Every single burger in our order was wrong. When I asked them to bring the bacon they left off my burger they told me they couldn't bring me the bacon and took my burger back inside and brought me back a new one that was burnt with 1 strip of bacon and some burnt crumbles... tater tots were under done. The only thing good was the mozzarella sticks. Kinda hard to mess up pre packaged frozen food. Horrible place to eat. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

Ordered a vanilla shake and burger, received a Coke and burger and the carhop didn't take the money. Waited for a couple of minutes for him to come back and let him know the drink was wrong so he left to fix it, brought the shake but not the corrected receipt so I just paid him what it would cost plus a little extra and left.Get down the street and find it out the shake is a cheesecake and the burger was so cold the cheese didn't melt at all.Won't likely be stopping here again.

EVERY time I go here my order is messed up somehow. From getting burnt burgers missing cheese, to 1/2 full blasts, to runny milkshakes, finally this morning a breakfast that I thought they had pulled it straight out of the freezer it was so cold. I go back and it was STILL cold. Over two years I have given this place chance after chance after chance and I am DONE. I will NEVER go back, I will drive the over 20 minutes to Lonoke.

This location just keeps getting worse! I ordered 2 drink on the app. Diet Coke and unsweet tea with Lemonade. After checking in on the app (I was right on time) I got 2 drinks 6 minutes later. When I tasted them, I received. Dr Pepper and a sweet tea. I pulled into the drive through for the correct order. After I told the cashier what was wrong I was only met with cruddy workers. Obviously, they had to take time to get the 2 drinks correct. I witnessed another man having to exchange his drink because his was wrong too. 22 minutes to get 2 drinks it absolutely unacceptable! The manager, Chelsea McGuire (she proudly has her name on the building) needs to spend some training or more importantly, weeding out incompetent employees. Do better! 22 minutes to get 2 drinks is ridiculous!

I am not sure how this place makes enough to stay open. We have went there to just grab some cheese sticks and no cheese sticks. We went there to get shakes and the were liquid form. Cold but thin. No ma'am this is not how they are supposed to be. Went there to get a blast and their ice cream machine was down. I've been there a total of five times and maybe once did they get or have what I ordered. Not again.

Well…Everytime I go there is usually a problem with the drive through speaker. Either they can’t hear me or I can’t hear them or there is nothing on the screen and it’s always” always pull around for total”. I only drink sweet tea. Sonics is my favorite. 3 out of five it is always unsweetened. Normally I never complain.. worked restaurants for thirty plus years but after the day at work, the heat, and no air conditioning in the car I REALLY wanted that sweet tea. Got home took a big drink and uugghh. Unsweetened. I never think to taste in drive through but I guess I’m gonna have to from now on. So disappointed and I tried to call back for about fifteen minutes and no one answered. Sad

This place is a joke with attitude. Always gets my order wrong and when confronted they wanna get attitude like it’s my fault and since when did a strawberry slush come with no strawberries and white? On top of that when I placed my order the lady (Alexis going by receipt) had the nerve to come to my window and say “ mame for future reference when I ask you to pull around to the drive through please do so it’s 8:30 am on a Sunday I’m the only car at Sonic so no I’m not about to go through the drive thru just bc your lazy besides that I pulled into a stall for a reason if I wanted to drive threw the drive thru then I would have

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. I spent $23.14 on the worst meal ever!!! First of all I didn't even get the large tater tots.... Now, let's talk about the super sonic breakfast burritos: the tortilla was so hard I don't know how they bent it to wrap it, the ingredients were so miniscule that it looked more like a regular breakfast burrito... Maybe 1TT and the egg was so hard it crunched... It was terrible!!😡 Now about the steak sandwich... It actually had the right toppings but the patty itself tasted at least 3 days old.... It was terrible also!! The only thing that was good was the cheese sticks!! I tried to call back to complain (because I live in a different city and couldn't go back) but nobody would answer the phone!! 🤬🤬 From 3-6:30 I called 6 times... No answer!! Whoever owns this location needs to fire everyone and start over!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE🤢

We ordered a foot long coney with onions and a jr. cheeseburger with mayo, tomato and lettuce. The order showed up correctly on the screen and was read back correctly. When we got it home it was a foot long box with French fries covered with cheese and jalapeños and a jr. cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo! Tried twice to call the place to speak to the evening manager but no answer. Pitiful. After reading other reviews and responses from Sonic there obviously isn’t much interest in protecting a positive image for Sonic.

I ordered a three piece chicken strip dinner. My total came to $9.70 I handed the car hop a $20 bill she said she had to go inside and get change. When she came back to my vehicle she handed me $8 and said "do you want the cents back too?" I then told her "ma'am my order was $9.70, I handed you a $20 bill I should be getting back $10.30" She then said, "Oh I guess you're right". She then asked how much money she had a handed me back, I told her $8 she said "so how much do I owe you?". I told her $2.30. she handed me two more $1 bills and said "so do you want the cents back?"To top this off, when I got home and opened my box the chicken strips looks like they had been fried twice. The tater tots were barely cooked, the one onion ring that comes with the meal was so overcooked it was inedible. The small little container of white pepper gravy, it was less than half full.An employee that doesn't know how to count back the proper change plus inedible food equals I will not go back there again!!I am editing my review because as I look back over other reviews it becomes clear that the employees practically think or believe they are entitled to the customer's change!!! Let me give those employees a little bit of advice, if you would like a tip from the customers, earn it! Be polite. Be gracious. And remember while you are an employee of Sonic, you work for the public. We don't owe you our change with your nasty attitudes for sure!!Another edit to this review: after I posted this review I got a notification that the owner had replied to my review. An apology was given to me by the owner because of my review and I was encouraged to call or visit a website to follow up on my complaint. Well with the website URL I was given and error code popped up saying that it was not a valid URL so I called the toll free number. The lady with whom I spoke with was very polite, very professional and seemed very appreciative of my feedback. And because of the condition of my meal, meaning the chicken and onion ring was way overcooked, the tater tots were way undercooked and I only received less than a half a container of gravy, I was offered one of two choices. I could get a replacement meal or refund. I chose the refund. The lady then told me that someone else from Sonic would be contacting me about issuing me a refund.So if you get bad service don't just fuss and gripe about it to your friends and relatives. Lodge a formal complaint. If you have read this far please continue reading and read the reply from the owner that is posted directly underneath this review and you will see the toll free number and the website where you can Lodge a formal complaint.And to whomever the owner is of the Sonic that replied to my review, thank you.

Slow. Order 3 drinks at 326 and got at 407. If it hadn't been for the fact i order on the app I would have canceled. We even called from our stall at 345 and was told it was headed out now! Stopped a car hop at 400 and finally got our order at 407. Still gave 3 stars because the order was correct.

I have visited Sonic locations in 10 states, why does it have to be the one in my town that couldn't get an order right on a dare. Blast had parts of the cup in it because the mixed it wrong, and then just sat in into another cup to serve it. Have not gotten what I ordered in over a year. Order on the app and still have to wait 30 mins to get an order, that is incomplete and wrong every time. Last visit was 4 months ago and will not be back. Complained to main office and never got a response from them or the store. Some employees are just rude.

They made our order of a small slush, tea and 2 waters wrong. Took over 5 min and we and only 1 car were there. The girl was fixing her hair as she was trying to talk to us and then said well I haven't got enough to change you wanted to keep our 89 cents and my sister said just give me my dollar and I'll find .19 cents and then all the sudden she found change. My sister ordered water with lemon slices. They said there's no lemon slices because we didn't feel like cutting them so we just squirted lemon flavor in. My slush was to be cherry a small. What they gave me wasn't cherry it was so sour you couldn't drink it and tasted and smelled horrible. This all happened after they were all yelling at the top of their lungs before coming to the window. Very disappointed and will never go back. Who knows how clean their food is by the way they were handling our items. 🤢

By far worst sonic I have ever been to. The management does not care. Order is always wrong. Doesn't matter if it's on app or not. Says online they are open at 6 on Saturdays. Placed mobile order. Arrived and checked in around 610. At 635 a guy walks out with no uniform on and tells me they don't open until 7 even though it says 6 on the building and the stalls are on. Refused to refund me. Have had multiple issues and made multiple complaints but they do not care. And I have found out alot of the ti.e it's two of the managers who are the rude ones. Don't waste your time here. My longest wait was almost 40 minutes a week ago for 2 drinks and they were wrong. Again made complaint. Manager was rude.

It took entirely way to long at this location. All three of us in the car questioned if we had put in the wrong location on the app. There seemed to be only ONE car hop. They sent other orders ahead of us; "no food". My order was wrong and instead of fixing my orde to get me taken care of they were doing other orders.

Server forgot to give change in drive up, finally had to go inside the kitchen after waiting 40 minutes!!!!! Drive thru - made order, pulled up to window, server asked what he could get for us...so we ordered again-20 minutes for 2 drinks!!!! And don't think you can get anything that has ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!!

**Update** Today when we stopped at Sonic on Memorial day, I noticed that young adults were very polite and seemed happy to be at serving us. They also delivered our food within a few minutes and correct. THANK YOU to the the staff today and to the management team in England, AR, for listening and changing things for the better!This Sonic always takes awhile to bring your order no matter how you order by phone, app or in person.

I haven't ate at sonic for years because I was burnt out and the local sonic had bad service. I didn't feel like fixing anything so I ordered from sonic. They had a new crave burger that was 1/2 price on the app so I ordered one of those and some chili cheese tots. I was surprised how good the burger was. I got another one just a couple days ago. I only have one issue. The app on my wife's phone doesn't even list the burger as being available for some reason. I tried logging into my account on her phone and it erased the offer on my phone. So the app is buggy. If they continue to sell this burger I will visit again.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to wait OVER 30 minutes to MAYBE get your food. DO NOT TRUST THEIR STATED CLOSING TIME.Let me start by saying I have never had a good experience at this sonic. Today (3/1/22), I placed a mobile order at 9:50. I checked in at a stall at 10:04. Waited 30 minutes with it telling me it was in the kitchen, finally I pushed the res button. Nobody answered but it said my food was on the way. Waited another 5 minutes, still no food. Pulled up to the drive thru, nobody would answer. Went to the window and the worker was extremely rude. She was makes a milkshake when we pulled up, but told is they close at 10, so I couldn’t get my food. My card had already been charged. She slammed the window shut in my face and walked away. Everything clearly says they close at 11, not 10. All I ordered was 2 milkshakes, small order of mozzarella sticks, and a coke.

Ordered online, when they brought out the food they said out of Onion rings, can we get you some fries, sure. So my corn dogs and replacement fries were COLD. SIL burger was wrong, but he said he'd eat it, daughters was wrong, and asked it to be fixed. 1hr later and after talking to 2 more people!!!! She got her burger. Ridiculous
