I did all of the demo work but a poor job prepping the old tile floors prior to install. The install team was able to get the floors prepped and installed all in the same day - truly awesome. I'll used them every time for flooring.

Our family recently moved into a new home that was partially hardwood and carpet floors. We wanted to go all hardwood throughout the home. Unfortunately, our original hardwood flooring had stopped being manufactured in 2021. Everyone at King's Flooring was great through this process. They told us that we could try to find a match similar to the original but it's seldom that a perfect match exists. Over the next few weeks, they had several different samples brought in for us and they provided their honest opinions and thoughts about the best way to go. On top of that, they were constantly looking at how we could get the job done at the most competitive cost in town. They truly were amazing every step of the way! Highly recommend it for all your flooring needs.

5/5 and 10/10!I did some pricing around and King’s was the best price in all of NWA!From the moment I first talked to Lucas, followed up with Debbie, their Customer Service was amazing!They answered all my questions and were easy to get a hold of.They worked with me on delivering the hard wood I ordered and James couldn’t have been any nicer. Answered more questions I had and was so professional and kind! Would definitely plan to use them again in the future!

Had a couple of messed up planks on my vinyl plank flooring, and they took care of the areas swiftly. Our flooring looks amazing. We decided to get new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and livingroom to cover the beat up engineered hardwood and construction grade ceramic tile. We chose CoreTec Pro in Belmont Hickory.We worked with King's Flooring Inc. after getting a few estimates from other companies in the area. I liked the fact it was a local, family run company.From the time we walked in everyone was very helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. I really liked the fact that they let you take boards of floor samples home, on loan, so you could a better idea of how different flooring would look in your home. Those little swatches you get other places just aren't big enough to be able to tell accurately.The floors were installed a few days ago and they look great! We are very pleased and trust that King's Flooring will help us with any future needs we may have with the flooring we had installed.

We had the best experience purchasing our tile from King's Floor Covering. We’ve never been to the showroom or met them in person as we ordered via email and phone conversations. We found a tile we liked in another state and after calling other stores across the country, King’s Floor Covering was the only company that said they could get the tile without a 6-week wait. Ethan did everything possible to get our tile to us to meet our short timeline including providing updates as he tracked our order. He made all the logistical arrangements that were needed and had the tile ready when we arrived to pick up the order, which saved even more time on the schedule. I called Ethan off of the referral of a local realtor. I was getting ready to list my house and needed to squeeze in a few last minute projects to get prepared. Ethan and the team were quick and easy to work with, clear in communication, and the quality of work was top notch. They replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms and the living room. They knocked it out quickly and were incredibly respectful and courteous while on site. I prefer working with people, not just businesses. King's Flooring was recommended to us by a friend. We were looking to replace concrete floors with wood and stone. Our salesman, Ethan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He also was very patient with us as we took home samples of flooring at least 3 times and asked a multitude of questions! The installers were very professional and precise in laying our new floors. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves each day when they were done. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL and we feel like we have a new home! We highly recommend King's Flooring and will use them again when we replace some carpeting in the future.
