I was having trouble with our front door dead bolt lock & contacted C& E Locksmith to see if they could repair or replace it. They sent one of their employees, Colten, out to see what they could do to fix it. The lock couldn’t be repaired but he had a replacement on hand, fixed it in less than 15 minutes at a very fair price. I’m completely satisfied with the service & cost to repair by C & E Locksmith.

They are SO nice!! The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful from the start! Chris, my tech that came to unlock my car for me, was so sweet! It was raining so he called and told me that I didn't even need to come down and wait in the rain while he unlocked my car! After he was done, he came up to the apartment, and did all of the payment and everything at my door! Then we talked for a good while just about all kinds of stuff! A very nice and trustworthy employee and person!! I definitely recommend them!! Also their pricing was definitely reasonable especially for the quality of experience I had with their company!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had to replace the shell for my 2010 Honda car key, and less than two months later the brand new shell completely fell apart. I went back and asked if there was a warranty or a discount available, since it was still a pretty recent purchase and my shell COMPLETELY- split apart, pieces broke off -fell apart, yet I was instead told that I had been "handling the key too roughly" or "holding it incorrectly when I use it" and that was why the shell broke. I'm 29 and I have never had this happen to any of my car keys. I also haven't experienced going back to a business to talk to them about their faulty product, and instead of them being accommodating I'm condescended to and told that I'm "handling car keys too roughly". How does one handle car keys so rough that the shell falls apart? Maybe next time I should bring a man with me and they'll be more understanding. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I needed a car key cut that I had purchased and they refused to cut it due to "policy". I am guessing they charge a bunch for their key and therefore punish me for not paying a high price for a car key by refusing to cut my key. Lesson learned, I will never come back.

Chris from C&E Lock replaced the electronic keypad and lockset on my Cannon gunsafe with a mechanical lock. The job was done well, Chris was polite, professional, knowledgeable and fast. Tristan was great! We lost the ignition key for our old pickup and he noted that the local dealership had clearly cut the replacement key incorrectly. He also cut the correct key quickly with the current ignition, despite another locksmith telling me we'd need a new ignition. I wasted time, energy, and money dealing with the other avenues. In the future, I'll just call C&E first.

Went to get keys made, worker there was competent, knowledgeable, and professional. Afterwards I had the opportunity to talk with him about some padlocks to which I had lost the keys... he advised me on what would and wouldn't work, and in the end I hired C&E to come out and pick the locks for me (or grind them off). Chris came out and was did an excellent job, and was likewise knowledgeable and professional. And personable and friendly to boot! Highly recommend. Will return for all my lock needs.
