WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been waiting on a uniform delivery from Superior's HPI Direct division for FOUR MONTHS!!!! I have sent multiple messages via the website, none of which has received a response. The "customer service" call center makes excuses and promises, but STILL nothing happens. Calls to their corporate offices land in a recorded loop, where a live person never answers the phone. What a lousy way to run a business! If I had a choice, I would obtain my uniform components anywhere EXCEPT HPI Direct!!!!

Very nice people in the receiving office, for delivery is better come inside for the shipping entrance and turn around all warehouse.

This Business Is The Worst Place To Ever Do Business They Steal Items, They Mess Up On Your Orders, The Customer Service is VERY POOR, This Business Is So Behind And Customer Service So Slow Until Their Barely Any Workers They Have Bad Attitude And No Expectations
