I am a regular at 7 Brew coffee, and I get treated like I am an MVP every time I go there! They always remember me by name, and even offer me samples of new drinks to try and go above and beyond to make my drink exactly as I want it no matter how complicated my order can get at times. They always treat me with such friendliness that I am sure I am right too remain a loyal customer.! Absolutely love their entire menu!Dietary restrictions: Lots of different options, if you’re diabetic, they have different sweetener replacements for sugar, if you are lactose intolerant, they have lots of milk replacementsKid-friendliness: They make extremely cute and fun drinks for children and they are always super friendly with the kids, they do this fun thing with the straw where they put a ball of whipped cream on top of the straw and my toddler absolutely thinks it’s the coolest thing 🤣

I ordered the German chocolate, medium iced. I have ordered the German chocolate medium iced every time I've gone there. The taste is amazing, and VERY consistent. It keeps me coming back every. Single. Time.The service is quick and to the point. I'm not big on conversation and I could tell they pick up on that. I always overhear the employees talking to other customers and I almost always hear a laugh or I see them smiling. The service definitely makes my day.The atmosphere was what you would expect for a drive through coffee shop, but the employees definitely make it more fun every tine.

7 brews are majorly available in NWA, and are extremely popular. This location is another usual one. The best point about them is the drive through. I stopped by this location to pick an iced mocha. Honestly it was a decent one. They put a lot of ice, so it started to water down quickly, which I did not like.

I love 7 brew. I visit 2-3 times a week.This is the most inconsistent location I've ever visited, which is unfortunate because it's the location on my way to work. Dunkin level inconsistency. I order the same thing every time at every 7 Brew I visit. This is the only store where the flavor varies. This morning my hot blondie just tasted like hot milk. Unfortunately, that's not the first time it's happened. I've also gotten lukewarm coffees on several occasions.Such a bummer to see them sacrifice quality (& the ingredients you're paying for) for speed.

I just came through at 6:45pm (9/14/23) and this was the worst 7brew experience I have ever had. Not only was I ignored. My order was incorrect. The 7brew staff was extremely off putting, they ignored me, refused to talk to me and my girlfriend. Then 3 employees went to the car next to me. My girlfriend and I had a horrible time at this 7brew. When it is normally the best in the area.

They were pricey, but then you SEE THE SIZE YOU PAY FORWORKS ALL DAY FOR CAFFEINE DRINKS YOU GET. OOOH BOY. And their different blends are welcome for the chg up. Loved it! Great staff as always. Always the fastest in towns of nwa. Remember phone #s are beneficial at these stops. And it works if you use it.

I love the products, and the staff is most always nice and smiling. The music is always so loud I can't hear the barristas. The speaker are right next to the service areas and window and it makes it too hard to hear. This causes me to skip shopping here.
