balance on my Lowe’s card, YES, they ran two separate transactions of $1908.42 out of my checking account! That’s $3816.84!!!I called about the overcharge, they said it would take 3-14 business days to complete a refund?😡 I was so mad I called and canceled the online order for the table tops, they lady told me it was cancelled, nope. The table tops showed up today at my house and I had to call about that, got a reference # then had to go back to the store and return the table tops they were supposed to have canceled. Meanwhile, my lows card still showed a balance of $700+ after being overcharged by $1908.42?Called about that, said my refund had been processed and it would take 3-10 more business days for the check to arrive 😡Also told be I had been credited for the table tops already and it would post to my account soon. I’m done with Lowe’s! Went to Sam’s Club and bought two complete shop tables with frames and the bamboo tops I wanted that were bigger table tops for less money, heavier construction, got free steel table frames and took them home the same day!Win, Win, Win and Win!!! And 0 aggravationCancelling my Lowe’s card. Upgraded my Sam’s card to a plus membership 😁Hope someone at Lowe’s cares that they are losing customers!

They weren't sure if they had the right key template for the key I was trying but they improvised and found one that worked by looking it over by eye instead of just depending on the machine which was important because it was a key I needed for work

Do not waste your time ordering windows from Lowe’s! There is a third-party installation who stood me up twice at an empty duplex where I had nothing to do but wait on them - 40 minutes there, 2 1/2 hours wait, 40 minutes home, rescheduled - 40 minutes there, 2 hours waiting, 40 minutes home! NO SHOW! I am done! Summit installation a division of Lowe’s. Half the time Lowe’s didn’t answer their phone in the correct department and then all they can say is well that’s a third-party vendor.. Contract labor. Their apology does nothing - It doesn’t work! My time is valuable - apparently not to them!They had the gall to call 45 minutes late and ask if they could still come - I would have been happy if they had called within their 2 hour window! The first appointment they NEVER called! Too Late! I cancelled that order!My husband is a business owner - if he ran it this way he would be out-of-business!! I refuse to support such poor service!!!

Need to vent. After standing in a very long line of customers waiting to check out we had to check ourselves out. Not one single person actually checking. The only employees we saw were walking around drinking their Sonic drinks and looking at their phone. Except the ONE watching four registers of customers check themselves out. Most of them stuggling to make it work. What in the world happened to customer service?? This used to be my favorite store. May have to check out Home Depot.

Good selection. It is convenient to have the "in-store" mode to know where to find various items. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. While it has a wide selection, it doesn't have the feel of a warehouse. It's kinda silly that Google wants reviews with at least 200 words, so the rest of this is just filler. This particular Lowe's is only 1 exit on the interstate from my lovely, well maintained home. I always drive my truck there just in case I make an impulse plywood or other lumber purchase. The last time I visited, I wore my very slimming shorts with an old baseball shirt and my Wimbledon cap because it was during the Wimbledon Championships. Speaking of which, Novak Djokovic lost in the finals to Carlos Alcaraz, but it finally hit me that it's ironic that Djokovic wasn't allowed to enter the country for the Australian Open or the U.S. Open during Covid because he decided not to be vaxed, and his first name is Novak." I hope this is long enough now.

Sometimes it's hard to find help, but the garden center dudes are super kind and helpful, as is Will who I think is a floor supervisor. Will is super knowledgeable and has helped me on many occasions without making me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Zero judgement and just all on board to help me with my project.

Fairly easy to navigate the store with a friendly staff ready to help, if needed. I usually come here for their plant selection, today I left with more than I had gone there for so I say they have a pretty good selection, in my opinion.
