Andy's Frozen Custard is so much better than typical ice cream!I love the quality ingredient options for "mix-ins." You can make up your own creation or choose from a long list of regular and seasonal menu choices. My favorites are the Key Lime Pie Concrete in late summer and Santa's Brownie Jack Hammer in December.Don't forget to join their membership program for free ice cream!

I can’t think of anything to dislike about Andy’s!!! (though it is a little pricey)A great place to gather and enjoy great custard. Get it simple or complex, it will be awesome!

To be honest, I really liked their frozen custards a lot! They have a good taste begins the flavor on them. It truly makes me want to go back here do badly. I give them a 100/10 because they have put up a lot of effort into making this restaurant one of the best ice cream restaurants in the world like Braum's....

Andy's is by far one of my favorite places to visit for frozen custard. The numerous varieties of flavors and mixes makes me extremely happy and I'm always excited to try something new. Did you know they also donate extras to local non-profits? This gains them an extra star in my book so that's really 6 stars!

Great custard and good assortment of toppings. But almost all the seasonal specials, which are the best deals price-wise, have gluten in them. What’s the point of having a naturally gluten free product and sticking gluten (pretzels, cookie dough, Oreos, etc.) in nearly all the specials? I have celiac disease and it bugs me a bit. But not so much that I don’t go.

I ended up getting the Cookie Casanova and I'm pleased with the choice as I got it on the suggestion of the person taking my order. Next time I will choose between the Crumble Mint or Ooey Gooey either by myself or with my kid's. We love this location compared to others outside of the one located in the Pinnacle area.

the manager, JJ, is the meanest, rudest, nastiest person i have ever interacted with. as soon as we pulled into the parking lot he looked us up and down and asked if we were coming in for ice cream or just hanging out, we were getting out of our car, obviously getting ice cream. while taking our order he was talking down to us and treating us like we were inconveniencing him by taking too long to order. he handed us our drinks aggressively and did not say anything else.

Great Custard when it’s available, but i’ve been there twice in the last month where they have closed over half an hour early. Normally I would think this was because of a special event, but their posted hours and employees share differently. I would come through the drive thru and see employees inside on their phones refusing to take my order. Seems like poor management and lazy employees to me which was really frustrating

The ice cream was very good but the overall wait time was too long. It appeared drive thru was a priority in order completion. My parties order was broken up and the kids ended getting their ice cream behind people who ordered after us.

Custard is superior to ice cream. I said what I said. Andy’s is great. Always friendly, delicious, mouthwatering place of happiness. Definitely worth trying. Also you can get a sample cone for a dog and that just made it extra special!

Listen, you can go read my experience at another restaurant that started my evening off bad (Thai Spice) but Andy’s came in clutch with a quick drive through, friendly service, & an excellent product. Andy’s saved date night & I’ll always be thankful.

This is our favorite treat after any Razorback game. They are patient (with kids trying to decide what they should order) but quick to deliver! Everything off the menu has been fantastic!

The customer service here was exceptional. The young employees were very friendly and efficient. They are very helpful in helping you decide if you are stuck. The product was the best I've had, I highly recommend the cherry bash, it is not always advertised but you can get it year round! This treat has cherries, chocolate syrup, almonds, and health bar in it. It may sounds a little odd but together those toppings make the perfect treat to eat!Over all my experience was wonderful, I wouldn't mind spending a little more money for the best product out there!!!!

Who doesn't love frozen custard? This place is great. Staff is friendly and fast. You can get darn near any type of confection you like. I love a good jackhammer but you can do cones, bowls, sundaes, malts, shakes, floats and several other things I've never tried! It only gets pricy if you overdo it with the customization. I wish I could tip the staff! They work so hard!

Andy’s, don’t you mean heaven? This is my favorite custard shop in the world. What do they put in their custard!? I seriously think it’s crack because it’s so addicting! Stop in sometime and order some unadulterated chocolate or vanilla custard and just sit and enjoy it for a few minutes. They also have amazing concretes, soda, and spectacular customer service! This place will turn any bad day into a great day. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Did I mention that I like their custard!? :) I love you Andy’s!!!
