Put in a delivery order. Called to check 45 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and got told it was on its way. 20 minutes later, the status on the app went back to "preparing", so they lied about where my order was to begin with. Waited another 40 minutes and finally canceled almost 2 hours after it was supposed to arrive.

Service was great! I called last night asking if they had any Port; the employee listed off every single type. They were also very quick to help when I came in. They have a much better selection than DSL.

Good well rounded selection wines with very good prices, walk in cooler with lots of cold beer...cases of cold Miller High Life and a better than adequate selection of NA beers. Plus "Buddys" Vodka made in USA !

It's open on Sundays. (Like all of Springdale.) So we drive up from Fayetteville. It's right off the highway, so that's handy. We'll stocked and friendly staff.

I am somewhat of a regular at blue top, and I couldn't be happier with the staff and the healthy selection of craft beer. If you have questions about a certain brew, they'll give you a description and multiple opinions. Also, more recently they let you fill up any growler, not just their own, which is definitely an improvement. /cheers guys

Awesome modern liquor store right off the highway. Big bright and super clean, stocked with every wine, beer and liquor you could need. Even have some great organic wines. Very friendly staff.

horrible customer service. doesn't even deserve one star.The store does not have a good collection of beer nor wine, and more expensive than others, take my advise and go to Whole Foods Market at 3425 N College Ave, They have better and cheaper beer, or go to any of the 2 liquor stores near it, Liquor world and Mid-Way Liquor Store, they have wider selection, better staff and waaaaay nicer customer service.I have been a customer for over a year until now. The employees are basically college kids who knows nothing about dealing with customers, especially one guy called sean moore, calls himself a manager, he randomly decides one day not to take any identity other than a passport or american id, i once had an international driving license and he wouldn't accept it, although i used it before at the same store. What a silly staff. Never going back there.

Third time In store.First time could not get single barrel jack,tuaca,or chocolate tequila.employ wrote down items empty on shelf,said they would order. One month later, last time in Blue Top. they got nothing right.
