Went here yesterday for the first time. Staff was very kind and patient. I really like their market with their own affordable dairy products. The shake, sundaes, and ice cream we tried were all delicious and great prices! The burger and fries were not great, and we would probably never order again. The burger did not look like the photo at all. It was flat and tasted just like a frozen patty from a high school cafeteria. No flavor and weird texture. I was very disappointed in the food and so was my husband. But my kids liked the junior burger, bag of 6 with cheese for $7, and it surprisingly had a much better flavor that the adult burgers.

Heads up! I’m a bit picky about ice cream and my standard is too high, so my review is coming from that perspective. I have not tried a lot of stuff here, but did not like the one I ate. I took single dip chocolate ice cream in a cone. There is no complaint about the portion size. It’s big and cheap. But the chocolate flavor has no chocolate in it. It’s just too sweet.

This place is a disaster. Rude staff, unsanitary, unprofessional. Never returning.I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and 2 regular cheeseburgers and received only the 2 regular cheeseburgers. When I went to have them fix the order, one employee came and threw both burgers away, and another employee yelled at us for returning both burgers when I had no say in what was happening.Flies were surrounding the soft serve machine and repeatedly were landing on my drink. The ice cream I received had been cross-contaminated as they did not wash the scoop.Utter disaster and severe health concern. Avoid at all cost.

I have been coming to this Braum's since I was little, the Ice and burgers haven't changed other then the occasional different flavors and new food options that they come out with every year. And honestly its always so good, the consistency always lets me know what I'm in for and what to expect, they always have a costumer with me.

Coming from the north, I'd never heard of Braum's...and what a shame. They are like a local, town home Dairy Queen meets Burger King - with a mini grocery store inside too! Ice cream is what they're really known for, but they have really tasty burgers and other items too. This is the best quality of food in a "fast food" type of place. The drive thru is great, but do yourself a favor and go inside too - the mini grocery store is awesome.

I love this place. It’s a weird concept because they have fast food combined with an ice cream shop combined with a mini mart. And it’s not fancy or super clean (I mean it’s a fast food place). But the ice cream is so cheap and good. I got a scoop and a waffle cone for $1.79. I liked the food too (burger and fries).

Was greeted kindly, ice cream is always on point. Ordered a meal, above average. The banana split though, another story. That side seemed pretty busy (it was a very hot day), an the directions must have gotten mix. The creature I got was not what I ordered. But, looked good anyway, so I didn't say anything. It was hot. The bathroom was clean enough. Not employees fault, is what I'm saying. I'm sure I'll go there again. Next time I'm in that area.

Some time has past since my last review and I came back today to see if anything had changed. Place is way cleaner but I literally just watched an employee named CRUZ drop a small cup on the floor and then put it back into the cup rack.previous review... Just Really Bad for a while now. Patio looks like a junk yard. I'd rather use a 100 degree porta potty. Inside kitchen and dining are completely disgusting.

I've not been here before but the service was excellent , my order was processed pretty fast. I had a quarter pounder with fries and a drink . The burger was one of the tastiest burgers I've had in recent years, I could actually taste all of the ingredients in the bun, it was not smothered in mayo. The price was reasonable too at $8.00 for the combo meal. I will go back and I recommend Braums for decent fast.

I am not very impressed with Brahms lately. Used to be a good place to get a really great ice cream treat, but they got our order wrong and it I really didn't like my shake. It wasn't very thick and it wasn't very chocolatey. I was reminded why I stopped going there.

I obviously picked a bad time to visit. they looked like they were staffed well but the service was super slow. I got impatient and left but in their defense I was guilt tripping myself for wanting ice cream since I’m trying to diet so it didn’t take much convincing to leave. Not sure I’ll return to this location. The store section ice cream freezers need some TLC. Some of the sliding doors were broken and didn’t close properly.

It wasn't bad the girl was new still learning how to do the register and making the shakes her manager I can't remember her name remade my mamas shake with a smile on her face and wasn't rude about it as most people would of been! It was a good experience for my parents as this was their first time being in a braums!
