I have shared on a few other stores but while I generally love going to Harps and I'm not gonna stop but one thing keeps coming up... I started out as a bag boy years ago and the older women would have killed me for smashing their bread! Do they not have training anymore on how to bag Granted there isn't paper bags anymore. I had a cashier that always smashed my bread and I tried to explain to him not to do that but I'm finding going to other locations there is always one person that will.

Meat Department has greatly improved on service & cleanliness. It's like going to the butcher used to be. Can't express how nice they are. Knowledgeable meat cutters & easy to get a custom order. Deli is hit or miss. There's a couple of very coarse associates. The deli manager is always nice & special orders the cheese I asked for & bakes the kind of bread I like for my shopping day every week!

As a disabled veteran, I am seriously disappointed in the actions of the employees of this store. Disgraceful. My son had his car towed because they “felt like he had been parked there too long.” What??? Then when he tried to talk to the manager, Max, they made him wait almost an hour! Max and a few other employees were so rude and hateful to him! We will never go here again. My family might even be avoiding all Harps altogether. I cannot believe they would treat the families of veterans this way.

So I got a new diabetic medicine and Story In the pharmacy went out of her way to show me the proper way to use it. She was kind and patient with me and that make me always want to come back. Thank you!!

Great Customer Service! I made a mistake when I was checking out. The checker and management were super cool about it. I always love coming to harps. Best store ever!Edit: I’ve never been the Catfish Hole, but I think Harps deli catfish is among the best I’ve ever eaten!

i got the fire cracker snack mix and had too many wasabi pieces i don’t know how to call but i wish it had less of them they made my mouth feel bad

My bicycle was stolen outside of this market. The shop management should add a camera at the left side bicycle parking area. Except this, if there is no Walmart nearby, Harps will be a good choice for you.

This Harps is pretty small, but they have a surprisingly good selection and very high-quality produce and meats. I love the staff here. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and kind. Some of them have been working there for a long time; they start to feel like old friends after shopping there for years. It feels like an old-fashioned, wholesome, local grocer. It's so much more pleasant than shopping at a soulless global chain (you know which one I'm taking about). And their prices are almost as low--some products are even cheaper!

I really want to like harps. Really... staff is super friendly. Place is tidy. Prices are too high to make it work for grocery shopping day to day. They legit have birds living in the bread aisle. Produce is really meh and overpriced. Pharmacy is the best in the area both staff customer service and pricing, literally the only reason I go.

This is my Harps it's where I do 99% of my grocery shopping. I love the morning crew from stickers to cashier. I absolutely adore that they haven't put in a self check out. The produce guys do a great job. And if you're looking for something they will help you! Awesome customer service

Love the home town look, feel, and level of customer service! Their meat selection is top notch. Anyone in the store will help with no. "Oh, I only work in this section". Nice to have choices beyond cold corporate stores.

I just moved 2 blocks away and I was worried I wouldn't like this store because the Harps I used to live near was really bad. But this Harps is awesome! It's like a small Cosentino's (Kansas City, MO) without the beautiful architecture. It's beautifully arranged, has lots of good quality products and if they don't have what you want they're very accommodating in trying to get it in for you. Just ask any employee and if they can't do it personally, they'll set you up with the person who can. I love my new grocery store! Thanks so much Harps!

Usually a good experience but my grandma ordered fresh chicken and waited 20 minutes for it to recieve dry meat and pink/red spots on some pieces. Shopping wise, no issues so far but I'm disappointed with the service my grandmother recieved. I am glad to say they responded to my issue politely and helped when I needed it.

This is the Harps closest to me. It has a good variety and I feel the store keeps up with stocking what is delivered. Like anywhere lately, there are items out of stock, but its a delivery issue not staff issue. I can usually find what Im looking for here. FYI, the store on Crossover does have a larger variety of specialty items.

If I could i would give -stars. horrible customer service ever.I bought some goods including yogurt on november 19. I was in a hurry. I did not check the expired date. Just after come home i opened it and put 2 spoons intoa batter. I realized something wrong. Then i checked the expired date. It was expired on november 6. They haven't check their food racks for even 3 weeks. I would n't mind to throw away it but how they do this things. It already ruin my other ingredients too. i deserved even a sorry. I went to store on november 21 and told that that was expired even 2 weeks back. I am not a mean person. I am a graduate student and teacher for undergraduates. The girl in the customer desk yelled at me telling if you opened it then dump it somewhere. Why you bring it here. i cannot do anything. i was shocked with her reaction. Then i asked "okay . is that okay for you to sell expired food then." She just went away to talk to someone else and came told" okay get another one. That's it. " With the way she told it. i really freezed.I should have just left the store. She took the yogurt and my bill and disappeared. I checked the other yogurts in the rack. Most of them were expired in that brand. That person came to me again. i showed others were also expired.i told her i don't need any. I will leave. When i come to the door she told that if you want i can refund you. Then she gave that 3-4 dollars like i went to steal her.I don't know why was that attitude. May be because I am not white skin.I would rather starving than go to that harps store again.

I was met with a over make upped Karan at the door. Saying I couldn't ride my scooter in the building. For one it was powered off I was just standing on it. and I wasn't speeding through the store. There is nothing in your policies saying I can't be on my scooter in your store so that was her opinion her opinion is not policy. So is that okay for a Karen to put her beliefs on your customers and make them feel unwelcome? I shop their alot but will no longer be shopping with you due to that KarenI believe carts for the handicap falls is the same situation. I was very unwelcome. I have read your policies and it says nothing about scooters. So this Karan did this on her own and made me feel like a criminal for standing on my scooter

This place is awesome since the remodeling. Meat displayed exceptionally well. They have the best meats. Fresh meat turns brown quickly. Its not bad meat a all. Being red for many days is to miss lead you. Don

The normal,every day prices were pretty high, but they did have some really low prices on the weekly advertised sale items. As long as someone goes in with the intention of buying nothing but the sale items, avoiding everything else, the savings would make the overall experience "not-too-bad".I did notice that the employees I encountered were clean, friendly, and eager to offer assistance where it sas needed. They were also VERY knowledgeable about the layout of their store and the exact locations of all items (no matter how obscure the item may have seemed.)

I have been on Morphine IR for months and months. Every month that it's time for my refill, they don't have enough to fill my script. How can you run out or very low when you have at least 1 patient that needs it every month at the same time, same quantity. And why does it take so long to get it in??? I guess the people there don't ever have pain or can't understand why this is so important to have filled on the same date every month. I'm trying to help the smaller businesses stand strong, but if you can't get it together and keep your customers happy then maybe I should go back to CVS or Walgreens. At least I'll have my script filled every month without having to wait in pain while they get organized. SMH
