Great staff asked one of the guy if the had a lock washer for my medical knee scooter took him less than 2 minutes to find a match, I eould have been at least 20 minutes with all of their choices for washer.

I really enjoy FL Davis Ace hardware! Anytime I need to go there, their customer service doesn't end with their door greeter. The guys and gals here are awesome, friendly, and really know their store. Its great to go there because they actually want to help you with whatever project you're working on!It has become necessary for me to use a wheelchair, but I didn't want to give up my dream of having a garden now that I have space for one. One of the Ace employees found a WONDERFUL weeder that I can use from a seated position to prepare the soil! I was so excited!On another visit, another employee helped me locate some very good cutters for some metal art craft work I am now doing! Can't recommend this store enough!!!!!

Nice store with a good selection of products. Usually helpful people, easy in easy out. But this morning, not so much. The four wise men standing at the paint counter directed me to the correct area. The lady at the checkout counter, who was very helpful last time I was there, she must be having a bad day. I hope your day gets better. No bag, receipt falls on the ground. I had to walk around the counter to bag multiple pieces and get the receipt. Thanks for helping. You're better than that. Truly, I hope your day gets better.

Unmatched service from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. They just got the new Traeger Flatrock in (can’t find them anywhere) and the rest of their grill section is insane. They have every top notch grill out there. Offered me free delivery and assembly to my door, can’t turn that down! Easy 5 stars!

Love that they opened this location! It’s much closer to our home than Lowe’s and Home Depot and the staff is very friendly. There’s always someone available to help when you need them and they fit a lot of merchandise in the store without it feeling cluttered. Pricing is not too bad either!

Came on a Saturday around 3pm. A+ customer service. No lines. No wait....including getting paint mixed.Forget Lowe's and home Depot. Get what you need here as well as not having to hunt down associates to help you.

Best and, currently, newest hardware store in Fayetteville. Two employees were standing afront the entrance to assist when I visited in the evening. Four brand options for the same set of pliers. Power tools that usually require order. They even hard a small water hose-faucet converter, which they helped me find.
