They always need more cashiers because the lines are too long 90% of the time. When i get off of work, I don't want to spend the majority of my night waiting in line. Other than that, the rest of my shopping experience was good. The cashier was very friendly despite constantly checking people out. He needs a raise.

The employees at this store from my 5yrs shopping experience are amazing and usually the management too! I just came in the other day and there was a boss, her name tag said joslyn. She was being extremely rude to employees.. they’re nothing but kind, she was pretty loudly telling them “ Get back to work now!” Which is normal for a boss, but they’re humans. Respect is a bare minimum.. I didn’t even bother saying anything to her when walking out. I hope she works on her attitude and learns some respect!

Some meat is hard to get here. Service was good.Update: service is not very good here anymore & stock personal will run you over with their cart of goods.Update: cranky workers will run you over & never smile.I wish they would carry Blackberry Jelly.

A smaller version of their super center, but still have nice, informative, and courteous staff. They have a great selection, too. Great for one or two items and you don't feel like walking through the crowd at the Super Center 😃. The Christmas candy selection is amazing 🤩

Twice now in the last 3 weeks I have asked an employee for help finding an item that I am unable to locate. "I don't know. I'm new here." When I asked them to look on their handheld Walmart device, both stated, "I don't know how to use it." I immediately TOLD each employee to go find someone who COULD help me. How pathetic!! Train your employees to start taking responsibility for DOING THEIR JOB!!!!

Personally worked there. That place is disgusting. Needs deep cleaned. The racks have molds on them if you pull them out. Management not so great definitely went down hill after Claudia the old store manager left. Not to mention they like to just follow the young girls around. Its pretty disgusting. I only go there if I really need something quick other then that I usually go to the super center and prefer it. They are so much better and friendlier not creepy.

Was there the other night and requested cash back at the check out then forgot to grab the money and then didn't realize what I had did until the next afternoon! I called the store not really expecting to get the money back. The manager Pedro told me he would call me back in a couple of hours once he spoke to the night manager. Well he called me back and he had my money! Yay! I am very appreciative for him not blowing me off and for whoever turned the money in!

Store is a total disaster show. Nobody at service desk, no help on the floor, no help at the registers. Store manager, joe I think? came out and tried to apologize but did it so rudely, and disrespectfully. I am a person of color and he looked annoyed that he had to even apologize to me so I felt very offended and like it was personal he hated people that weren’t white or up to his standard. Pharmacy is the only place I got decent help, and service. Always greeted immediately but even they seem short staffed and flabbergasted.Worst Walmart, EVER.

update:place has become trash lately. Nothing In stock. everything poorly stocked. it's rush time and their are 4 employees standing around talking while every self checkout lane is full and no one running the assisted checkout. I see maybe 5 employees with carts for pickup running around getting in my way smashing their cart into mine to take what I was about to grab 99% of the time. Feels like a rats nest everytime I come here now.!

Customer service was horrible, a associate had to tell me that the managers name was Joe because he refused to tell me during what I can only describe as my worst experience at Walmart. Joe refused to help me when I asked for assistance inside the store and when I expressed my concourn of his unwillingness to help and his overall attitude towards me he told me if I was so upset about it I should leave. Completely unprofessional.

i was fired from walmart in august 2022 because i was in the hospital for a couple days. i had experienced extreme discomfort the entire year i worked here from stephanie, but when joe took over the store went completely down hill. i was gone for a total of three days and had two points before this situation, i used ppto for one of the days and called in the two others (one because stephanie told me icouldn’t come in til i was 24hrs on antibiotics). i walked in (emergency room note in hand) after my days off so i wasn’t coming in still sick, i was told i was gone for entire week??? when i had asked my friend to explain my difficult situation to a manager while i was in the ER, stephanie told her to tell me i needed to look at myself in the mirror and ask if i’m the problem then proceeded to tell her i always have problems. that was entirely my last straw and i no longer cared if they fired me. this store disgusts me. when they fired my friend who was told to talk to vanessa about her points, i was baffled. we had insulted stephanie over the phone when she called to ask about her days just being taken off the schedule? because of this, our last visit experience was ridiculous. we walked in and went directly to the item we needed to buy (running into a few old fellow employees) and were swarmed with the managers of every department, finally WHEN WE WERE IN LINE, they told us that we had to leave and we’re banned but couldn’t tell us why or show proof? fix this store. it was amazing when claudia was the store manager.

When I was shopping around, looking for all the items on my grocery list a guy kept following me around the entire time. I caught sight of his name tag “Joe” and flat out after being followed through half the store I abandoned my shopping, freaked out and creeped out and I felt slightly violated he was watching me and following me. I mean the shelves were half empty, lines were building up into the aisles, nobody at the service desk, but this manager had time to follow me around with a stupid smirk/creeper look on his face? The only people who seemed to be doing any sort of work were the cashiers up front, and the people in the pharmacy. Everyone else just gone and missing or maybe the rest are following around other young girls too.

Manager Aisin or something like because for some reason they wouldn’t want to give me their names, starting yelling at me being really deeply disrespectful because apparently she couldn’t read that my ID says that im over 21+ to buy some wine. Would not be coming back to this walmart ever again and i hope they really figure something out with her because the way that she treats customers is not okay.

dakota at the deli is one of the most disrespectful people i’ve ever met. the other day i was there and witnessed him being rude and stingy to customers and bullying one of the other employees who was short with short brown hair. he was calling her slurs and making fun of how she looked. it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. i think it’s disgusting that walmart would keep someone of this nature employed at one of their stores. i suggest walmart takes the proper action towards solving this issue this store. i do not want to shop here knowing someone as vile as him works there. despicable.

This store must not be doing good if they have their associates asking everyone using the self checkout to complete the survey at the end of your transaction. As long as people need to check themselves out there will not be very many 5 star ratings. Super annoying to check yourself out and then be asked to complete survey.

I wanted to help my sister, who has a daughter in a wheelchair buy a small. affordable car, as she has none. So she found one in Tulsa, near her home and I wanted to send her the money to get it. Someone told me about Walmart 2 Walmart and how it is better than Western Union etc. So I went to the closest Walmart to my home (17 miles) and tried sending her the money. The cashier was very nice, but had never done a money transfer before. I sent $2500 and the cashier accidentally entered the information wrong (she had my sister as both the sender and the receiver), so when my sister tried to pick it up in Tulsa, she couldn't. So I had to go back to Walmart and get a refund. They then tried sending it again. After sending it, their security department called me, to confirm that I was sending the money to someone I know and that I wasn't being scammed. After speaking with him and confirming it was for my sister and not a scam. He said "okay, it is all clear and I am releasing it now so she can pick it up. So my sister went back there to pick it up, and when she arrived, they told her that it didn't go through, so I would have to be refunded. Unbelievable!! After paying cash to send it, now I had to go back to Walmart a 2nd time for another refund!! And my sister was not able to go and get the little car. This was my first and my very last time trying the Walmart 2 Walmart money transfer system. What a joke!! I am very disappointed in Walmart, after being a regular customer for years.

Clean store, convenient location, helpful and friendly staff. The manager is extremely nice and always up front greeting and assisting customers. He really does a great job and it's obvious employees like working for him. Happy to have this location.

Too much noise.so noisy and loud I had to leave. It was not because of the remodel. People were yelling to each other when in separate aisles. Stockers were loading pallet carts and banging. My nerves were so bad I became sick and confused, my son had to help me to the checkout.

I am 59 years old and have shop with Walmart for over 40 to 45 years in all of my years I have never ever seen a customer service department that was so lazy and that was never opened and constantly had an excuse why you could not use their customer service desk out of all my years as I say and I have been a minister for 18 years of that I have never ever ever experienced a customer check out Center that was as lame as the one in Farmington Arkansas thank you

So much better than the full blown Megamart down the road!!! You see smiling employees willing to help or take time to find someone who can. No drones here! Bathrooms are much cleaner. Store is clean and well stocked in the items they carry which of course is limited relative to the size of the store. Shelves are logically organized, the whole store is. No finding everything rearranged everytime you come here. Employee moral seems higher and customers benefit. It helps as well that the customers here seem more pleasant too. I prefer this store hands down!!

More convenient than Supercenter and not as busy. Checkers are friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. They carry pretty much everything the Supercenter has, but you may have fewer options as far as variety. Definitely worth it to dodge the chaos that is the Supercenter, particularly on game days, BBB, shareholders meetings, etc.
