The drink cooler in front isn't working right.The drinks are not cold.An employee said they would have someone look at it quite some time ago and it's still being stalked instead of placed out of order. However the employees are very nice and outgoing when you speak to them.Update they quickly fixed the soda cooler and still great staff😎

Lynnette overcharge me by $114 plus tax for items that I did not get and to do a quantity change it requires a managers override and now Lynette is lying ❗This happened on 08/04/2023I want my $114 back plus tax and I want her fired and the manager that did the override I want him reprimanded ❗

Got in and out fairly quickly thought they would have everything I needed but they didn't. So that's why the 3 stars. Service was a timely manner.

This review is for Nick, the cashier. He was friendly and professional and made our checkout process efficient and enjoyable. I saw some other customer complaining about him and felt the need to say they were the ones in the wrong, hopefully whatever manager that customer complained to reads this.

This dollar tree is one of the locations that have freezers and fridges. Generally very helpful and friendly at check out and they also usually are fairly well stocked. My kids love dollar tree so its a good place to visit for a cheap toy and such. Dollar tree is also a great place for cheap gift bags and other items to put gift together quickly and affordably.

Fairly standard as far as dollar trees go. This one has a small selection of frozen and the employees are fairly nice. The restroom is hidden in the back and wasn't too clean the one time I used it. It's not as dirty as the Springdale one, but the one in Evelyn hills is much cleaner. It's a solid 3 stars.

This store doesn’t let you use the bathroom with your merchandise you have already purchased. Even though I literally purchased feminine products requiring the use of a bathroom. I was asked to leave my merchandise outside.Yeah, no. I’ll take the long wait times at Mall Ave. Cause at least after I buy myself there, I can do whatever I want with it.

Best Dollar Tree in Fayetteville! I'm an avid DT shopper so I take this seriously. 😂Mary (edited. my auto correct got me on the name) is great, always has a smile, and I look forward to checking out with her. The rest of the staff are usually kind as well.The store is usually stocked as well as it can be, and they keep it clean and organized despite the chaos of the last year.

Friendly staff convenient location area has kind of gone downhill but it's none of their fault great management keeping things in stock could use a little bit of improvement but for the most part Dollar tree is a great place to save money!

This location is large but it's pretty disorganized. The staff were friendly though and that's a plus. I've never had trouble finding parking in this shopping center and that's always nice. This place is a must stop near the holidays. They carry every size of gift bag you could need. Even the super huge garbage bad type bags. PRO TIP : Dollar Tree takes coupons. Sometimes you can end up getting things for free! Keep an eye out for name brand items.

Customer Service is terrible. Tried to use a shopping bag to put most of my items but the cashier didn't like that idea. I had all the items I wanted in the bag at the front and she kept reaching over that stuff to get the big bulky items to put in bag. When I tried to explain I had the items laid how I wanted them not only did she argue but she began to get mad and throw my things in the bag. When I got home I had danw dish soap all over some of the stuf from it leaking out. This was a result if stuff being throwed in the bag. In my opinion Laura wouldn't be working much longer.

I went for one item... Ended up with 30 items! Happens too often, just my fault?!) LOL.Check their cooler & freezer. Fresh dozen EGGS @$1 while grocery have raised prices outrageously.

Yes it is my favorite dollar store. The one in Fayetteville Arkansas is clean and friendly, however it doesn't have as many items as others. But after all it's still a Dollar Tree.

Store was in pretty decent shape, nicely stocked. I have been looking to get some helium balloons and ALL the stores have been out of helium for MONTHS now. I have never seen anything like this before. Why is it taking so long to get helium???

I love the learning books they sell for Pre-K! I load up on learning workbooks every time that I'm there. I don't like their color pencils/pencils. The store clerks are friendly too.

Quick shopping. You are in and out pretty much, until you ready to check out. It's always a line when the got one cashier. The excuses are" he's on break". Why is there only one cashier?
