Unbelievable! 10 cars in the drive thru and I’ve been waiting inside for 45 min! Good luck if you want to reach a live person at the pharmacy! There are not enough pharmacists or staff at the pharmacy and obviously CVS COULDN'T CARE LESS. I’ve had it. I’m taking my business to Collier Drugs on Dickson. They are local and really care about their customers. I would give this pharmacy a negative star if I could 🤬

This Pharmacy is a joke. They are clearly busy but handle it unprofessionally. Gave some bogus excuse about an easy request I’d have gone elsewhere if it was a problem. Tell them I don’t have insurance and that there is an issue bc I should. Tell them “you won’t find anything though been on the phone with them all week.” Wait for them to look for 15 minutes and then not say anything bc I was right.If the head pharmacist owes you an apology or you’re expecting an “omg, you were right!” then just find another pharmacy. She’s something else

As someone with experience behind a counter at a pharmacy, there’s absolutely no reason I should have to wait 1+ hours inside the lobby for my medication or wait 24 hours for it to be filled when I need it day of. I went through the drive through today and the man working it was rubbing all over his face while huffing and puffing. I do not care how busy you are, a pharmacy is not the place to be rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional. I have now been waiting on their call line for approx 45 minutes with no response or anything. I am convinced they take this job very lightly, therefore I don’t recommend this place at all, especially if you don’t want someone huffing and puffing at you for wanting medication. :)

Took a child to the hospital and after we left was given a prescription to be filled at CVS. Got there before they were closed, the drive through was open. The person on the other side of the drive through, a younger man in scrubs looked at us. He could see and hear me. I explained I needed the prescription filled as I had an injured child. His words, "We are closing."He refused and the window was still open. There may have been at least one car behind me.Callous and non existent service to the people needing help. I shared the episode with the manager and got nowhere. Corporate was called and they told me they would handle it.By then it was too little and too late. I had a child with a compound fracture and the store employee was such a rotten example I'll avoid that place and not recommend it to anyone.And to date, 12 January 2024, I am not sure if any steps have been taken to help care for the injured or sick that require medication.

I tried calling them to ask a simple question and first of all the bot is super annoying and refuses to give you the option to speak to a human, and then it made me wait for 10 min playing music before I just gave up.

Appears this CVS may be living up to their low standards. A very unusal experience with the pharmacist. Thought I was asking an innoucus question. This appeared to send her off the deep end. When tried to explain we just moved to the area and why everyone is asking the same question on PII. Was very cordial in trying to explain. This did not appear to make any difference. Caught the attitude "How Dare You Ask Me". Very unusual. Not sure if they were just having a bad day. We will move on and go elsewhere for service where the customer is at least treated properly.

The most understaffed + slowest pharmacy ever. 3 customers and I have been waiting for 30minutes while the lady inside was scanning the meds and not paying attention to us and the pharmacist was taking care of the drive through. It's not until we started arguing that she decided to come get our meds. Don't get your meds here!!!!

Pharmacist declined to fill my paper prescriptions and told me that I needed to get the other form of the medication that is over $300 and the form I have cost me $40. She is a joke and her explanation just made me search my head from how stupid she sounds.

Standard CVS. We have the oddball prescription delivered here. There is often a wait, this location can be pretty busy. Nothing terrible about here, but nothing great either. The staff at the pharmacy is nice enough given the sea of people they deal with.

I’ve been coming to this in store (Target) CVS for about 4 years now. I’ve had 3 of my elder family members required to get Rxs from a CVS. 2 have passed away and the third will continue patronizing the pharmacy here.The hours of operation have been challenging at times and being inside the Target limits some availability however I’ve never had such devoted staff and pharmacist- Jessica I’m so grateful to have you on my side - regardless of the obstacles you’ve always been our selfless devoted advocate! It still amazes me that out of all the names and faces you process - you make sure to remember me and my needs. There isn’t any better! Thank you Jessica

Horrible and unhelpful pharmacy. It’s difficult to be over worked and underpaid, but when someone goes to school to specialize in medicine they must have some idea that it’s field the general public doesn’t know much about. Of course people are going to have questions that seem dumb to a person who has attended medical school, but most of the clients haven’t. I’ll never understand how people can be so cold, rude and short to others who are just trying to take care of themselves. Every time I’ve gone to pick up a prescription I’ve watched the person in front of me be talked down to or get an eye roll for a basic question. There’s been multiple times that I’ve heard the pharmacist answer the phone and almost immediately raise her voice to the person on the other end. It’s so unnecessary and makes the visit extremely tense and uncomfortable. There are a lot of other pharmacies with friendly and helpful workers in Fayetteville that I’d suggest trying long before this location.

There are quite a few reviews that comment on long waits times to pick up perscriptions. I would like point out that this is a BUSY pharmacy and the workers are not at fault. They fill soooo many prescriptions and are constantly trying to meet all the demands that their role requires. I choose to use this pharmacy out of convince of location, hours open, the workers do their best, and I am able to count on getting my prescriptions filled on time.

been here a year and i’m about to leave, can’t wait! almost all my prescription were never on time, and good luck ever trying to get them to answer the phone. My recent perception sent in by my doctor was put on hold for no reason. when i called and after an hour got an answer(because i couldn’t use the app to do this) they immediately could start preparing it. i don’t know why when my doctor sent it, it wasn’t good enough. But i’m now on my third day without my medicine, can’t get someone to answer the phone, for 2 days now, to ask for an update. Done with this place, go to a different pharmacy!!!

Pharmacy staff is always nice and easy to deal with, but sometimes you have to wait awhile (~10 min) when they're busy. My prescriptions are usually ready within a day or two and I always get the text notifications immediately. Wish they had self checkouts like most other CVS locations - super convenient when you're only buying like 1 item and the checkout line is long because there's only one employee working the floor.

While the pharmacy staff is very friendly and knowledgable, the hold time if you need to call and speak to them about a prescription is horrible! They are terribly understaffed even when you go in face to face. I've NEVER gotten through to speak to someone in less than 15 minutes. Today alone I've spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold. The first two times I had to hang up because I don't spend my day doing nothing waiting for someone to answer. And there is no option for them to call you back. Right now I'm on hold for the third time today and I've been on hold for 31 minutes. Our prescription benefits are through CVS Caremark though, and if I go anywhere else they don't cover my maintenance prescriptions at all. So here I sit, on hold, for hours on end hoping that I can speak to someone to get the proper prescription refilled.Also, I've gotten prescriptions filled there before that were the wrong dosage. I was supposed to take 2 pills once per day, and it was a 3 month supply. Instead, they filled an old prescription they had on file for 1 pill once per day. So instead of 180 pills, I only got 90. I paid my copay and didn't realize the mistake until I had driven away. I called them (and waited on hold for a good 20 minutes), only for them to tell me that they could not reverse the prescription and fill the correct quantity, and that they could not give me the extra pills to fulfill the correct dosage. I paid $20 for 90 pills, and my copay is $20 regardless of how many pills they dispense. So basically they scammed me out of 90 pills, and I had to then petition the insurance to let them fill the correct quantity after just 45 days. NEVER leave the store without checking your prescriptions first.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called to get my sleep meds refilled. The lady forgot to hang up the phone and proceeded to make fun of me AND the medication I was picking up. She violated my HIPPA rights. They keep me on hold for over 30 minutes just to check on a script refill. I hate these lazy associates that have proven to be extremely unprofessional. I’ll never to business here again,

This location now charges for Covid testing even though they are listed as free, and they do not tell you via email, text, or anywhere else until you show up. Had I known that they would be charging me, I would have taken my test closer to home. Also, no wipes were provided to wipe down the collection bin, even though that was stated as part of the process. It gets a second star only because a helpful staff member told me of an alternative location that charges less than they do.

This place is a huge joke! Hope you don’t need to call and get ahold of someone in the pharmacy! You will be on hold all day. I have literally been on hold for an hour and 16 minutes. If they are that busy they could answer and get a call back number. But this place is a joke! I wish my insurance covered somewhere else in town cause I definitely would not use this place. They can’t even keep there records straight they have gotten my prescription wrong a lot idk how cause I have seen what the doctor puts in!

This rating is strictly for the Pharmacy. I dropped off 1 script Friday and requested 2 medications to be transferred. I was told they would be ready Saturday at the latest. Here it is Monday at 5 p.m. and I’m still sitting here waiting. Prior to arriving here today I attempted to reach someone at the pharmacy and spend a total of 40 minutes on hold without ever getting a representative. The only reason I changed to this pharmacy is because my work insurance gets its best rates through them. Even though it’s cheaper my time is valuable and this place takes ridiculously to long.

I went through drive through to pick up meds sent by my doctor and asked the male staff member at the window if I could get the over the counter meds needed also. He told me I would need to come inside to get the non-prescription meds. I told him that I had covid and shouldn’t come inside. He said he was sorry, but for anything non-prescription I would have to come in. While waiting for my Rx meds, I called Walgreens across the street and they were happy to gather my non-prescription meds and sell to me at their drive through.

I went in to find something for a delivery. I couldnt find anyone to help other than the pharmacy, but since it was over the counter she did really know. As I was checking out with self check out, I realized that there was an employee up there, but as I was searching for someone to help, he had been on the phone, near the photo equipment and I thought it was a customer because he was talking about something personal. But I was already getting my receipt when he went behind the cashier to check someone out. It seemed really busy in the pharmacy and from reading these reviews, I think they need more employees back there.

Horrible costumer service by the manager Sophie. I tried shipping a UPS package and instead telling me nicely if I could prepare the package to ship, she tried sending me to another UPS carrier. She did not want to help me in anyway.

Very disppointed. My insurance company said I have to use them this year. They are not charging me what the insurance company told me I would be charged for The 1 and 2 drugs. They are filling prescriptions that I don't need yet and not filling ones I do. Lastly, I can never reach the pharmacy on the phone. If you aren't forced to use them in Fayetteville, AR, do yourself a favor and stay away! I have trouble almost every time I pick up a prescription. My CVS pharmacy continues to provide bad service even months after the switch my insurance company forced me to make. I still say, Stay Away if you can.

If you could give less than 1 star I would, I understand about busy pharmacies, I had no choice on a Sunday, but I don’t understand the rudeness of staff, when asked an approximate length of time was told “I have no idea, there are 4 people in front of you and we’ve been open 8min, “ ok so approximate wait time would be? So my suggestion is if you have a choice, check somewhere else

The pharmacy staff is excellent! They are always nice when I come to pick up. They also helped me out when I had problems with my insurance by going out of their way to refund me and get the prescriptions rebilled. 10/10 would recommend this location to others.

Just moved all of my prescriptions to Walmart, as I have had to wait in line for at least 45 minutes every time I have picked up a prescription here in the past few months. Can’t manage to get them on the phone either.No respect at all for their customer’s time or health.

Waited 20 minutes behind someone at the drive thru window. Usually if someone is behind me they make me pull around or come in. They have a txt app that txt you when your prescription is ready. I got the mssg and just needed to pick up and go. I finally got to the window and no one was there for 10 more minutes. I am about to change pharmacies.
