I have ordered this exact cookie cake that I ordered today a few months prior and it did NOT look like this.It is freezing cold and rock solid and looks terrible. The worker also told me it was “hot and fresh”I was even early to pick it up and she said she thought it looked bad and that she could add icing on it!? It’s also RAW!!!!Will not buy from here again

Despite the high prices, insomnia cookies fails to create a welcoming environment for families. The staff, exemplified by the person behind the counter, displayed a shocking lack of patience and understanding towards my children, instead choosing to berate them for their natural excitement. She yelled at them twice to quiet down. Were they being loud? Yes. However it’s unacceptable to ever yell at someone else’s kids. Furthermore, the uncomfortable silence when we walked in only added to the tension, making it clear that this is not a place where families are valued or catered to. It's disappointing to see an ice cream establishment fail to grasp the basic concept that children are prone to excitement and indecision. Overall, Insomnia Cookies falls short in its customer service and atmosphere, making it an unappealing choice for families seeking a pleasant dessert experience. It may be great for college students, but I wouldn’t recommend taking your young kiddos here.

Not sure what I was expecting - maybe my expectations were too high, but in my opinion Insomnia Cookies is an average cookie and a little over-priced. I stopped by the store, was pleased that my cookie was hot and fresh, but it wasn’t incredible or awesome - I honestly think some of the cookies I make at home are just as good. But, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try it - definitely worth a try. I’m sure they hit the spot for college kids late at night!

We got the 4+4 pack which was 4 classic cookies (2 red velvet, peanut butter chip, and snickerdoodle) and 4 specialty cookies (2 confetti, 1 double chocolate espresso, and a peanut butter cup). All cookies were warm, soft and melted in our mouths with yumminess. Perfect treat to satisfy a sweet tooth craving, and best part is they are opened past 9pm (unlike a lot of other places) I would like to add they are a cashless establishment so be prepared for that. Overall a good first-time experience.

I absolutely love these cookies, and especially since you can get them late. Problem is that last time I went, they only accepted credit/debit cards, not cash. A bit unfortunate as I didn't have those at the time, so I came back home empty handed(with no cookies)Update: They're still cashless which is alright, however when I arrived, they had no more deluxe cookies left. Quite saddening but the rest of the cookies there are still delicious as always.

We come to Fayetteville a lot to see our daughter at the University. One of the things that we do every visit stop by insomnia cookies to get some fresh, warm ones to eat on the drive home and have a few extra around the house after we get back.My wife always likes to get extra icing for her cookies, but I like mine plain.Once the workers forgot to put a snickerdoodle that we ordered in the bag. When I noticed it, I went back to the counter and they apologized and got my StickerDoodle for me with zero fuss.Is it the best cookie on the planet? I don’t know..to each their own…but for us, it’s a delightful stop that we enjoy and to me, that’s what life is all about…finding the little joys, like Insomnia Cookies to fit in to your schedule.

The cookies are good but I wouldn't say top notch. The reason for the 3 is the awkwardness of environment. There was no music or warm greeting. As we waited in line (in awkward silence), there was a lady trying to get her pickup order but the staff couldn't find it and began going through different orders (it's a small building so can could hear everything). It seemed really unorganized. Everyone was friendly once we ordered. It seemed like a new staff but I'm not too sure, there was too much going on. I will revisit and edit my review after trying it again.

This establishment does not possess the blessing of god that is a red velvet cookie… other locations go to the fountain of peace and pray for the red velvet cookie, but these… HEATHENS do not and they are contempt with the monstrosity that is their cookie selection without… the illustrious red… velvet… cookie. I will stand for this no longer, my truth must come out, I have been silenced too long, sworn into secrecy and I will be heard.

Great cookies and friendly staff. The girl at the counter realized I was having anxiety over what to pick, so she gave me her favorite flavor. It was amazing! Will definitely go back the next time we are on Dickson!

Watched the rudest interaction with the associate and my boyfriend. He wanted two scoops of ice cream and a cookie. He totally spaced on flavors and was just seeing how much it was. When he said what he wanted the associate (female didn’t catch her name) rudely said “You have to tell me what you want first”. I looked at her in disbelief and disgust because of how absolutely rude she said it. When she handed over the ice cream my boyfriend said thank you and she completely ignored him. We will more than likely not be back and the only reason it’s 2 stars is because he said the ice cream and cookie was good. 👎🏻

the cookies are really good, perfect crunch and soft middle. the workers are really nice too, I asked one about her Medusa piercing and how it affected her and she explained in depth without hesitation, and they were super duper friendly. I would 100 percent recommend if you're looking for a good price, decently sized cookie, and great customer service!

Bring a friend or be ready to gorge yourself on one of the best ice cream cookie "sandwich" you will ever have. Really high quality ice cream is sandwiched between 2 freshly baked cookies of your choice. Awesome.

I was skeptical when I heard the news about their arrival to the area, but it has hampered my diet since they opened. I wasn't expecting them to be so darn delicious as a cookie or as a bigwich. Intake back my initial reaction to their arrival and now open my arms to the concept plus the fantastic staff that has placed here in order to provide the needed customer service needed boost the sales. My husband had these cookies delivered to me today for our anniversary. It was raining cats and dogs outside and these things were delivered WARM. I received the double chocolate chip, chocolate chip, and white chocolate macadamia. OMG, these are delicious. I may or may not have eaten way too many of them. Still not regretting my life choices.

Absolutely love insomnia cookies. I work at a local hospital and my coworkers are always bringing a batch to share. However, I went into the shop for the first time this past weekend (10/22) with my family and the 2 workers there were extremely rude. They didn't greet us and they just stared at us. They were very short and it made us uncomfortable. Please hire friendly staff, this is not acceptable customer service.

I am sold! These cookies are so freaking awesome. I ordered the 12 pack for $20. I thought maybe these were a little pricey. But I watched my family take a bite then I took a bite and I was sure I was wrong. The price, flavor, texture, and speed of delivery was well worth the $20+ delivery/tip.

I paid $7 for an overpriced, mediocre cookie and 2 scoops of ice cream. I originally wanted a brownie, but whoever was working said it was the afternoon worker’s responsibility to cook the brownies, and he wouldn’t be in for at least another 15 minutes. Great value chocolate chunk cookies are better than the rock I got from Insomnia. Very disappointed.

I tried these for the first time not too long ago and they were awesome! I had them delivered and the driver showed up in the exact time frame it specified. I opened the box and the aroma was outstanding. My first pick was there S'mores cookie... delicious! All the cookies were fresh, still warm even. I mean, who doesn't love a soft, fresh baked cookie? The cookies I chose were: S'mores, chocolate chip, peanut butter cup, double chocolate, and sugar. Again, they were amazing. I highly recommend Insomnia Cookies and I will be ordering again soon!! Awesome service and perfectly warm cookies. Very happy with this place. I ordered 50 cookies and they were ready about an hour later and were cooked to perfection. Great staff too. Highly recommend.

First and foremost the cookies are delicious: perfectly lightly crispy edges with soft gooey centers and plenty of the good stuff (chunks of chocolate, peanut butter chips, etc). Our order showed up about 40 min late but the cookies were still warm. We originally placed a pick up order and found out when we got there that you still had to wait in the very long line. They had one guy working the counter, and of course everyone there is new, but we found the customer service in house to be lacking at best. We will give it another chance once the hype wears off and hopefully add a couple of stars then.

Update: Finally got through, and it wasn't even the local line, someone from corporate who said "they went out for delivery two minutes ago." It was 11:30. I placed this order at 7:45 p.m. to be delivered at 9:45 that evening. Prooooobably won't order from them again.The cookies are delish, and I love that they are delivered warm. The delivery drivers are always super nice. But I scheduled a delivery for 9:45 tonight (to surprise my boyfriend after a rough day at work) and it's almost 11 and they are "still baking." No one at the store will answer the phone either - just get a "on hold" song. Last time I ordered a few months ago, they delivered my order to the wrong house and didn't tell me, resulting in an even later delivery. This is riiiiiidddddiiiculous.
