Great experience from start to finish. The office personnel were quick and efficient about getting the order/contract completed. The drop off and pickup of tables, chairs and linens was seemless. I really appreciated how well pressed the linens were.I will definitely use Intents next time I have an event.

2.5 hours late to set up for a wedding, and gave no means to contact them outside of business hours. We couldn't setup until the big tent was up less than 4 hours before the start time. When they found out when it was starting one of their employees told me "you better get a move on" which made me pretty mad and demonstrated the poor communication within the organization and to their customers. We got it done and the event was great but this company may add unnecessary stress to your big day

I rented 50 chairs and was delightfully surprised that the least expensive ($1.10ea for the weekend) chairs were plastic but had a wood frame look and cushioned! The lady who i talked to was super easy to work with and very helpful.

Rented a stage for an event , stage was 2 hours late and they wouldn't even answer the phone. We were panicked because we needed those hours for setup. Then they didn't even pick it up on the same day they said they would. They charged me for steps, and I got a really ugly wooden block. Stage was dirty. I'm not sure where else to go, but we won't be going back here.

Very accommodating, even when you’re adding to your order less than 24 hours before your wedding ceremony begins! They have fair pricing and great service. They will be there exactly when they say they will, and they’ll have it all dropped off and set up quickly and efficiently.

Such helpful and accommodating customer service! I ordered some 60” round tables for a party. When I arrived at Intents to pick-up the tables, I discovered they wouldn’t fit in my SUV. Totally my fault. The employees were very gracious w my mistake and were happy to switch them to 48” round tables. Thanks!

We rented supplies for my daughter's wedding reception. We placed our order months in advance. I prepaid weeks in advance. They delivered items at the correct time. However, they were 1 drink tub short, 20 forks short, did not bring the correct numbers/sizes of table cloths and runners, and brought no wine glasses (we ordered 60).We called and they said they did not have any more wine glasses, but offered water glasses. Also, they were to bring six large white bowls, and brought three white and three silver.After a few phone calls, they did bring the correct items from above, after purchasing new bowls and wine glasses. However, if I had not insisted, they would not have done so.Additionally, the runner for the wedding was not suitable at all. they did refund the cost of that item.Poorly done. They had months to make sure things were available and correct.On a positive note, everyone I spoke with by phone was very polite.

Poor service. They were over an hour late on the delivery. Some of the linens had holes in them. And they were over an hour late on pick up, and I was charged a late fee from my venue due to them not picking up on time. They did compensate me for our inconvenience. They were helpful to right their wrong.

We rented chairs for a wedding and they were filthy, called the office several times during regular office hours but could never get anyone to answer the phone. They came highly recommended, but sadly I will not use them again and I certainly would not recommend them.

You get what you pay for. Go somewhere else. Cheap flimsy chairs and they’re filthy, so if you aren’t going to cover the chairs GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Rented chairs and table and no one gave us an option for other chairs or anything. They did however offer linens to cover this nasty table though but the chairs are cheap and flimsy like I said.

Did you hear about the Mizzou-Arkansas tailgate? It was pretty in tents. Except that it wasn’t in tents at all because “intents” party rentals forgot the tents. Not only did we arrive at our tailgating area to find zero tents that we paid for, the staff was extremely unhelpful & told us it was “impossible” for “intents” party rentals to get us a tent. If you’re thinking about doing business with this company, head my advice & just don’t. Save your money & spend it on extra Busch Lights. You will need them if you plan to make it though an entire game watching this hogs team. 0 stars.

I have called this company at least five times and they have yet to respond. The phone rings forever and, eventually, when I get a chance to leave a voicemail my call is not returned. This is EXTREMELY bad business practice.
