Great selection of items here and what I was looking was only a $1.09. The staff was friendly. I've been back since my first visit and I enjoy shopping here. It's clean and quiet and online orders are a breeze to pick up. The prices are good here and they will match local competitors on price for the same item.

The people here are rude. I went today for a interview and one called me garbage. The other asked me if I had autism. Then laugh at me. If you put in for full time. You might as well not put in for one because they'll start you at part time so you have to earn the full time position. I won't work for them or shop with them

Giving five stars because of a stellar customer experience I had due to the employees Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie. They were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly. If I was a metaphor of a fish out of water in this store: Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie were the three handed saint that guided this floundering trout back to safe waters. I prithee all three of those distinguished folks deserve a dollar per hour raise! NAY, a two dollar per hour raise! Each and every one of them.Without Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie's assistance I'd probably give a four star review, maybe a three point five. The institution was fine, not bad.

My wife and I went in today to get a heat source for our chickens. We were debating our options when James dove in to save the day and help us. He spent forever with us and was so informative and helpful. I have gone in this store numerous times and the staff is incredible, but today takes the cake. Thank you to the entire staff for always being kind, helpful, patient. You have all done a wonderful job!

Used to be one of the friendlier places in town. Now you have a lot of rude staff. The Lady who filled our propane tank today was extremely rude. This is the 2 nd time she has been rude to us. Not sure we will be back to your establishment.

Update: After a few more visits, my concerns below seem to have been addressed. I'm seeing more employees who know what they're doing or know how to find out quickly how to solve issues. Thank you.Tractor supply's stock price and revenue is soaring while they refuse to shift with the market and improve their labor. More than twice now I've had online orders/pickups in error, and the returns were anything less than smooth and timely. Add to that items that appear to be in stock en masse, but then the employees can't find them. You can't run an efficient retail store with too few employees who are too inexperienced, and don't tell me that TS doesn't have the money to improve their employees--in particular this store, which sits at the edge of one of the largest growing real estate areas in the country. Pay them more, it's not hard, and you'll corner the market which you'll definitely want to do in the next few years. I'd love it if this review could be seen at Corporate. Meanwhile, I'll be spending more time at the Farmers Co-op. Even if it is more expensive, I at least won't be wasting my time.

I have shopped this store in the past with good reviews. But this last time might be the last time. If you're not an Arkansan and talk with a southern accent, you will be ridiculed, laughed at, and called names because, " you sound like a northaner " " you from New York or some other northern big city "? That is offensive. I have lived in Arkansas for 17 years and the cashier ( Christian ) thinks it's funny. I would never make fun of you or the way you talk, or any other stereotype that goes with living in the south. Never. You're going to have to work really hard to earn my business back.

Visited this Tractor Supply for propane on our 39ft motorhome. Upon turning into the parking lot, Harrison, from TS was already out the door and met us at the propane pump. Filled our tank, helped us with the payment, and we were on our way. We will definitely come back to this TS in the future!!!

I’ve been coming here for years, have spent thousands of dollars, and tonight while shopping for Xmas gifts I watched the workers tell person after person,(young, old, wealthy looking, rough looking) that they were out of propane. There’s a record breaking storm on its way tomorrow and so many people heat and cook and power with propane. And I feel for the workers, as I am also a working class person, and understand the holidays coming up, and it’s cold.But, one random walked in, and asked about propane and they gladly filled them, and admitted they were just sick of filling propane so they’d been telling people they were out..Now this isn’t for a fun summer bbq that some frat boys don’t get to have, this is literally survival. This is wrong and classist.Hire some young person to just fill tanks. Anything would be better than this selfish lazy act. Will sadly be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this particular Tractor Supply store and am generally pleased with my experience at your establishment, however, I was recently berated and yelled medical instructions from a lady with a lot of tattoos on my last visit.I wonder if it would make more sense to not have this particular employee customer facing as it was uncomfortable for other customers and my children.Otherwise, great selection, ample parking and great hours!

I shop here quite frequently to buy things for my horse because it’s the closest and most convenient feed store. I’ve always appreciate their service and products but lately (I’m assuming because of covid and people panic buying) there is never the feed I buy for my horse. When I asked when they would get it in, no one seems to know. When I called today, before driving all the way out there, I was on the phone briefly with an incredibly rude man. I couldn’t even ask a question before he was cutting me off and just saying”no” to everything I asked. He couldn’t even get a specific time on knowing when their truck would be in. When I thanked him and told him to have a good day, he just hung up on me without a “have a nice day” or “goodbye” or anything. Great service in the store but clearly whoever that is shouldn’t answer phone considering I’ve read multiple reviews with the exact same situation.This has now happened more than once and clearly someone else needs to be answering the phone.

The cashier named David is always helpful and knowledgeable, he can tell you where any product is located. He also convinced me to be in the good neighbors club, it's saved me quite a bit of money and love the emails on sales. David is a great at up selling and make every customer feel welcome.

I love this store for the well stocked variety of items they sell. If not in the store they have a computer you can use at the customer service desk to order online. Their specialty and clearance items are always changing. More cashiers if 3 or more customers in line would be nice. Good, friendly people!

This is my local Tractor Supply so I am a frequent flyer here. We get everything from propane to dog food here even tractor paint. Store is dog friendly. Employees are always helpful when trying to locate something -inside and outside the store. Great place to shop.

I love some of the items I'm able to acquire here that I can't find elsewhere. With that said, every plant I've ever purchased from here hasn't made it (most didn't do anything at all). I feel like if they can't sell more reliable plants, they shouldn't stock them at all. I still support buying other products and their staff is friendly.

Tractor supply is one of my favorite stores! We get all our pet and chicken supplies here but I also love the home decor as well!
