terrible. we brought our 8 puppies for their 6 week shots and told them that one of them was having trouble eating and was sick and they told us just to do milk replacement and if that doesn’t work to check up with them and reassess and it didn’t and our puppy got really sick and so we called them and they said they couldn’t get us in because they had too many appointments. so did they not mean it when they said to check up with them? we found another animal hospital and when we took our pup there, they said she was near death. thank goodness they took the time to get our pup in.

We’ve been taking our chihuahua there for a little over a year now and the girls there are awesome!! They’re always super nice even though my dog is crazy! Price is awesome and they’re super professional. We’ve had everything from nail trims and vaccines, to stomach bug treatments. I was never disappointed.

I’ve been bringing my 2 male Rhodesian Ridgebacks to Farmington Veterinary Clinic since 2018, always a wonderful experience! The techs are so sweet and love on our boys and the Doctor knows what he’s doing! I highly recommend them for a large facility quality with a close knit family feel!

Was charged an additional fee for a 2 part shot for my sons dog. Given shots without being told or authorized, left on hold 12 min and line went dead. Asked them 3 times to get records of my dog and they still had not done it. I definitely will not be back. Very unprofessional, no upfront information at all.

My prescription was canceled with out any communication despite chewy showing I still had refills available, they felt that chewy sending an email about it was enough and told me I had to come in to get my prescription, they had no appointments available for two weeks meaning my dog would have to go without meds for 2 weeks. I asked for my dogs records to be sent to Wedington Animal Hospital, and when I get to my appointment they had not be sent.

Gave it two stars because people where nice but brought my puppy in because his ear was bothering him and has diarrhea. My puppy didn’t need any shots but they gave him 3 meds and he still has bad diarrhea. The bill was freaking outrageous $203 and I got told just to have a visit with a vet is $75. Now idk how I’m gonna pay my bills. I’m gonna find a different vet.

This clinic has lost what made it special. I visited them the week of Christmas for a wellness check on two, 8 week old puppies. They were in perfect health and tested negative for internal parasites. However, I was charged for, and sent home with two syringes of wormer. A family member who used to work for a vet asked, “Why did they send you with medicine that they told you, the puppies do not need?” Good question, but I let it go. It’s been 6 weeks since that visit and I called this clinic, asking about heartworm prevention and flea protection for the same two puppies. The employee referred a medication to me and directly said she would prepare 2 single doses for the two puppies. I responded that I was placing a Chewey order and would order the medication through them as it is more convenient and cost effective. The employee said the puppies qualified for the Chewey order because they had been seen recently. Two days later, this same vet denies the prescription with Chewey stating “puppies need to be seen.” .I called this vet clinic back and asked them to explain. They responded that they want to sell me single doses for 6 months, then they will approve the final 6 month prescription. Oddly, this wasn’t mentioned two days before. The lady also accused me stating that she did not know if I would give the 1 year puppy prescription to other adult dogs. I reminded her of our conversation that I ordered only the puppy medication, and in the smallest weight of 2#. When speaking with the office manager shortly thereafter, she responded that she has been there 19 years and this has always been their policy for single doses for 6 months. Knowing this is an untruth, I had her look at my account and verify they had approved a prior 1 year heartworm prevention medication 14 months earlier for my other dogs who were 8 week old puppies at that time. When I informed the office manager that I will not be returning to their clinic because of their untruths and their need to sell single doses, whether needed or not, she smugly answered, “I understand, just tell me where to send your puppies records.” Sadly, I was their customer for 20 years.

Brought my dog in Saturday to see why he wasn’t feeling well, the Vet couldn’t do blood work or anything for my dog she thought maybe he injured his back and if he wasn’t better by Monday bring him back in she would have “more help” my dog I continued to be in so much pain so took him back in we asked to see another Vet we demanded for her to sedate him to get x ray and blood work, she found a suspicious mass. Instead of keeping him and watching him they sent him home without any pain medication. Thanks to you my precious dog died during the night. If your so called Vet would have took the time to treat him Saturday when I had an appointment he would still be with us. Everyone will definitely know to not bring their beloved pet here.

I’ve used this clinic for my two dogs routinely and in emergency situations. They are friendly and pleasantly punctual to their scheduled appointments. They also reach out for reminders for routine items which is nice.

My husband family been taken their dogs to this vet for years. My vortex was super sick and need his ears drained. They understood how much things cost.pet are just not a pet but part of the family. I just lost my job over this corv-19 going on. They let me pay as much I could afford right then. Told me not to worry. They drained his ears I am so grateful for them. My guy can hear again no longer have ears full of blood and yuck. That day those people remind me that there is still good in this world. We should help one another something small as draining a dogs ears. Is worth more then money can ever buy.

Dr. Robison did an excellent job spaying Cocoa. My dog was walking well afterwards, and a day later, she is not acting like she is in any pain. It's easy to tell that all the staff there love pets. The vet talked to me after surgery, and answered all questions. Great prices as well. Highly recommend this clinic! I will always go to this vet, as long as I live in Arkansas

Took my dog in for his yearly rabies shot and man, did I get a rude surprise! What should have been a simple $32 (from my regular vet) ended up costing over $110. $37 for an exam that I never asked for just because I got shots!! Expensive lesson learned, but my advice is ask up front how much you're going to be charged BEFORE letting them look at your pet. It may just be worth driving over to Stilwell OK to Northside Animal clinic and letting them take care of your critter. It will certainly cost less.

DO NOT TAKE YOU PET TO THIS VET!!!!!!! I took 3 puppies to this vet in May and was charged $80 for their shots. I have since had 3 more puppies and called Monday to make sure it was the same price and was told it was. I was then charged $104!! I was told by the receptionist that my puppies were given an extra shot and we were not asked nor informed of this!!! She informed me that the doctor has set way of doing things and the way he gives shots and he does not have to tell us what he is doing!!!! Are you kidding me??? How can you do something to my pets without my permission??? They did not care so I will be going to the attorney general. By the way, my last 3 puppies died of parvo and that was a shot given by their office supposedly. NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! They do not deserve one star!!

We gave it 1 star because that is the lowest selection available. This place is horrible. They are nasty and rude on the phone and never follow through. Or dog got vaccinated AGAIN because they refused to send her records to Weddington animal hospital (which is a great facility). We gave them a month and 3 phone calls reminding them and they still never did it. Of course when I went in to confront them, they swore they faxed the records. So they lie to your face. STAY AWAY!!

You guys charge 300 dollars to fix a cat!! Every other place at most does 200! What a rip off! In fact the county one does 100 for males and 160 for females. Way to rip people off 👍🏻👍🏻.

was very pleased with dr thompson and Nancy. they are very caring and compassionate. the problem is with the receptionist, crystal, she is rude uncaring and would rather let your pet die then get them in or ask questions. she told me that my pet wasn't an emergency matter and could come in latter that afternoon....... well with in 30 minutes weddington animal hospital had already admitted my poor baby. farmington vet receptionist would have just let her die...... this is day 2 and she is still hospitalized.

Misdiagnosed my cat with liver disease when he actually had something else. Charged us $480, had to go to a different vet to save his life. Also refused to give us documents on the testing.
