Wow they have a lot of stuff for the home here! Will definitely be back here next time I'm in town!

There is something deeply wrong with the staff at this place. They requested I leave my pack at the front. This makes sense and there is a sign. I waited more than 5 minutes while the staffer made small talk about construction. Rude. Finally he told me where to place my pack. When I returned to the counter with my items I found him standing on it! Why on earth would this sorry excuse for a human stand on my pack when this is where he told me to place it?

Most of the stuff there is only slightly cheaper than what you find it for brand new. But like any resale store, some gems are to be found. Snagged a brand new pair of $75 Clark's today. Nice staff, that's always good :)

Bed bugs, Aug 1st of 2023.Notified the store Aug 16th 2023.Uncaring, unkind. The lady I spoke too even acknowledged the bugs and said the use disinfectant spray on them. This has devastated my life.Within 7 days of buying furniture from here, my family and I are infested with bed bugs. This was the first time I was able to buy furniture after building my home, I had three beds bought brand new from Walmart, curtains brand new, but no other furniture. I have documented everything, my poor babies were bit up, we lost everything! Beds, clothes, even brand new carpet less than four months old has been torn out! Our clothes are in black bags in the yard, my parents has been helping but after bombing and spaying we have given up and had to leave to stay with my family in Oklahoma. I had to go and buy a TDS building, and I had to hire a dozer guy for a pad. This has been the lowest point of my life. I got out of a really bad situation with my babies and built this house from the ground up. I was so proud, it was beautiful, a small cabin in the woods. My kids didn't have much, brand new beds and a few toys, but it was ours! We hadn't had furniture for over a year, not even a tv! This was the first time I was able to buy furniture and I trusted Habitat. My son who's 10 is autistic and he lost his cats vs pickles because they were cloth and I found one on his bed where his toys were. This has been emotionally damaging for him because I can't explain why we lost everything and are now waiting for a new home. It's so hard and I just can't believe how something so small, as buying used furniture because I'm on hard times and couldn't buy new, destroyed our lives. Please don't buy used, please don't buy from here, because I know from the four pieces I bought I know more are probably infested.🙏 I pray for everyone who has bought here in Fayetteville that you check and even throw out what you have purchased. Habitat you need to buy a UV light and start checking before you sell, this has altered my life forever and my home has to sit empty after bombing for 3-6 months possibly longer.

I understand how habitat for humanity does a lot of good for the community and they put the money to good uses (I assume ,I didn't necessarily research how their money is handled) but it makes me crazy is how much they are charging for stuff there. Their prices are so high it's not even worth going anymore for me. Occasionally you'll find something on the sale day that you get a good deal on but they will try to charge $8 for a used skill saw blade that cost $7 new and there's so many things just like that all around the store it's unbelievable. I know that the people there are doing the best they can and they're all pretty nice folks and they're helpful but they REALLY need to consider what they are selling and adjust a majority of their prices before I can recommend that place to anyone.

When you are in the area, store is a good place to browse. Have bought a dining room table/chairs, a ladder, spray paint, etc there. Good place to know....

You never know what you're going to find. Some of my bargains include, tile, doorknobs, interior doors, a perfect condition office table etc. All at less than half retail price. The volunteers are also very helpful and friendly.

Quite the hodgepodge of construction, electrical, plumbing and other basic home supplies. There are a lot of things there and the prices seem to vary from very good to not so good. The lumber selection was kind of sparse but it was only $0.50 a foot while there was king sized bedding that was $60. Because it's based on donations what is available is constantly changing so it's fun to go and check every now and then and see what they have.

They really do have a fast turnover of things from windows and doors, plumbing or electrical to books, kitchen items, draperies and blankets just to name a few.. I've purchased quite a bit here and will continue to in order to get the building materials I need but also to assist in the beneficial work of Habitat for Humanity. The staff is very helpful and my being handicapped they loaded my truck which was awesome!! Will definitely be going back again and again!!

Re-Store is a wonderful place to shop. You can find things for yourself and it also serves the community through it's relationship with Habitat for Humanity. Our family has bought appliances, tools, cabinets, furniture, holiday decorations and other fun things.

We love this store. You can save a lot of money but you have to be careful because some items are priced the same or more if you bought it at home depot. We remodeled our whole kitchen for $300. Real wood flooring, new cabinets, sink and counter tops.

We absolutely LOVE shopping here! We bought a hutch that was 75% off of the price, plus our Senior (gotta love it!) Discount it cost us $18.00!!! Home it went! In the kitchen (after repurposing it) for our pantry!!! Plus!! We never leave empty handed! Our daughter loves the DVD's and CD's!!! It's a win win situation for all of us!!

Overpriced! By a lot. Several items were even close to retail. A dirty couch was for sale, $100! You can find something comparable for $20 on marketplace, even free. I only leave a response because I have visited multiple restore locations. Usually, it's a great place to get a deal on household items, but I found this location very disappointing.

I always find a hidden gem I need for a remodel I am doing, like counters tops for $15-25 depending on length and all different colors. But they have so much more.

Great organization to give back to the community. Good place to find decent odds and ends for building. But stock is low right now so everybody donate all your unused building supplies or remodel leftovers.

Very organized for what it is. Great prices for what is offered, plus it helps Habitat. If you need anything for your home for a remodel, minor update, replacement, etc, start here first!! (Or the other location in Bentonville.)

The best Habitat for Humanity Restore that I've been and I've been to a few. Beats the ones I've seen in the Dallas area. Good stock and we'll organized. Spacious display room. It isn't like the big box stores and I don't expect it to be, but I like to shop here first.

I love the Restore. This store is smaller than some of the other locations I've been to so the selection was more limited but still a good place to start for affordable DIY projects.

Full of friendly people trying to help the less fortunate in our community. A great place to get volunteer hours. Also, it is close to some really good fishing spots near the white river!

My husbands Father founded the NWA HFH many years ago. Coming to the store brings back the warm fuzzies for me. We have built many a grandchild "busy boards" from here! What a great up-cycle idea! Fun and grandbabies sometimes get to help build them.
