Store is organized oddly. The sections aren't clearly defined (example plastic cups are in three different spots, one of which is next to bleach, make up, and candy, all on the same shelf)Folks working there are nice enough though.

Staff is doing the best they can at this time. The woman working the counter was also stocking shelves in between. I know they are short staffed. She was working hard.Boxes of cards with “Christmas” written on the side of the box were full price, even though other items were 50% off. I was told the one should ring up 1/2 price as it said Merry Christmas in the message inside. The other box said “ Merry Christmas” on box, but said “Happy Holidays” inside. I was told it wasn’t a Christmas card. It referred to any holiday. (I can’t see giving this card for Valentine’s Day or Easter.) I paid full price for both. There were no signs anywhere telling prices.I would suggest closing this store an hour earlier so the staff can just stock items. It’s not fair to expect so much from your employees.

This is an average Dollar General location. It has problems with empty shelves and items not being unpacked for sale every once in a while. Their organization skills need a little work. But the employees are incredibly nice and friendly every time I come into the store and I can find some great items here and most of the time my experience is satisfactory.

Wow! Never have I ever seen such a mess. There were 3 employees that we could see. 2 outside smoking in the trashy looking back lot and 1, only one cashier with 10 in people in line. This place needs new management or an overhaul OR BOTH!

The absolute worst store I have ever walked in to. Merchandise everywhere on roll trainers and tubs. Nothing on the shelves employee rude and smells like alcohol. Someone needs to get good help or shut it down it gives Dollar General a very bad name

We went to go inside the store on July 15th at 8:50 pm, the employee came to the door and said the store was closed as she unlocked the door to let out a customer, she wouldn’t tell us what time the store actually closes just that the store is closed. We looked at the hours on the door and the signage stated that the store did NOT close until 10 pm. As we were leaving the parking lot we could see other customers she was unlocking the door to let out of the store. Other people were also trying to go into the store and being told they were closed. 8:50 pm seems like an odd closing time. If you need anything I suggest not even attempting to stop here and instead try to make it to the local grocery store.

Stopped in to pick up a couple things the girl was mopping while I stood at the register waiting and waiting and waiting. My husband came in said he went ahead and got the ice the girl finally recognized that I was standing at the register after she was mopping less than 10 feet away and looked at me 2 different times

Normal DG store. We forgot our pillows and picked up a couple here. Surprisingly, Walmart was much farther away than DG from where we were staying. 10 minutes versus a half hour. So this is a very good option for quick pickup needs.

If I could give this store zero stars I would! I go into this store almost everyday and I can’t believe the attitude of the employees led by their very rude manager! They are hateful and rude and treat guest as if they are bothering them by being in the store! Every time we walk in if one specific employee is working She is constantly rude to my husband I’ve made a complaint to the equally rude manager and still same issue I’m going corporate if you don’t want to deal with customers or don’t know how to have customer service find a new job for real

Worst DG I've ever been in. Stacks and piles of products in boxes everywhere. Clearly no one managing the store. Such a mess, and shelves bare in many categories. This is not sudden. It's been like this all summer and fall. Needs new or retrained management.

The worst organized dollar general I’ve ever been to. All the aisle had carts of random things everywhere. The freezer section was full of unopened boxes. It was visibly dirty. Would give 0 stars if possible 🙃

Every time I go in, the place is a wreck. Shelves are never stocked, floor is always dirty. There are a few good cashiers who are nice but most are just rude. I hate leaving reviews like this but it's legitimately awful. :(

Use to be a good store, there was so much merchandise in every isle you could barely get a cart through. Very cluttered with junk on the floors, signs for sale items were not placed in right places, with carts of new merchandise blocking merchandise making it hard to shop. I purchased items I thought were on sales, after reviewing my receipt, went back in to be reimbursed, the cashier was not very receptive, I stated the signs said items were on sale and that isles were so cluttered it was not easy to see what was what. So much for good customer service. Won't be shopping there again.

I love Dollar General but this store has a hard time getting stock put out on the shelves... You gotta move stock boxes and pallets to get to product behind... Isles are messy and cluttered... Employees are nice and always seem busy and like they are trying but here in Eureka they seem to fall short of sucess...

I was in there yesterday and it was so unorganized and the isles were clustered and can never find what I need in. There was spilled juice in another isle with clothes on the floor. No one came to clean it up! Holiday Island dg is soo much cleaner and organized! No crowed isles. Spacious and clean!

Empty bins galore, you never know if items are out of stock, or if the product is buried on one of the many carts of inventory they cant seem to put away. I have been to many Dollar Generals with positive results; this branch seems to struggle with customer service as well as stocking.

It's my go to store, I am usually there every day and they are all super friendly, but would like to see you hire more employees so when you walk to the dept, you are not having to wade through all the metal carts that are packed to the rim of them. That's my only suggestion that I think you could it do better with Getting your products on the shelf

Dollar General in Eureka Springs was very busy most just normal traffic but they had some kind of sale going on. The front cashier was very kind and helpful even though she was the only cashier checking people out. I asked that the manager call me as soon as possible and still never got a phone call.

When I moved here last year I would not go in it bc it was dirty and no product on the shelf but now they have new regional managers and store managers and they are really turning it around

Dirtiest and most mismanaged DG I have ever seen. Always huge carts of stock blocking aisles. Always. Went in today and manager type and cashier were either talking to friends or doing nothing . Store was a total mess. I posted pictures on this site and FB. Also wrote corporate. We are a small tourist town. I’m ashamed of this store. Will not shop there again.

Honestly the store was a wreck, the people there were working diligently to get it cleaned up but apparently the patrons had strong stuff everywhere. It does seem that this is the only store in eureka springs to buy basic discount goods. Unless you want to drive to the next town over to go to Walmart it is about your only option.

The store was unclean! Shelves empty! Boxes everywhere! Sale tages and prices on things it didn't belong or out of date! Restroom was not clean! I didn't even use it walked right back out! The line to check out was at least 11 people long and only one cashier! I will go out of my way not to go here!

Only saw 1 employee and she was very nice but the store was a mess and hard to navigate. I have worked there before and when the truck came in we had enough hours and employees to stock as the truck unloaded. I can show you how it's done. But really everyday the store is a mess.

Dollar generals have just become the worst! What a gross place. Two workers there and loads and loads of stuff to shelve and no one doing it. There's nothing on the shelves and SO much stuff stacked against the shelves that I couldn't see what little there was. Sad. At least this dollar general didn't smell bad like the last one I tried. Never again!

Nice cashier, but apparently I should have had 2 bags, though I left with only 1 thinking that was all. Arrived home, noticed the missing items, and called to see if they had set them aside for me. Nope, too bad, so sad, up to me to make sure that doesn't happen...not even an apology. Gee, I spend a lot of money there...no more. Live and learn...should have gone to Wal-Mart, bad as I hate to.

As far as Dollar Generals go in Arkansas this one is better than average. Friendly staff that do their best. Like most Dollar General stores throughout the country there is unopen inventory throughout the store and empty shelves because management will not hire enough help. There's almost always a long line to check out so be running to wait and be patient. Besides if you're shopping at this Dollar General you are on Eureka time.

They have upgraded the frozen food section. My husband and i bought some hamburger meat and ice cream. The hamburger meat made us both sick and the ice cream tasted like it had been melted and refroze. We will not be buying any food from this store again. Everytime i come to this store there is a long line and only one cashier.
